LD28 — You Only Get One

My First Day at the Snowman Kit Factory! by Loren 2013-12-17T19:41:00

I'll echo Coblynau's comment by saying it captures the essence of factory life. I would have preferred if it didn't, though. It's a little too passive most of the time. A little music would have spiced it up a bit.

This game is very, very good for a one hour jam. I wonder what you'd have done if you had used 48 hours (I've seen your awesome art on your website).

Dungeon Darkness by Tom Gardiner 2013-12-17T06:39:00

I couldn't play it because I don't have a gamepad.

Penguins Gone Mad by _zulli 2013-12-18T06:38:00

AWESOME! - The game is fun! Those penguins are scary: they must have travelled all the way from the North Pole to the castle. The graphics were very well done.

NOT SO GOOD - It took a while for me to figure out how to shoot properly. I wish there was a little music.

IDEA - Powerups!

CONCLUSION - A very good game.

E pluribus unum by IHateATMFees 2013-12-16T18:52:00

Your game has a truly innovative mechanic. I wasn't able to play it, though (my Internet connection is too slow).

I'll keep trying to load it.

Lost Gems by d__adee 2013-12-16T20:41:00

You have a talent for creating horror games!

The graphics are very cute. You have a unique art style. I didn't fancy the white borders, though. They made the images look like they were cut out.

The item-trade game mechanic suits the theme perfectly. I might borrow it. =)

The sound effects were adequate but I was a little disappointed that there was no music.

I would like to play a full version on Android someday.

YOGOB (You only got one Button) by nyrrrr 2013-12-17T20:17:00

AWESOME! - The music! It distracted me a few times.
GOOD - The 'tidal' platforms added an extra challenge.
NOT SO GOOD - The jumping was a little too quick. I also didn't like the background (dull).
BUG - My character fell a few times while he was at the edge of a platform.
IDEA - Enemies and power-ups!
CONCLUSION - Great execution of a simple concept.

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-16T20:46:00

@Coblynau Thanks!

@Red Mike Thanks! I designed it so you only have one second to choose a direction. Once that second is past and you haven't chosen a direction, the character is bound to die. The time guage doesn't reflect that, though.

@Mechatodzilla Thanks! I wanted to add a timer but I ran out of ... time (nice pun).

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-16T20:48:00

@soy_yuma Thanks! I would have added a progress tracker if I hadn't run out of time. I'll definitely add it.

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-16T21:50:00

@d__adee Thanks! You just try to survive.

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-16T21:56:00

@Sollux Thanks! I'll add more game mechanics in the future.

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-17T06:23:00

@@TeddyNashor Thanks!

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-17T19:37:00

@metkis Thank you very much! I hope to improve the game by toning down the difficulty. I'll do that after I've solved the murder on a futuristic space capsule.

@nyrrr Thanks! The instructions were not clear so it's really my fault.

@Lorenzo Maieru Thank you for the complement! The timer is bugged, yes. I'm sorry.

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-18T06:31:00

@Tex Killer Thanks for playing! The timer is bugged. The design is that you get only one second to chose a direction and one second to get out. So if your 'escape second' runs out, the character dies. The timer doesn't reflect that.

@Ariake81 Thank you!

@scoobyben Thanks for playing! I ran out of time before I could implement the scoring system. I'll work on it as soon as I can.

@_zulli Thank you so much! I hope to add more mechanics to the game so that I can make it balanced. I'll play your game once I'm done with "Penguins Gone Mad" =)

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-18T18:26:00

@_zulli Ok. Thanks.

Gravidude by gnerkus 2013-12-20T06:38:00

@Xaychru04 Thank you! I ran out of time before I could implement the help system

@Snuti Thanks!

One Turn by dearenot 2013-12-17T06:34:00

The idea is really good. I had a few problems with the mechanics, though.

YOGO Mom! by Coblynau 2013-12-14T22:58:00

I'm sorry to hear about your illness. I admire your courage for completing your first Ludumdare. This edition's my first too.

