it was nice retro entry, but i couldnt stand the music too long time...
catchy music. not sure if i would play this too long though...
animated 3d objects, destroying buildings, and you're the monster... pretty amazing...
amazing looking graphics
nice weather effects...
nice graphics... i couldnt exactly understand how the controls worked, but otherwise it looks nice.
nice monster. reminds me of good old lemmings...
looks nice
The controls were a little difficult, but anyway good looking game...
works fine on firefox. looks great. I always dropped to the abyss on the 2nd moving platform. Couldnt figure out how to jump in sync to the other side.
Seems to work nicely, and graphics looks amazing. The main problem is that it's unclear what the controls are actually doing/which mode is best for each situation.
extreamly high quality entry.
nice sounds and graphics. But the controls didnt work, i couldnt move in the game...
nice gfx, and i could move them, but didnt yet figure out what else i can do...
Looks excellent. Must have been lots of work to get it running that nicely.
works fine, nice graphics; sounds are pretty neat, game over came too quickly...
it looks nice.
looks nice
pretty nice
looks nice
works nicely, very nice game idea, and fun to play.
a little different kind of graphics than we're used to, but it worked nicely and allowed creating rooms...
Works nice, but it's a little difficult. I couldnt figure out timing well enough to get past the first obstacles. But the blood looks amazing.
nice
this was actually pretty fun.
nice little game. works nicely on my browser.
You got points even though I couldnt play your game. From the screenshots it's clear that this product takes lot of effort to create.
very nice 3d graphics.
I had trouble getting the idea, i.e. is there way to kill the soldiers or just moving left/right? But the game worked very well otherwise.
nice graphics
pressing space didnt work. input seems to be lost.
looks nice.
controls were a little difficult to learn, but the 3d graphics looks nice.
this looks amazing.
btw, I linked the postmortem you requested to my project. (see the comments section)
pretty neat.
great idea. I've always wanted to kill all cute bunnies...
looks excellent. The huge monster is also pretty good looking and nice animations in it.
This was pretty nice. The graphics was original, and I've not had a birthday in a long time, so this was welcome change in the status quo.
Your screenshots alone gave you the points.
nice 3d graphics.
nice fun
looks good. This is already the 2nd dragon game i've seen today, but looks excellent...
nice.
looks good. Nice 3d graphics.
the graphics looks amazing... and the explosions...
Nice gameplay (even though I didn't have time to play it too long time...). Definitely got my vote.
Thanks for everyone trying the game. The drawBuffersExt is known problem, the mirror needs fbo support, and older chrome doesnt have it (but works on some versions of chrome). The IE or edge has never been able to run the game :(. But anyway, thanks for people reviewing it.
@LeoM: yes, the engine/library(GameApi) is developed by myself. The monster is inside the mirror.
here's the requested post mortem: http://sivut.koti.soon.fi/~terop/world_postmortem.txt
I updated a little the platform support. Now microsoft's edge browser should be working too. And drawbuffersEXT problem is solved. (chrome and firefox was already working before)
looks nice.
You have one of the most pleasant music tracks around. Also the game works nicely. Definitely got a good score.
looks nice
this game has lots of text in it... too much in fact.
this was pretty nice.
looks good
This game is very nice. I liked how you control the dragon. It just sometimes went outside the screen and after that it was difficult to control it; then i always crashed the dragon... But excellent game...
nice
This was pretty original. Nice music too, and many subgames in it.
Very unique concept for moving the player. It was actually pretty difficult to learn, but after a while, you learned new tricks of how to jump twice in a row. The camera movement was jerky a little, but otherwise the game looks very nice. Graphics was good. The light limited visibility. Getting past some red dots was difficult.
I couldnt understand anything what was happening, the circles just kept changing size, and the keys somehow changed the result, but there wasn't really any logic in how it worked. Not sure what the game was about.
The controls were pretty difficult. I think it relies on too many keys to work properly. Basically couldnt really move around... Nice graphics and theme usage...
Definitely original idea for a game. Clearly implements the theme, and very nice looking graphics. I would like a little more action for it, now it pretty much waits for keypress before anything happens.
The animations are such amazing piece of work, and the sounds are great. Great work.
Nice animations, the character animations look very nice. Must be pretty complicated procedure to get those players move like that. Combos are also pretty nice.
nice looking graƄhics.
Check the time indicator -sphere, if you want to know how I implemented "Growing".
Looks nice. Just a little difficult.
pretty retro graphics.
the grid is kinda amazing, also the colours are nice..
The graphics is nice looking, I had some minor problems starting the game, I expected spacebar to start the game, and cursor keys didn't do anything.
