Thanks to Will and Jacob for their hard work the Artwork! Looks Great! Amanda, Awesome music and sound effects!
"There is nothing wrong, Everything is Normal!" LOL! Interesting investigation of community space and workplace etiquette. I feel like everyone is bombarded with these kind work emails. The generic emails from your supervisor are mixed in with ones you actually have to read.
You create a humorous science fiction spin on the ethics of labor too! Many companies, especially during this time, risk the health and mental well being of their workers for a stronger profit/outcome. Some companies act like nothing is wrong when people get injured or die. Sorry if my political response is off base! Great Job! I enjoyed playing your game!
Thanks for the feedback @omiya-games! Whoops! I forgot to program an exit to the Credits screen!
I really love the art style and the color palette! Kinda reminds me of the book "Good Omens" by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett where Crowley scares his plants to remain healthy. I know I have cried over a dead plant before so I can relate to this game! Sometimes they need a bit of extra love! Ha Ha! kinda creepy and cute at the same time.
Cute! Love the artwork and how the creature's heart breaks when he eats an apple!
Great Job! Love this idea and how it relates to current events. Interesting take on the theme and how gossip and misinformation are de-stabling.
so Cute! Congratulations! Love the pixel art and the circus mice characters. Like how the audience tips with cheese!
Wow! I love this idea and concept! It speaks to the failure of language to express emotional trauma I think. I really like the mechanic of the tears revealing the dialogue as well. Great Job!
Congratulations! I Like the time shift behavior! Cute artwork too.
Great Job! Love how Cthulhu gets a job in restaurant service because of the poor economy! The game runs nicely and I love the artwork. Congratulations!
Great Job! Must have been difficult to program all the tasks for UNSTABLE for the Jam! Like the concept of a robot juggling so many tasks on a ship. Cool game!
Love this! Great Job on the graphics! I like the aesthetic of the assets. One suggestion for future builds might be to make the controls "local" to the roads and sidewalks. Is this a thing(lol)? Like if I press the up arrow, go along the road instead of straight up globally? Sorry I'm new to this! I think this might solve the platforming issue to rescue the dog. not sure though! But Overall great game! Congratulations!
@mspawa Thanks for the feedback! Whoops! Forgot to add a wall there. I will include the wall an audio in future builds though!
Thanks for the feedback @omiya-games! I'm thinking about adding more mini games in future builds. For example, the short story mentioned looking out the window so I want to add a "whack a mole" style mini game. Do you think this would be more cohesive? I have to admit, I do get carried away with art making so sometimes so my game design suffers (LOL)!
@nephronhunter Thanks for the Feedback! hmm... I prefer the mozilla browser as well. I'll have to check this out! I know sometimes the construct 3 engine works better in chrome. The other thing might be a content blocker? I'll investigate though!
Great Job! Well polished game and I love the artwork and the audio.
Interesting take on tetris! I like the juxtaposition of an rpg with tetris. Looks beautiful as well and audio is great! congratulations!
So Cute! I love the art aesthetic and the atmosphere! Congratulations!!
So Funny! Loved the mood and graphics in the game! I'm a big fan the the Full motion video effects. I can definitely relate to the anxiety of shopping. Great audio as well. I like the juxtaposition of the calm bossa nova music with the rock music inside the shop. Congratulations!
Really Cute Game! Love the artwork and the character development! Super fun take on the theme.
Great Job! Love the art and the audio! Interesting take on the theme. The concept kinda reminded me of a cross between "The sound of thunder" by Ray Bradbury and "The Last Question" by Issac Asimov(Of course these are 2 of my favorite short stories!). Congratulations!
Cute game! Love the little ghost character with the bungee pick axe! Keep up the great work!
Great looking and smooth game! I really liked the mouse controls! Pretty neat idea! Great job and congratulations!
Great Job! I like the concept of building these unstable structures within the game. It kinda reminds me of when little kids try to build things that end up toppling over! It was a little difficult to figure out how to pick up the blocks but I did eventually. But overall a cute game!
Nice little game! Love the aesthetic and the original concept. It kinda reminds me of some classic games and text adventure games where you have to balance supplies! Great Job to you and your family! congratulations!
Really like this concept! Feel Like a lot of people can relate to balancing stress and anxiety with work and personal obligations. Also, shows what the player values most. Great work and congratulations!
Nice and relaxing game! It was a little hard to know what to do. I wish there was a little more direction even in the game description. But overall I like the art direction. Congratulations!
Super Cute game! Love the bicycle with a cart idea. I played the game in my browser and it works well! It just didn't advance when I beat the level but I reloaded the game and used the number codes. Great Job!
Great Job! The core meltdown fits the theme nicely. I also appreciate how you posted the tools you used in the description. Its helpful to see! Congratulations!
Nice Game! I like the "slingshot" mechanic for the Reaper. It's kinda like a pinball machine. At first I was a little confused about which direction I move the mouse cursor and I kept propelling myself toward the ground! Also it was a bit hard to relate the game to the theme. But It was cleared up by the description. Congratulations!
Love this idea of creating a murder mystery game for the 10 sec theme. I also appreciate the detailed tutorial. Great job on the artwork as well. One thing to maybe include is a Flash warning for people who are sensitive. But overall well done!