Protogun by Solluxx 2013-12-16T20:03:00

This is one of the most creative applications of the theme. I really liked the fact that I had to line up my one shot.

The graphics are neat and quite adequate. The music was a little too low but I could hear the awesome sound effects perfectly (especially the shot).

The controls were really smooth; the game is very easy to pick up and play. Thanks!

Fort Meow by RhysD 2013-12-15T14:30:00

I like this!

Fort Meow by RhysD 2013-12-19T18:41:00

AWESOME! - Everything (graphics, audio, fun factor, game mechanics)except the game length and difficulty.
GOOD - For a 48hr compo, the number of levels is acceptable.
NOT SO GOOD - The game's a little too easy.
CONCLUSION - A very creative use of the theme and a very good addition to the "tower defense" genre of games.

Only one light by Snuti 2013-12-16T19:49:00

The music and graphics fit the theme perfectly.
The lighting was appropriate for the concept of a dying flame. The melancholic tune made me want to prevent the flame from dying.

The jump mechanic was a little difficult to use at first. I'd also echo Red Mike's comment about lit matches extending the life a bit.

One Arrow by 7elephants 2013-12-17T20:01:00

@neekobus Nice comment! I'm adopting your comment style.

@5elephants
AWESOME! - The graphic style is very beautiful. I also liked the windy background sound. It suits the game perfectly.

NOT SO GOOD - I couldn't figure out how to keep my character from aiming to the right. I wish I didn't have to wait so long before shooting an arrow.

BUG - I didn't encounter any.

IDEA - I think there should be more enemies in each wave. I'd also like the character to fire arrows faster.

CONCLUSION - A very good game.

DISTANT WORLD FOR THE BOTH OF US by Cell 2013-12-19T18:50:00

AWESOME! - The art is so good it's a little distracting. I especially liked the glowing shots and the effects on impact.

LD29 — Beneath the Surface

Finish Him! by dmcfarline 2014-04-30T08:13:00

To borrow Blue Ninja's lingo:

You are a f**king genius! This game is brilliant! I really enjoyed playing it.

Symptomatic by Andy Gainey 2014-04-30T04:27:00

One of the most innovative use of the theme. This game deserves to be published.

SUNK by GeorgeBroussard 2014-04-30T11:06:00

48 seconds

I haven't had time to concentrate on the game. I'll definitely post a larger highscore later today.

This is a very great game concept (and the second one about drowning I've seen on LD)

The Woods by tinyworlds 2014-05-06T10:16:00

The art is beautiful. I hoped there would have been some more interaction.

Beneath the... hey, look, shiny things! by Yaru 2014-05-01T20:44:00

I got trapped.

The Drowning Man by stoo 2014-04-28T10:33:00

The music is so appropriate!

The game's a little hard (no thanks to the evil piranha).

It Came From The Sewer by Catman 2014-05-02T08:10:00

I feel ashamed. This is one of the best games I've played.

Iron Rising by tripleVisionGames 2014-04-30T04:44:00

It's difficult to turn and the enemies are fast. Despite that, I kept replaying because of the music and sound effects.

Die Backpfeife aus dem Nichts by primaerfunktion 2014-04-28T08:20:00

I can keep playing this for hours! This is the most creative use of the theme I've seen.

Down by SonnyBone 2014-05-01T01:50:00

These are the humble beginnings of a horror game.

I enjoyed the lighting and the (eternal) falling. The corridors were a little hard to see.

Installation ZA-3 by Flai 2014-05-02T08:01:00

The art style is beautiful. I also liked the dialogue.

I discovered I could shoot enemies through walls.

Wormhunter by Thorig 2014-04-29T08:05:00

I would really love to see more of this in the future. I couldn't find any fault with the game.

Drillo - The Happy Driller by SkyWolf 2014-04-28T08:30:00

This is the solution to one of the world's biggest problems: "Match-3" glut.

I'm finding it really difficult to find anything wrong with the game. I would have loved a scoring system.

Sneak-Easy by allurious 2014-04-30T04:35:00

The music is so good it's distracting. the art style is very nice as well.

