This is a hilarious concept, but I got lost trying to play through it, couldn't seem to understand what was going on with the gameplay. It's too bad, I really enjoyed the humor and the plot idea, but I eventually got stuck on the "credit card denied" screen with no back button and I'm pretty sure I am missing out on some stuff, I don't think that's the end of the game...(I was basically still on the first screen rolling gachas haha)

The core gameplay loop is so much fun! When the music started to get more frantic, I assumed you guys had a timer put in place so it was like a time-attack rack up the score as fast as you can, but was a little disappointed to see that it was endless-- Normally I'd be really happy with an endless mode, but I think a time-attack would have served this gameplay loop better! Regardless, I'm tossing you 5 stars all the way

This is such a cute game...!!! If there was only thing I could change, I wish that the interact button wasn't the mouse button! If the mouse cursor doesn't affect what you're clicking, interact could've been bound to Space, Z, J, or any other key, just to make it a lot easier to press (On laptop w/o a mouse, it's a little difficult to click repeatedly) Overall solid submission, cute cutscenes!

This is actually a pretty fun little game! You should experiment with making enemies that do side-to-side movement as well, enemies with staggered movements (Stopping and starting), enemies that move along restricted paths, there's a lot of possibilities! Great work :)

My little brother adored this game, you did a great job! He was bopping his head to the music and we took turns fighting against all the monsters :) It was fun when it was my turn and he was like "PRESS Z!!! now X!!! now M!!!" haha I'm glad the game was easy for him, but for me, I'd love to see if you return to this and make more difficult modes, maybe with some simultaneous key presses or more complex sequences! And for the attacking the boss part of the game, three things that would improve it: * if the bullets already in transit when the boss changes color just get reflected instead of punishing you with damage, or... * if the bullets you fire went a little faster so the risk-reward element makes more sense * if for colorblind accessibility, you make the relevant button flash the relevant color when you need to attack the boss! I'm not personally colorblind but I did have a lot of trouble distinguishing between yellow and orange! Best of luck in the jam, tossing you 5 stars all the way

Ah a fellow "we exported from Godot 4.x only to realize it breaks the web build in ludum dare", hate that happened to so many people! Game seems to work on itch, too bad I have no controller! I think requiring controller input is a pretty big barrier to entry for a jam game so it might hurt your ability to get ratings, but despite that, at least your title screen looks gorgeous!

Even if there's no sound or graphics, this is a really creative take on the theme!

At first I thought I could draw any pattern I wanted, until I saw the score lmfao If you update it at all, I would suggest making the color of the wax change based on how close you are to perfect, and make it glow or rainbow colored if you are near-perfectly aligned with the glyph, for some visual feedback!

Overall tho, pretty fun. Gameplay feels a little slow, but you have a pretty decent system going !
