Good job, a pretty fun game for 48 hours. It can be pretty tense when you're low on health. If I can give you any criticisms, then it would be the fairly limited choices given to the player in combat. I liked the choice to have one position where you can switch the elements, it created some interesting situations.

Cool idea! :P
My score was 960.
I feel like it was lacking content though. There isn't anything new as you go on.
i watched a bit of this on twitch , nice to see how it came out .. very nice Tim

This game is pretty cool! I like the way it introduces how it works before it gets really tough. It seems very finished, all in all, which is hard to do during the short 48 hours of the compo. Well done!
It did come together at the end, but the title screen art was a bit of a let down compared to rest of the game/art. My best score was a little over 6750.

thanks for the OSX build, unfortunately I'm not allowed to play it with 10.10 Yosemite :( (your game wants 10.11)

This one has some nice polish in it. Fading of the screen, nice looking sprites, the fights are well implemented, nice colours.
Nice Tim :) it's quite difficult, I think my best score was 2725.
The linux link is broken :(
Linux link returns 404 error

Pretty nicely executed - good art, audio etc. I wish the mechanics had been a little deeper though, there wasn't a lot of strategy involved really.
I have now removed the Linux link, I knew initially it would be broke but aimed to get to making a build within a day or so after compo, however I have not found the time. Tonight I found some time to make it and it seems the text objects do not appear correctly so I will forgo a linux build at this time. If I can get this issue address I will replace the Linux link.
The OS X build should now support back to 10.7.
Nice game, pretty fun to play!
Maybe using another key to attack could be good (or an additional one, like M, for example).
Good base game, I like, that it's getting more and more challenging. Music didn't really fit, though

2830!!! This game was one of the most fun games I played in LD35. Loved the graphics ... loved the gameplay .. and the music makes this game feel fantastic overall. The fact that it wasn't made using Unity but instead glew32 shows true skill. +1 :)
I got to 1395. I feel like there is no way to regenerate health? the screenshake and hit audio is good. Kinda wish the playing field looked more interesting but the graphics are easy to understand which is something many games struggle with during LD.
I used a similar idea for LD24. You have a nice design, and the music you've made is lovely. The gameplay felt a little sluggish to me however. I feel adding knockback would help with that.
