this was a special experience for me: the characters in this game have already fully accepted the apocalypse. this makes everything so strangely relaxing. i was also surprised that you have the choice to end the game immediately and not delay the inevitable any further. at the same time, you get the option to just stay in the void forever, which would mean not playing the game at all. The calm graphics and the fantastic soundtrack finish the whole thing off perfectly. this was surely one of the most creative games i've come across this jam so far!

NOOOOOOO THIS IS SO CUTEEE!!!! Also it's really satisfying to have this strong visual feedback while pressing R to regenerate! The game got me hooked quite some time. Though I'd love when i didn't ahve to start all over again from the very beginning. Because until the score surpases 1000 the gameplay is quite easy and it's a bit frustrating to play through the easy beginning over and over again when i'm here for the juicy bits! >:) This could also be solved when the difficulty would pick up faster. Other than that i had a great time and i'm in love with this little ice cube <3

I stayed motivated for quite some time so that's already a good sign! I like how the first level has solid ground: You ahve time to practice your movement in a relatively safe environment AND it's guarenteed that you reach the second level regardless how bad your run is :) I also think that it would have been great when the sky would be more recognizable than just beeing white. I think I could have oriented myself way better when the sky would have had another color or something else that would have distinguish it from the other surroundings.

@zahkros the interface was a little hard to implement for me, so i just used tiles and the map for that, which made it a bit less interface-y (i hope you know what i mean ^^') -> i wanted to implement some animations there too, but the time run out in the end! i had to spend a lot of time with importing the text, because my dialogue system is very unoptimized, haha

i love this. i could feel the urgency everytime i spoke to the king and the imprisoned ones! i actually liked the minigame too and how it made me feel directly with every click that time is running out. i also loved how the focus of the game changed halfway through: first i was focused on choosing the right dialogue options but then i was paying closer attention to learn more about the king from the others he imprisoned next to me - it's a slight but effective change of feeling!