I got stuck at tables too.

A little work on the interactions and the game will be publish-worthy.

Captain John's Buried Treasures by martijn 2014-04-28T08:51:00

I love the bombs. I just blow everything up until some rock falls on me.

Mine Is Simple by darke_shard 2014-05-06T10:20:00

Teach me to draw like you do! There wasn't much to do, though.

Cavesploration by Sebby 2014-05-02T07:37:00

I saw some cats.

This is an interesting puzzle concept. I especially loved the death animation.

MOOD by d__adee 2014-04-28T10:22:00

This is a cool concept for a platformer. I won't say it's original, though.

Tentacle Rails by javifugitivo 2014-04-30T08:28:00

I've taken too much sugar in my eye. =(

The game was a little slow.

Come Home by cwkx 2014-05-01T04:07:00

I kept waiting for a monster to pop out of the ground and eat her.

Great art and beautiful music but little interraction. I wish there was a little more.

SUBTWEET: The Card Game by chrisamaphone 2014-05-04T09:11:00

I was unable to play it (seeing as it is not a digital game) so I didn't rate it.

The Dark Things by gnerkus 2014-04-28T10:04:00

@martjin I'm so sorry. I didn't have time to do any screens so the gameover and finish screens are quite similar.

@primaerfunktion Thanks. Unfortunately, cute is all there is to the game for now.

The Dark Things by gnerkus 2014-04-28T10:25:00

@allurious Thanks. I apologize for the lack of screens.

The Dark Things by gnerkus 2014-04-29T07:15:00

@oatsbarley I agree with you completely. Thanks for the compliments.

@bvanschooten The dark things are supposed to move randomly. They're not supposed to get stuck, though. Thank you for the compliments.

@Nicoll Hunt This might be appropriate but I really loved your game! I'm waiting for the voting to pass so I can play it again. I used only .ogg and .wav audio formats and I didn't have time to test the sounds before I submitted the game.

@neekobus Thanks. I made it slower because I wanted to make it easier since the dark things moved randomly. The dark things seemed to have played FPSes.

@stoo Thank you so much. Once the voting is over, I'll add more levels.

@all I'm happy everyone found the graphics cute. I worked towards achieving that.

The Dark Things by gnerkus 2014-04-29T10:43:00

@Lizzip The game's code is infected with dark things. Thank you so much for the compliment. I'll continue working on the game once voting ends.

@Thorig Thank you. I feel really motivated to work on this.

The Dark Things by gnerkus 2014-04-30T09:03:00

@tripleVisionGames Thank you. I'll work on the game once voting ends.

The Dark Things by gnerkus 2014-05-01T19:59:00

@SonnyBone Thank you for the critique. I will implement all your suggestions once voting ends (which is when I'll continue working on the game).

The Dark Things by gnerkus 2014-05-02T07:33:00

@Martin Vilcans Thank you. Phaser is the best Javascript game library I've used. I'll definitely work on this game once voting ends.

@zedutchgandalf Thank you!

The Dark Things by gnerkus 2014-05-06T10:10:00

@d__adee Your compliment is worth a third round in a three-round SFIV tournament final.

@Kara Jayde Thank you.

You're a very talented game designer and developer. Thank you so much for the inspiration.

Wormonger by lasagnegames 2014-05-03T17:51:00

Great music!

I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do and it wasn't that much fun to play.

Skydiver by KeyMaster 2014-05-01T20:04:00

That sea-water animation...

Once I started moving, the enemies stopped coming. A few sound effects would have been cool.

Infinite Hell Loop by ricklesauceur 2014-05-01T02:26:00

My robot was still able to talk after it died. =)

I haven't passed the game - yet.

Strata Dig by Jared Sartin 2014-05-01T19:39:00

I couldn't play the game. It just showed a black screen and a label "FPS" at the top right corner.

The Golden Helm by Steven Batchelor-Manning 2014-04-28T10:02:00

It was a little slow when I tried it.

Atomicle - LostAutumn.net by AutumnGuy 2014-04-30T14:35:00

I must apologize in advance for my harshness.

