Super cute bee. Due to colors the buttons are hard to see. Funny game, love the story and cut scenes.
Nice game, but just got more and more enemies and then died. The guitar music is fitting.
Nice but too slow.
Nice concept of a managementy like RPG. It felt a bit too slow at the start, simply because you have to wait for the next fight and hope you don't die. Felt a bit too random. Died a couple of times due to total party kill, but had fun nevertheless. Upgrading the heroes and artifacts is a nice touch. Maybe after a fight, there could be a message saying what to improve next, like "ZergZerg took a lot of damage, maybe he should improve his Defense".
Cute graphics, pleasant background music. I feel sorry for all the fish I exploded, but I never made it down alas.
Nice game, with good varity with different levels and "interesting" sound :) Too bad you ran out of time, you really have something good going.
Nice graphics and overall design. Not really sure how to sync up. I just pressed X when over the text, but that didn't seem to work (never got higher than 1 DIVE).
Interesting to see a FMV game here, it's really nice looking. Very funny, we we're laughing out loud!
The getting darker mechanic was interesting indeed. I had to crank up the brightness of my monitor. The projectiles could have given off some more light.
I really liked the paper graphics. Never seen before! It's such a unique approach to making the graphics.
How much unexpected fun just hammering a nail! Nice touch with the handdrawn graphics.
Oops. Got a virus message while downloading the rar file.
Interesting idea. Pretty nicely executed. Love the art.
Funny game and really nicely done with the different mini-games. Cool music.
I just keeping clicking stuff, it's so engaging. The music is nice. The retro feel is awesome but actually scary that Windows used to look a bit like that in the past :)
Love this music! Really nicely done the 3 different sizes of your demon with the different abilities. Loved the epic ending as well! Badass demon. :imp:
Really spooky and haunting sound effects. When in the dark I usually just stopped moving if I wasnt sure what was ahead. Nice game.
Nice fun game! I really liked the enemy models. The ones in the air were kinda hard to notice at first. The weapons feel a bit bland and it looks like jumping drifts you to the side a bit. Maybe add a bit of UI to see what the effect is?
Looks great. Nice idea and a funny name phun.
Really funny game with great graphics. My WASD keys seemed to map to some other keyboard combination, but playing with gamepad worked fine. The character is kinda slippery, maybe add a bit of friction to the floor. I liked that the character was able to jump multiple times in a row, just spamming jump got me out of some dangerous spots.
Suprisingly hard to put the yin and yang together. Getting into the mind and 3d shooting was funny.
Reminded me of robot ralley. Cute.
Looks great but is a bit hard to me. I keep getting hit and dodging is really hard.
First time around I didn't notice the spikey balls were te actual portals, I kept moving through the white door frames. Impressive to have made it in so little time. Nice one.
Thanks for the feedback @haotian-chen. I had planned to do some crafting/shopping during the lava phase, but I ran out of time and added the heart pickups instead.
Thanks for the comment @khaotom. I couldn't get the camera to both follow you and be manually controllable. Kind of the best I could make it. It glitches around the edges of the arena as well which is too bad.
Thanks @davidsheadgames for the feedback. The tune was a last hour addition. Having to run up to most jumps is intentionally, it's called Rayna runs for a reason . I failed to add manual camera rotation control in time. I tried by fixating it to your own rotation but that made me motionsick so I dropped it.
Love this game. Great graphics and great music. Really well done, especially in your own programming language (I just had to look at the source code).
Very nice art. You have only 10 seconds to give the right answer. First time I tried with the mouse but that didn't seem to work. With the keyboard it worked fine. Not sure if I got the best ending.
No game to try, only a 404 error.
This is a really nice game for a typing lesson. I kept trying to remember if the Mayo was an Y or an M and Mustard. So simple idea but very funny.
The intro sets up a good horror mood. Walking around the place that keeps getting dark gives me the creeps. The monsters were nice. I thought the walking around was a bit slow and the gamemap is very big (as mentioned above). Some better indication of what to do next would have been nice; the hints on the items were not enough for me to actually find most of them.
Unfortunately could not get the game to run due to missing VCRUNTIME140D.dll.