Congratulations on your first game jam! I like the retro feel of the artwork and music.
Wow! I loved this! Creative take on the theme. This game is strangely relaxing and terrifying at the same time. It reminds me of coastal communities that are threatened by rising sea levels and climate change(like Tangier island in the USA). Love the art, music and mood as well. Congratulations!
Cute game! well done. I like the mechanic to choose your weapons.
Ha Ha! I love this! Made me laugh which is what I needed today! Also really like the audio. Great Job!
Great Job! I really like the art direction and the music. I like the challenge of trying to strike the other ships while the shield is up and also avoiding the land.
Good Job! I like the concept of the colored blocks switching.
Really Great! Love the Vampire theme and the graphics are great. It took me a second to figure out the controls but I think this is part of the fun of the game. Well done!
Great Job! I love the graphics and the music theme! I noticed a spelling error in the instructions. Also, Maybe find a the full version of the minuet for the beginning? The clipping is a little awkward for it I think.
Game play is fun and I love how the keyboard controls the orchestra in the background. Its a little difficult to figure out what keys to use for the controls. Also, the mouse's nose kept getting caught under the floating platform. Maybe adjusting the hit box for the main character would help? But Overall great job and interesting take on the theme!
Finally an existential game that is true to life! Ha! Funny concept! Good for you for trying to learn more about Godot.
Nice Game! I Like the 90s/retro style storytelling in the beginning(kinda like in "Spawn" or a Cory Feldman film lol). It's a fun little top top shooter. Good Job!
Great Job! I like your artwork. I think some directions and or some additional storytelling would be good additions. Congratulations on the game!
@krummsakura Thanks for the Comment! We actually ran out of time for the audio so it's silent in the download versions as well. But thanks for the advice!
Great game and very ambitious for a game jam! I really like the combination of a narrative/visual novel format with card and combination puzzles. Well done!
Great Job! I was a little confused about how to play but I don't play a lot of card games. Maybe highlighting playable cards or rule reminders would help in future builds? But overall great job!
Love the creepy witch aesthetic! I feel like I cheated by using my stylus lol! I like the amount of friction the game had in drawing the symbols. Like you had to practice a number of times and study the symbol to go to the next round. Love the artwork and music!
So cute! Love the audio and the atmosphere of the game! It's almost antithetical to what you normally think about with "Summoning". Really original take on the theme!
Ha! Super silly game and those wizards sure like to harass service workers! I love this unique take on the theme and beating those wizards with my broom! Well done!
Love the atmosphere! Very spooky! I kept getting caught though lol!
Love the graphics! The demons have a cute grotesqueness! I also like the comment on the demon's work/life balance. Don't know if this was your intention but I feel like supervisors can contact their employees constantly(even when the work day is technically over). Honestly can relate to our protagonist demon. Great audio too!
Good Job! Love the Lemon character! This concept kinda reminds me of learning how to code when you make one little mistake that you have to spend hours undoing lol! It's like "summoning" more work! Really fun and I love the music!
Love this! Really interesting take on the theme and I like the battle field mechanic when you perish in the endless runner portion. The artwork is super cute and the blending of photography and 2d work is perfect! Well done!
I love this take on the theme! And I can definitely relate as an introverted person! I like this idea of constant harassment by virtual communication in order to avoid the worse fate of face to face communication(or worse a phone call!). Well done!
Great Job! I really like the HUD elements and how you can choose what skeleton to summon! Good atmosphere and mood too!
Great Job! Love how much detail you put into the lore of the game! I was a little confused about what I should be doing because there were so many options for the player. But I'm a little out of touch with RPG terminology I think. But maybe some reminders or instruction/options can be displayed in future builds. But overall great job and I love the audio!
I love the pixel art! I liked the music but it seemed a little bit too cheerful for a battle scene. Well done!
I really liked this! Great atmosphere and storytelling! It kinda reminded me of Joe Hill's book "Heart shaped box". Really like the juxtaposition of a spooky rock and roll aesthetic with a classic tale like the "Monkey's Paw". Well Done!
Great job on a fun little platformer! I like the cute bat mechanic! Good job on the art styling and music.
Cute game! I like the slug bad guys and the pixel art! It was a little difficult to differentiate between the walls and a pathway. Maybe a little more contrast/color difference in the art would help? I played the version on itch so it could be a difference in the HTML version? Well done!
Nice little top down shooter! Great job on the audio and I like the door mechanic. It was a little glitchy on firefox(still worked pretty well though). But you said to play it in chrome in the description. Well done!
Congratulations on the Spooky game! I love how the art style blends 3D and 2D! It has that old school aesthetic to it. The music really adds to the mood as well. I wish there was some feedback(like sound effects or visual cue) when the weapon is firing or when it hits the enemy. Also the typewriter effect on the narrative portion was a little overwhelming for me(trying to read while the text is moving). I really love this take on the theme! Interesting juxtaposition of doll parts with insect parts in the artwork!
Great game! I collected all the treasure and got ending 3 lol! I did get shot trying trusting in humanity though. I love the black and white art style! It really fit in with the mood of the game and with the music. I liked exploring the space station and collecting things. Well done!