This game is quite similar to Atomic+. It might be called a clone. It's not fair that you didn't mention Atomic+ as inspiration.

A Politics Now by Nicoll Hunt 2014-04-28T09:50:00

I would suggest a feature to allow Satan to snap to soul pumps. It might make the game a little easier.

Hi It's Julian by baboum 2014-05-04T09:28:00

Can you make this a full game? Please.

I beg you.

WHAT IS IN THE SWAMP? (IT'S MONSTERS) by tacs 2014-04-28T10:42:00

Those enemies looked like re-dead.

I don't know how this fits the theme, though.

Duggle by Biggerplay 2014-04-30T04:42:00

I didn't feel like there was any challenge. If there were bad diamonds, it might have been a little more fun to play.

The sound was very nice, though.

The Spikes Beneath by Jayenkai 2014-04-28T10:13:00

This is an innovative platformer. I would prefer a keyboard control for the stage progression.

Revenge of the Fish by Colthor 2014-05-02T07:46:00

The whales-which-are-not-fish are so difficult to control. If there was a button to grab an object, it would help.

Beneath the Trolls by Dreauw 2014-05-01T02:43:00

This is beautiful! The art and music are top-notch.

I had a little bit of a problem with the controls at first then I figured it out.

LD30 — Connected Worlds

Connecting LD30 to the Real World by Will Edwards 2014-08-27T14:59:00

This is HUGE! Thank you so much! Will you do this in December?

Feedular by rebecca 2014-08-28T08:45:00

I don't understand the game. =(

Could it be because of the lag?

The Salt Pleeease by ponk 2014-08-28T09:13:00

The art style is beautiful. This is the most innovative game I've tested (in LD30).

Chromasis by jwin 2014-09-01T02:16:00

The Linux (x86) build didn't work for me.

Space Transport Tycoon by BMacIntosh 2014-08-29T03:00:00

Don't Eat Cute by gnerkus 2014-08-25T05:50:00

@CogentInvalid @Weaver Thank you for trying it out. I bumped up the difficulty a bit towards the end because I thought it was too easy *facepalm*. I'll adjust it.

@ploogle Thank you. I'm sorry I haven't played your game yet.

Don't Eat Cute by gnerkus 2014-08-25T19:40:00

@d__adee Thank you very much! I want to beat the mechanic to death this year. Next year I'll create a new one.

@matthias_zarzecki Thank you! I feel inspired to raise the strangeness of my games a notch.

Don't Eat Cute by gnerkus 2014-08-27T22:40:00

@fallingBear There's at least one flame per level. I was trying to balance the game. Thanks you for playing.
@pjimmy Thanks.
@nerd burglars Thank you so much! I wanted the game to be strange.
@ElectricSeagull I forgot to mention that in the instructions. The flames reduce your karma.
@ikr Thank you. I guess I made the game too difficult. I'll fix that after the voting ends.

LD35 — Shapeshift

This is a simple and fun concept.

I'm rich!

I second @dylanwolf's comment about the purchases.

The Long Night by Husky 2016-04-28T18:12:00

This is a great concept. I'd like to see you take it further.

My comments:
- The color palette made it difficult to see some shadows.
- The controls (X, Y, R) were a little too sensitive.

A little fine-tuning and you'd make this an excellent game.

Flesh Mess by radmars 2016-04-30T16:49:00

The initial form was a bit difficult to use at first.

I wish the power-ups were like organs: get a heart to increase your health or get skin to increase armor.

Is this game copyrighted? No? I'll be right back!

Tremor by Troyan 2016-04-20T08:59:00

Great music and art style. The obstacles were a bit confusing at first.

Jeffrey with a Sword by ShuddaHaddaLottaFun 2016-04-24T07:50:00

Is Jeff's surname Strifer? Just saying.

I thoroughly enjoyed the music. A few retro sound effects would have made the game more awesome.

The attack controls were a little too slow. I had to move after each attack to perform the next.