Loved the experience. Gives a really good feel of how fleeting your life actually is. So many choices, so many paths and just one taken. Beatiful music as well.
Finished it in the first run! Really cool game. Loved the pixel graphics and the skeletons with their cute little swords. Having put the only ways of attack on a timer meant I had to dodge and kite the enemies a lot. Maybe your dude could have moved a bit faster.
Really nicely done with the integrated tutorial on the first page. Took me some time to realise the game already started :) Wasnt able to finish it though, kept dying, so maybe make it a little easier?
Really nice game. I liked the idea of getting a new card every now and then and that some of the card effects actually lose you cards. Growing the carrots and veggie was not quite clear as I kept on guessing which plants were ready to harvest.
Congrats on your first game. Nice graphics. The idea is simple enough. Maybe add a mushroom radar to find that last one?
Funnly little game. I always like the planet type of gravity games. They look so cute. It's really well done. I found just grabbing all the apples and trying to blow away the ufos a nice relaxing game. Oh and wheel colliders... I feel your pain, never doing that either
Game looks great, but somehow I wasnt able to open any door. Maybe this game is not for me.
Got some nice graphics. Not really sure what the missions on the right side of the screen do. I just kept planting stuff and clicking on the grown plants and sometimes the numbers went down. I kept clicking though so it was kind of fun.
Nice looking game but a little too rough around the edges. Might be better to put some buttons for where to click, as it is very unclear how to start. I found myself clicking every part of the screen to get any response. Once you get there cutting in the body IS interesting, but of the 3 tools that are there I didn't get what the knife was about. The fork is funny though.
Nice small game. Lovely graphics and funny sound effects. The crow moves smooth and makes a satisfying 'nom nom' sound when eating. I thought the swap-to-the-other-side movement of the crow was a nice touch as well. Gets a little repetitive after a while, but it's nice that every now and then the screen clears of all those pesky humans. Well done.
Interesting concept. Loved how the purple vegetables sometimes get stuck. Got a bit dizzy as well.
Really funny game. Cool graphics and well polished indeed. Too bad about the win/lose condition.
Thanks for the review @mvasko2.
Yes I know the controls feel kind of stiff so with the steering. I had planned to redo my player controller, but ran out of time. I wanted a game with a controller so I purposely left out the mouse controls.
You cannot defend yourself and there is no healing. Frankly, I never thought of those
Sorry @harmofish, I know the control scheme is not to everybody's liking. With a controller stick you'll have to go forward and swivel a bit to steer (don't rotate it).
Thanks @yngvarr for the review and the nice comments and even the replay. I noticed you didn't go for the chests (the brown blocks), was that intentional? They might give you new items.
I tried to opt-out of the audio category today but it didn't let me anymore unfortunately.
Thanks @d3kryption for the nice words.
Lots of funny dialogue! I loved it. Farming itself is fairly slow due to the low amount of money you start with. It looks really pretty as well.
Nice game with planet movement. Not so easy, I know from one of my previous games. The movement gets a little strange around the crystals. Missed the collision with the space bases though.
Nice little RTS game. Took me a while to understand how to convert the humans (I was killing them with my single zombie for a couple of minutes). Getting a big horde is fun. Well done.
Nice game. Time flew by while playing it. I got stuck on level 4 though, as it didn't start (played the HTML version from itch.io). The dialogue pops up and then no text shows up and it stops. Really nice conveyer belt game.
Congrats on your first jam! Smooth movement and interesting voxel graphics. I had some issues placing more that 4 veggies at the time, it might be due to positioning of your character. Killing the funny monsters was fun.
The first thing that struck me is how pretty the game looks. Really polished for a jam game. I played a couple of rounds. I got a deck with a couple of bombs and meditate cards and that basically allowed me to bomb the hell around. Not sure about the harvest theme though.
Nice and friendly looking and sounding game. I got to level 6 before I stressed out and totally planted the wrong stuff and loosing all orders :)
Nice effects, but maybe I didn't get the strategy right. It feels as if you simply die of moving, so I ended up staying as still as possible and only shooting when I had to. I hasn't actually harvesting a lot, so that might be a missed opportunity. But I have to say it looks great and has a nice soothing (but very simple) tune.
