:( don't take it too hard on yourself man, jams don't always turn out well and it's totally fine to tap out. Hope you take a good break and come back stronger!

Try to learn what you could ahve done different. I have more than double unfinished Jam projects than i have one that i finished and submitted. Keep coming back, keep learning from your failures adn success, you will be stronger.
aw, sorry the game didn't turn out how you wanted :( There's always next year, you got this
WHY??????
So sad :(
Game jams are tough! Hope you try again in the future
you gotta believe in yourself man! don't get discouraged, we all start somewhere :)
Thank you for your feedback, especially in this circumstance! The important thing is to participate and pick up fun new some learnings and skills - Don't be discouraged! Scope and time-management is the hardest thing, especially when you are a solo dev! I'm going to follow you here and I look forward to see what you make for the next LD! <3
Don't worry bro. You can take a look at the demo I made in the last LD. It was my first time participating in LD, and what I made in the end was a disaster. But that doesn't stop me from moving on. I hope you do the same and look forward to your next LD!
whoa why there is so many comments
thank you all!
It's very sad, I hope you'll be lucky another time bro ((
Despair....
Thank you all for support! Don't be sad for me pls I'm pretty much okay with it and enjoyed jam too! Both playing your games and creating my was cool! Just don't wanted someone after playing other cheerful and gay and happy games to stumble across my piece of bitsy. Maybe I should publish it later just on itch. Thank you all again! Don't be sad again!

You should know that being here attempting this jam has already a great starting step. My first game developing experience was on LD49 which you can't see in my page: I planed too big and never finished it. Now after 3 years in developing, Im good enough to take the LD55 jam as a fun side work aside from my other works. Stay on this track and never give up making games!
Thank you for play-testing our game. Sad to see that I cannot return the favour, but glad to hear that you enjoyed creating yours.

I wanted to try your game after the nice feedback you left us! Game jams are though and just managing to submit something is quite the feat! I hope you had fun creating something new and I hope to see you on the next one!
Hope next time we can play it)
Better luck next time. I hope you get experience from this jam.
I think everyone had jams in which they were not able to finish the game or made something they don't like. Looking forward to playing your game in future!
You need to have confidence in yourself bro
I'm sorry to see that you removed your submission! Everyone has to start somewhere, try not to let perfectionistic tendencies stop you from putting yourself out there!
Best of luck in the future :)
Yeah frfr, don't be to hard on yourself! This game jams are here for exactly this reason - try to push your limits and learn as much as possible. Hopefully no one here expects a finished super polished game but rather a concept you can evolve from. Congrats on joining and trying your best buddy - its a learning experience see you next time!
We also have had similar times when we could not finish what we have thought. But we usually still share it with people for lols.