UPSHIFT by Jessica Hayley 2016-04-24T08:10:00

Moving with the beat is cool. Also, the art is simple and clean.

The controls were a little too slow. I'd also have preferred a little music to go with the pulsing shapes.

Porknight by Conk 2016-04-24T08:02:00

"Barricade ahead"

To stay fit, a knight must swing his sword - especially after a sumptuous meal of orc chops.

This was so much fun to play. I liked the concept of the knight becoming slower after eating a lot. It's quite original. The knight's increased weight wasn't so easy to notice though.

I had a little problem matching the floor to the color of 'The Man' at first (the yellow man looked like the green floor).

Reconfigure by wg_phancock 2016-04-29T21:05:00

This was such a blast to play! Once I'm done rating, I'll be playing this for a long, long time.

Thank you very much!

dos by Pibeex 2016-04-19T15:44:00

The music was hypnotic. I had so much fun playing this.

RollingBall by ottohak 2016-05-02T07:18:00

I had fun playing this. I do have a few issues:

- The ball's colours were a bit distracting
- The speed was a little too high. You could start out slow then accelerate the further the player goes.

FLESH TO STONE by tjmolinski 2016-04-18T03:50:00

The game was a lot of fun to play. I especially liked the soundtrack.

The Skinmancer by derr 2016-04-29T13:25:00

I was hypnotized by the music. I only got the ferret form.

Killing guards did get a little bit tedious. It was also difficult to view some platforms.

Groad by saucygames 2016-04-19T02:33:00

I finally beat the first boss!

Evolved by FinGamer 2016-04-29T13:51:00

This is such a brilliant game. It was like a time machine: I spent so many minutes on it.

I am Ned and I am a Hippo by Jun & Pate 2016-04-24T07:36:00

I played it mostly for the music. This game is so unique.

Hungry Blue Fox by ThaRemo 2016-04-18T19:24:00

The graphics are nice (I may be biased towards low-poly 3D) albeit a little too bright. The music did reflect the solemness of the game.

If you do get to continue working on the game, you could add nature sounds.

PS: The main character looks like a repentant Sephiroth.

Plasticine by Kafumanto 2016-04-30T13:24:00

A true plasticine hero.

The controls are a bit difficult to reach. Also, the game doesn't give you enough time to process the shape before molding Mr Plasticine.

You could place the shapes at the bottom of the screen and map them to the keys A, S and D which are easier to reach.

Shifting Shapes by g12345 2016-04-23T05:28:00

These shapes shift for me.

I had a bit of difficulty controlling the cursor because of the functionality of the Ctrl key in a browser (for Mac). I finally got a column to shift but couldn't stop it from shifting.

I'll have another go at the game.

William's Dilemma by thunderklaus 2016-04-25T20:35:00

Snakoban!

Infinite shifter by Martins 2016-04-24T07:46:00

I don't like spikes. Nice game.

It took me a while to figure out what to do but I did and enjoyed the clicking.

Nyamo's Adventure by DDRKirby(ISQ) 2016-05-08T08:06:00

Great music.

Memento Mori by ZeroFaction 2016-04-22T21:14:00

The art style is interesting. I liked the use of silhouettes and the lighting.

I found it difficult to time the jumps and couldn't get past the first hole after the baby grows up. I'll definitely try again.

Shiftah by GaryS 2016-04-23T05:36:00

I like the clean look and the nice colors. Could you share your palette?

For some reason, I couldn't hear any music. I think it's due to the browser (I played the game on Safari). I later tried it in a Chrome browser and heard the cool beats. Kudos

The game was a bit tedious for me because I wasn't aware of the mash-to-play tip.

LD39 — Running out of Power

Powerless by g-o 2017-07-31T06:13:56Z

I was struggling with the game at first then it hit me: it's a bullet hell. I did my best dodging those pesky pink boxes.

What I liked

- The music was soothing - The controls were quite smooth

What could be improved

- The music could use more tempo to match the movement of the 'bullets' - There was no way to measure my progression. I wish there was a counter that showed me how long I lasted

What I learned

- Not to play the game with a trackpad.