This one has some nice polish in it. Fading of the screen, nice looking sprites, the fights are well implemented, nice colours.
Nice level design. Actually good puzzle elements, and you need to actually think through the logic before passing the levels.
i don't know how you created that art, but it looks so nice.
This 3d graphics looks so nice.
nice textures on the cubes...
nice 3d objects
looks amazing. Your graphics skills are top notch...
Nice animations. I couldnt figure out what each shape did, but seems you can jump if the shape is triangle. But looks nice.
amazing models
its pretty strange
The controlling of the car was pretty difficult. once I figured out how to open the locks, it went better, but still had problems driving in straght line..
the light looked nice until you went too far to the right... then it was very clear how it was implemented when the bitmaps border become visible...
Sorry, but I couldn't yet test this game. Unity webplayer gave error about chrome plugin not available. Guess I'll need to return to this game once I get unity games working on my browser.
amazing music. The game was a little difficult to understand, but the graphics looked nice. Lots of nice looking sprites.
Nice graphics. Camera movement with mouse responded very accurately, but was still difficult for me. But good job anyway.
nice explosion on gameover...
Timelapse of how it was created is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KPcBslB4i0&feature=youtu.be
Hmm, quite strange.. I wonder if your pc is giving right keycodes from cursor key presses...
yup, the shapeshifting isn't as good as I hoped for. I wanted nice transition animations to it, but when I tried it, I noticed it doesnt work well enough. Thus I'm left with just changing the colour of the bee to metal...
Well, I kinda only spent half the time. Had some other stuff to do during the rest of the time, so the gameplay isn't as good as I hoped for. (but it's common pattern for me in ludumdare, that it doesn't have all the necessary elements)
anyway, nice to hear people are playing the game...
web build is not possible because i couldnt get opengl instancing to work in webgl. Linux build has similar problem and further I don't have linux box available to compile binaries for it...
I tried the web build, trying to emulate instancing with some for-loops, and the frame rate is too low; I get like 3 fps with it... So web build is really not working at all.
hmm, got the instancing in webgl to work. (minor problems with webgl version of the shader.)
Looks nice. Level 1 had some z-fighting for the polygons, i.e. they were flickering a little. But anyway, good job.
those light circles look pretty nice, with awesome fading edge. Otherwise graphics looks decent, and the ideas in this game is great..
err, I didn't get past the instructions screen, tried about everything, but no go... Nice graphics though...
shift key turned it to white box. And i had trouble jumping, so i couldnt get to the next platform...
seemms to take long time before anything happens in the game. The graphics looks ok, and you can rotate camera nicely with mouse, colours are nice.
this was pretty difficult. I managed to cross one obstacle without dying. the gfx looks nice though
The graphics looks pretty amazing. Nice mood too.
pretty amazing graphics
Worked fine, and the game was pretty fun. Nice boxes and they moved pretty fast and smootly.
nice grid
nice idea for a game. it was pretty difficult though.
sounds were nice and the graphics looks good. I looked especially what kind of 2d effects you managed to code in such short time and overall the game looks great.
the graphics style is the best part. The sounds were kinda sad, and the controls kinda ruined it. But the black borders in the graphics make it look very nice. Biggest problem I had was with the mouse cursor grabbing -- took some time to figure out how to get my mouse cursor back...
i didn't figure out how to get past the first screen. Tried all the buttons etc, but it never went forward from it, so didn't see the actual game. The first screen had nice "Debug:" stuff that updated nicely..
Looks nice, sounds work ok, was kinda difficult to control when the player was behind the cover... But good work...
the graphics looks pretty ok even though the web version flickers somewhat. There was minor problems with the screen size, since it took only 1/4 of the black rectangle...
I didn't like the sad back story, but it's a game. Music and the graphics worked fine technically.
looks nice. But I drove to a hole and couldn't get out of it. That kinda ruined it :) But the graphics is amazing and the physics modelling is excellent.
looks very nice. Kinda short, but very nice indeed. Animations are working nicely, and there's puzzle elements in it, and graphics is amazing. Very nice.
Moving these objects around is pretty cool. They behave quite nicely when pushed around.
looks fine
the graphics is very cool. Controls are kinda strange, I had trouble getting it to move. But looks nice.
oh the game started when I got outside of the room :-) I expected that it would be game over by that point. Biggest problem was "space" key scrolled the browser window, but that's clearly chrome's problem. and game cannot do much about it. But the gfx and sounds are very nice and there were many different actions you can do in the game.
excellent sounds. The graphics was pretty nice too. Mirror looks nice. The 2d feel is well thought out, and the elements are working fine.
I didn't like the sounds, it was c64 all again after all these years. But otherwise looks ok.