Nice game with a really interesting concept. The parts without head were nicely done and a good twist. Playing on the web with keyboard was a bit to twitchy for me, but after downloading and playing with the controller it was fine.
Clean graphics. The game feels a bit bland, just spamming the pump button until you reach the 90. After that it's pretty much a gamble. Felt a bit like black jack (which has obviously a lot more strategy involved) just hitting card after card hoping the dealer busts. Nicely done anyway.
This is a solid platformer, but a little hard and twitchy for my fingers. The rune powerups are a nice touch, but it was a little hard to understand. Maybe it's the controls with the keyboard, but a little slower movement would probably help.
Fun game. It was not too easy and sometimes I got 'stuck' with all the bad pieces. Nice that you could just drag and drop. Would hate to do that by controller. Definitly the best tetris game with limited space which I played this jam. The different conditions (wet, heat) area a nice idea!
Sorry, that's just Microsoft Defender SmartScreen being overly protective. It notices an unknown publisher and will throw up a warning. I can't do much about that; I'm not a regular publisher, just an amateur.
Thank you @pegasys for your review. The inventory size of 4 gives you a little bit of headroom, but not much. I tried some other sizes for the "limited space", but this felt about right. Sorry if it is repetitive, it was all I could manage in the time left and was glad it has some form of gameplay loop and decent finish. You can complete it in about 5/6 minutes, but you should keep an eye on your inventory and make the right trades for that. One of the tricks is be wary of the reds and avoid them if you're trading for higher colors.
Thanks for sharing the formulae @greytyphoon. It looks like the door didn't completely open there. It should be possible to travel beyond the door onwards to the finale (at least it was in my playtests). Sorry for that bug. I will look into it. The 1 blue/white trader is special, it spins 3 times faster as the others; that's why it only needs 1 blue. I put it there to make it easier to the end.
Interesting graphics and mechanics. Keeping the character in the limited space was a good idea. I will try to see if I can finish it, so it is actually fun to play :)
What a cute racoon. I love it. Nicely done with the different obstacles and different trippy racoons with their own movement style. The swimming was a bit too trippy with the background, but that just might be intentional. Kudos!
The first couple of times I was game over in a flash but the latest run lasted till about a score of 500. It was kind of strange just picking up blocks and dumping them on the right side, without understanding why. I read your story after playing so that made it clearer. It looks nice but as told above the alarm sound was maybe a bit much. Great job for getting a finished game though! Nice work.
Single player pong is a nice idea. The powerups are brutal. One issue I noticed when the paddle switches control, the new paddle already moves a bit. That knocked me out a couple of times.
So funny and really nice animations. Love the simplistic but crisp graphics. I got ending 1. Maybe add an indication where you can interact with something. I had some trouble moving the bird around in the beginning, just mindlessly clicking places on the screen hoping something would happen. But really nicely done! Good job.
Nice board game. It is cumbersome to be doing all the moves yourself and it is hard to notice the rules being enforced - apart from the dino just not moving. Maybe add an indicator about the rule. To manage turns you could probably add a component to the scene which holds the current player (color) and switches to the next after you have moved a dino. Replace the dropdown (color) with that component. Add the name of the current player to some UI element.
Interesting concept, although a bit weak on gameplay, but that is what you orignally told us. Good of you to still finish and publish what you got! Keep it up, your next game will be better :)
Interesting take on sokoban. Clean graphics. It wasn't always obvious what the best move was, so sometimes I resetted the level and just tried it again. So definitely a keeper.
Nice cute game. Love the little dinos, too bad they somehow end up dead. All thoses falling meteors. I though the idea of moving the two dinos with two sets of keys was cool.
Nice simple game for your first time. The mouse controls are a bit fast for my liking as well. The cube being jelly was a nice touch. Congrats.
Unfortunately I ran out of time. The trader where you was supposed to buy upgrades didn't make the cut. The equipment is a proof of concept that you could enable/disable it if you actually got some. The virus is part of the missions that are also unavailable, so no you cannot get rid of it. I had so many ideas...