Shekateka by dietzribi 2017-08-05T15:22:29Z

I have to charge my gun; my phone can wait. Imagine if the weapon was a phone instead...

+++ The core mechanic of the game is one of the most ingenious I've seen this LD. The wall socket constraint is a solid foundation for a host of additional mechanics and rules. +++ My encounter with the red electricity enemy made the game more interesting. It made me stop and think for a few seconds until I figured out what to do. That was well done! ++ Spooky castle music coupled with spooky ghosts made the treasure search spooky. +++ The character art was amazing! I loved the animation for the ghosts (I didn't get too far in the game to see other enemies).

-- The environment art could be better.

Thank you for such a great game! I'm inspired to try out something similar.

LOW BATT by simonhutchinson 2017-08-03T18:45:14Z

I wish it didn't have to end. I'll leave a comment and go check on my phone.

+++ Clean colours. Crisp UI. I don't know what I'm talking about; I just know I loved the graphics a lot. +++ The chill music (supplemented by my poor efforts at conducting) was chill. +++ The simplicity of the game.

This was a great game. PS: I would love to be able to be able to hold more than one direction button at the same time for full-blown chaos.

Defend Home: Mars by sgt3v 2017-08-02T14:32:10Z

I like my insects no larger than 5cm in length.

+++ Polished textures gave a realistic look to the environment and the bugs. ++ Movement, aiming and shooting were responsive. +++ The music and bug sounds helped emphasize the otherworldly mood of the game. ++ It was clear what the gameover conditions were and they were presented with crisp UI.

-- The enemies didn't move or shake when they were shot which made it difficult to tell if I hit them right. -- It would have been nice to see a health bar for the enemies.

This was an excellent entry overall, moreso for a compo. John Hancock says "good job".

Power Rush by Mik3 2017-08-01T11:31:08Z

+++ The graphics are amazing! The game was like a full PS1.5 game. ++ The UI on the drill was brilliant design.

x I couldn't figure out how to mine the crystals. Maybe I gave up too soon. x There was a lot of tutorial text.

This was an excellent entry. Thanks for the great game.

ABANDON SHIP by attrition 2017-08-02T05:45:24Z

The 'R' key is my friend.

+++ The sound and visual effects for the fire were well done and fit with the overall retro theme of the game. I killed my character once just to see the death animation. +++ Deciding which crew members to prioritize (including myself) was exciting. I learned the hard way the the crew members closest to me at the start were the safest. ++ The depiction of a spaceship in peril was brilliantly done. ++ The music had a sense of foreboding to it. I heard a murmur that sounded like 'rrrr'. Or something like that.

-- The hit box for the player slowed my movement sometimes because I collided with the wall when I thought I wasn't supposed to. -- I would have loved to be able to drop crew mates anywhere so I could organize my rescue efforts better.

Thanks for the great game.

Neon Ride by Andrey Voznuyk 2017-08-05T09:33:42Z

Math is hard; physics is difficult.

+++ The wobbly, unstable physics of the car made me keep playing the game even though I was frustrated at my inability to reach the third battery. My motor skills are poor (ba-dum-dish!). ++ The headlamps and the glowing batteries combined with the dark scenery set up a good mood for the game.

-- Controlling the car made my wrists hurt. It might be gentler to players to make the car easier to control.

This was a good entry. Mad props for seeing it through to the end with only 12 hours!

Zombies and RVs by pixelgriffin 2017-08-01T06:24:43Z

Falling forever...

+++ The music is awesome! I'm still humming the tune in my head. It fit so well with the mood of the game. ++ The idea of jumping off the top of vans was quite funny to me. +++ I'll just repeat what others have mentioned by saying the graphics were well done.

x It takes a bit of time to get comfortable with the physics. x I fell into a hole and kept falling.

Thanks for a great game.

Constellation Exploration by matfernandestt 2017-07-31T15:08:58Z

Exploring the final frontier is not easy at all.

What I liked

- The sound effects provided good feedback and kept me company. - The drag. It made it feel like I was actually traveling in the vastness of space.

