WOW! SUPER CLASS GAME! ATTRACTIVE!

2020-10-05 23:10

Not bad.

dwayne 2020-10-06 00:20

I found the music fitting. I would suggest having the camera zoomed out more to see more of the screen. I didn't get what the Stuck in a Loop theme was in this one.

seth-tal 2020-10-06 00:36

Not bad, I downloaded the first .zip and played through that. You have the foundations here for a fun twin stick shooter. With a little more polish this could be an interesting game.

redneckchan 2020-10-06 09:53

I downloaded this, cause I thought it's gachimuchi game, but it's not. But I had fun, good job!

valkija 2020-10-06 10:16

Wasn't sure on the theme, but the controls were nice and the art is cute. Like it!

mumaitron 2020-10-06 10:18

Sick music to kill them all. Played the first game and then noticed there where two versions, good job!

mamon 2020-10-06 10:20

Shooting visuals are badass, felt right and fitting to music. Theme presentation is a weakness, tho

eeperdeheap 2020-10-06 18:07

Nice game, but just got more and more enemies and then died. The guitar music is fitting.

ancient-pixel 2020-10-06 18:35

Wow, that felt good, when this red mass of enemies washed in from one corner of the screen, with all lifebars rotating in all directions to the music. That said, the game could be even better with just some minor adjustements, like where the bullets come from and a greater field of view. Currently you are shooting blind at enemies outside the screen but i want to look them in the eyes, when they die!

dani-el-urban 2020-10-06 19:23

The blue bugs are impossible to kill, which made it really difficult at some point. I didn't see how it fits the theme, but it was fun.

ukra174 2020-10-06 21:17

@redneckchan , there is actually gachi reference in Soundtrack ;)

eugenik 2020-10-07 02:29

It's so beautiful! I like it. Good job!

oliver-richmeier 2020-10-07 06:27

I liked the UI and enemy design of @daine0's version better, but the attack from @ukra174's was more satisfying. Soundtrack fits well with the gameplay

melvinng 2020-10-07 06:47

Enjoyable gameplay with decent graphics. Great work!

arad-hamidsamiee 2020-10-07 09:37

Good perfomance handling all those instances at once, no lag, satisfying constant shooting (idk if that was intended tho) and an actual soundtrack.

c64gamer 2020-10-07 12:25

Yeahhh! Wave 14! There is a small bug in the game. I have lost live without being hit. Really nice idea and i liked the music a lot while playing it. Nice game.

shugor 2020-10-07 12:44

Got a bit scared when the game froze for a minute after pressing play, and then when I wasn't expecting it the music started blasting :O but it's a very satisfying shooter you've made here and everything seems to fit perfectly. Great job!

vphyre 2020-10-07 13:40

Interesting game. Has a good experience in general. Congratulations.

daine0 2020-10-07 13:56

@C64Gamer sorry bro, for dying because of our mistake((

redneckchan 2020-10-07 21:15

@ukra174 I realized it :)

cax 2020-10-07 21:41

VERY attractive! This game needs more progression, powerups and enemies and it will be awesome)

biancamello 2020-10-08 03:01

Nice game!

jasper-hansen 2020-10-08 03:08

I think the black laser thing is more satisfying than the bullets, but both could use some more audio/visual feedback. Juicy screenshake would add a lot, and is generally very easy to implement. Some SFX would be great too. Enemies could flash and crunch when you hit them. The game already feels quite nice to play, but i think it's worth thinking about how you could take the overall game feel to another level.

jarvisp99 2020-10-08 08:43

Really Liked The Style But Need More Toughness.......Though The Game is Great...

joedev 2020-10-10 10:44

This was fun! I love that this comes with an OST on itch as well haha, not many jam games get their own soundtrack! It felt very fun to spew around that black spray and take out tons of enemies at once :D I think this game could have benefitted from a bit more of a zoomed out view, and maybe some on-hit effects on enemies and the player for when they take damage :) Good stuff

dcrdro 2020-10-12 11:09

There is definitely slasher aura in the project ;) But why the hero shooting from his head ? ;D . Also I would make enemies spawning not so instant. I liked the flow of the game - everything is quick without lags and spikes.

I didn't get where is space shooting in the game. Did I missed something? Or it's because I downloaded the other version of the game? And didn't found how the theme is applied.

stuckne1 2020-10-13 03:00

Badass. The first one felt a little crazier with the a greater flow of destruction. Also when going back to the menu on the first one...the mouse cursor exists and you can exit the game softly.

100th-coin 2020-10-14 20:27

This was pretty neat! I like the music, and the gameplay was a lot of fun! Great work!

etrealjunior 2020-10-18 00:24

Hi all right your game is very interesting, games that have a constant repetition mechanic no matter how easy they seem to be, they always make the creators fall into one of the two types of traps, trap 1 make a game that ends up becoming too easy making the player tired of not having challenges, or trap 2 making a game that you make the gameplay unfair by making the difficulty greater than it is possible to pass, my advice for future upgrades in your game, is to try to deliver moderately rewards for your performance , so it would stimulate him to continue, bring the feeling of impact when he collides, his gun shoots bullets but the way it appears could replace by laser due to the quantity, congratulations on the project, I wish you luck in your development, a big hug.

ukra174 2020-10-18 12:49

@etrealjunior thank you for feedback!

tolmera 2020-10-25 06:41

I couldn't play the game, because I can only play web games, but I downloaded and listened to the music, that was pretty awesome.
