There are no links to the game!
I really liked your game. You did a great job and did a great job!!!
Hi there @liole , @cananaman, thanks for stopping by! The game was still under development (as part of "Extra" event format) and I didn't want to post link for work in progress prototype. Now I can say it's done(*ish) :smile: so feel free to check it out.
Thank you for letting me know! I'll be sure to check it out :)
the game works perfectly, the pace is perhaps a little too slow for my taste, but the graphic style and atmosphere work perfectly, there's a lack of signs and feedback to improve just enough the game you've designed, a nice discovery, keep up the good work!
I enjoyed the game, and throughout the entire playthrough, I had a silly grin on my face. The voice acting adds incredible charm to this game and blends perfectly with the visual design. The only thing that threw me off was how long it takes to say 'Abcalphabet' – it feels like you could brew yourself a coffee in that time.
Thanks for brightening my mood, and best of luck!
Yep, just like my usual late night summoning with the boys, completely accurate. The sounds are great and the music loop adds the atmosphere. The shuffled Simon Says gameplay is quite cool, but I wish there were any hints that the player could use - an option to replay one or two sounds per round, or maybe visual clues on the characters, that would help to form the connection. Great entry!
Fun random game.
@abominablescience, @zinkler, @mircudx Thank a lot for the feedback!
I thought about phasing a bit, and probably should give some "Fast forward" button or just shorten delay timers between cues. The other thing which unfortunately I didn't have time to do is trimming audio cues. There are a lot of silence at the beginning of each audio phrase.
Alphabet - :laughing: this is not the first feedback I get regarding its duration. The idea was more to divert the player's attention since this cue is not included in the final spell. But feedback is feedback and it's valid. I would even say [a,b,c] spelled separately take more time comparing to the whole [alpahbet] so trimming might fix it partially.
Considering more in-game/ui feedback, a small tutorial along with hints for player regarding the current game phase would be nice. I was thinking about some sort of hint text and arrows like "click bonfire to start" , "pay attention to cues", "pick u'r fighter sequentially" etc.
Not sure about replay button since it gonna make the game a way more easier, but specific features for each singer would be great. Like different cloth color or hairstyle etc.
Once again thanks for the comments and valuable impact for the game!