What could use some improvement

- The game could use some balancing in favour of the player. The second level was difficult for me. - I would have liked a bit more colour but I feel that wouldn't have gone with the mood you intended to set.

Thanks for the game.

Botken: Assault and Battery by Toone 2017-08-02T14:56:32Z

No option select? This is a game for filthy casuals!

+++ Gorgeious graphics and special effects. I also liked the colour palettes for the fighters. ++ That announcer! Not the best announcer but remarkable for a Ludum Dare game. +++ The game had combos. I'm biased towards combos. +++ The music fit the mood of the game to a T. Or an I. Or S. Whatever would clear those four lines.

-- I found nothing wrong with the game.

I would play more of this if it wasn't for those other meddling entries. Thanks for the great game.

Down in the Light Mine by gnerkus 2017-07-31T12:36:52Z

Thanks @g-o for the feedback. I'm most grateful. I know what to improve on.

This wasn't my first Ludum Dare but it's the first I've done with 3d art.

Exponential Maintenance Engineer by nintendoeats 2017-07-31T14:53:47Z

Boom! Watching the blocks disappear was satisfying. I wish I had more time to play the game. I hope to return to it after the rating's done.

What I liked

- Placing blocks in the paths of the stormtrooper-accurate rockets was a lot of fun. - Calculating my score before hand was also great. I'm a bit biased towards games with numbers. - The soothing music.

What could use some improvement

- The art didn't seem to fit in well to me. I would have preferred a the objects had flat textures.

Thanks for a fun game. I'm looking to ~~steal~~ be inspired by the core mechanic.

Run Ning out of Power, Montana by jekstrom 2017-08-01T06:34:11Z

So many weapons...

++ The music was well done. It had that 'gangsta' feel to it. Coupled with the gunshot sounds, it felt like I was actually 'cleaning' the streets. +++ I was surprised at the variety of weapons in the first few seconds of play. Trying each one out was a lot of fun.

Thanks for the exciting game. Great job!

Dear Leader's Love Powered Peace Bomb by Zyzzyzzyz 2017-08-01T11:38:04Z

Great graphics and awesome music. I especially liked the 'death' explosion.

I'm sorry for the short comment but I desperately need to reach 3000 points or I'll be bothered all day.

Scale of Life by ilya_kozlov 2017-08-01T13:22:15Z

Weeee! Woohoo!

I had a lot of fun playing the game although I was often distracted by the cute, smiling planet.

+++ The cutesy graphics and art style. +++ The chill music ++ Learning the timing for the rings

Thanks for the game.

Powerless Miner by MajamiLTU 2017-08-03T18:35:35Z

I should stop dancing to the music and leave a comment

+++ The art was well done - especially the colour scheme. The greys and browns fit in so well with the mood of the game. ++ The upbeat music was great to listen to. +++ Solving the level puzzles was a lot of fun. It seemed easy until the bats appeared.

-- I liked the music but it didn't seem to fit in well with the underground feel of the game - unless there were goblins underground doing the drumming

This was a great game to play. Thanks.

Lost Soul by daviddiagonza 2017-08-02T04:31:18Z

"Aaaaaaaaaaa....". I loved hearing that.

+++ The music and sound strengthen the feel of otherworldliness the game has. It felt like I was traveling in the spirit realm. +++ Like the audio, the graphics suited the mood of the game excellently. I especially likes the colour theme. ++ The draining bar helped communicate the urgency to find a new body.

-- I couldn't find anyway to track my progress within the game.

Thanks so much for the great game.

Deep Space Nine Volts by Boxfort 2017-08-02T20:43:22Z

I'll not be able to get home at my current skill level, will I? I need to get back to the game but first...

+++ The mood and tension in the game were very well done. It was a exciting to learn where each system was and to keep track of their power levels. I especially loved how the systems had clear effects on the environment.

-- It was a bit difficult for me to tell when I'd dropped a battery so I often wasted time trying to confirm.

Excellent entry overall. Thanks for the great game.
