Mr.President! (Web) by Richard Matey 2013-08-28T07:29:00

That was fun!

Time Frame by Random Seed Games 2013-08-27T18:05:00

The music is great and helps a lot in setting the mood. Good work.

Toilet World! by Just_delete_it 2013-08-27T18:07:00

Crazy and cool game. Good work!

Slime Quest by drkrunk 2013-08-27T18:39:00

Great game, one of the best games I've played so far

Just 10 Seconds by ellipticaldoor 2013-08-27T18:29:00

Wow, so simple and I actually enjoyed it :D Very well adapted to the theme, easy to catch and entertaining. Great job :)

QuickHunt by MvdLaar 2013-08-30T14:28:00

Great job with the visuals! The gameplay is original and catching, but I don't understand at all why the time goes backwards to -10 and beyond.

DemoPhobia by xndr 2013-08-30T08:18:00

Very good and original idea. The game is well implemented and has some appreciated taste for the humour. A little bit difficult for me though.

Ghost Pirate's Ship of Treasures by immanuela 2013-08-30T08:14:00

Some simple fun for 1 or 2 minutes. I don't think the game is too hard, but I agree it's very short. Good job anyway!

Ten Seconds To Live by TiRSO! 2013-08-27T07:38:00

Hint to people getting stuck and without time to progress: Explore the bathroom first ;)

pastiche punk. by tigers 2013-08-30T14:43:00

Addictingly hard and well designed. Congratulations!

Bob Won't Be Late by TeamBob 2013-08-27T18:19:00

As others are saying... Great art style but the controls and the time limit make it quite difficult to play.

10 Sec Hero by StabAlarash 2013-08-27T18:21:00

It's a shame... I am playing a lot of games with potential but broke due to the time constraint.

ToTheRescue by SaiKai 2013-08-30T08:05:00

Nice concept, fun and defying. Congrats!

Lunar Rush by timmahh 2013-08-30T14:32:00

Congrats and welcome to Unity. Keep working, it's really amazing that you finished your game!

LD35 — Shapeshift

Crops of Carnage by fanatiko 2016-04-19T20:25:00

Good game! Agreed with @ladybenko on the fact that you chose a puzzle game and got something playable! I *know* it is not easy to come up with new puzzle mechanichs that work ;)

I like the art and I appreciate that it's possible to start playing without reading any instructions. That's very important for me in a LD!

Phil Fortier by icefallgames 2016-04-18T07:42:00

I loved the intro, how the letter becomes the main character!

Cool concept and good visuals. Good achievement for the compo :)

Babygirl Caty & the shapeshifting kittens by AlejoAC 2016-04-19T20:21:00

So far the most annoying sound, congrats!! :P

Jokes aside, I like the art, it's nice, simple and readable :)

On the gameplay, I think the idea had more potential but it has turned out a bit too hard too play and not so fun for that reason.

Still great achievemnt for a compo game, congrats again!

Look at your Feet by Verz 2016-04-21T22:16:00

Interesting game, very polished, intuitive. Great entry overall.
To improve maybe the fact that it has nothing to do with the theme (not a big deal since it's a jam entry) and that it becomes a bit repetitive :)

SHΔPE by TiRSO! 2016-04-18T20:15:00

Thanks everyone for your replies, it's great to hear that everyone is enjoying the game :D:D:D

@BoltKey the link to the code was in the description but I added it to the links section too to make it easier to spot.

The shapeshifting is really simple: I modelled all four shapes in 3D using the same amount of vertices. Then I just interpolate using the Mesh API in Unity.

Candylicious by monaarc 2016-04-18T18:32:00

Same. Why not WASD? The W/Q thing is so frustrating :S

shifted by akirassasin 2016-04-18T12:03:00

I think the concept is nice, but after playing a few times, I couldn't manage to understand the logic in the obstacles spawn in a way that I could prevent it and improve my skill.

With a proper balancing of difficulty, I think you could get an elegant and funny game.

Also, the art seems to generic. It might do well adding some theme.

TerraShift by Leon Möhring 2016-04-18T13:54:00

Very nice. I love how it looks, the level of polish and that it can be understood without any tutorials. Congrats!

As a negative, I have lost a bit of motivation after a while since it's not clear what the goal is or what's the losing condition.

ShiftBlock by makiki99 2016-04-17T17:07:00

I really wanted to try this one but I am having issues with the espace button. When I press it my browser scrolls down instead of rotating the pieces :(

William's Dilemma by thunderklaus 2016-04-18T20:25:00

Good concept and clever level design. I wish it had a button to retry the level when you are stuck.

Shapes Attack by qikcik 2016-04-18T18:07:00

Heh, it's fun to see the same idea executed by someone else! Well done :)

Don't Shapeshift by ginger9 2016-04-18T18:49:00

I think you started in the right direction but the game is too rough at the moment.

The 3 Rules of 2-Color Shapeshiftin' in a Microworld on a Flickering Torus by theOnlyGoodDrcz 2016-04-18T15:44:00

Really nice mood by combining the art and sounds!

Black Heart by luquio 2016-04-18T06:31:00

Cool! If you want another take no the same idea... http://ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-35/?action=preview&uid=26416 :D

Since I've worked in a very similar idea I can appreciate how hard it is to make this kind of gameplay easy to read and fun. Congrats!

Bounds by Nervous Composers 2016-04-18T18:13:00

Cool mechanic but a bit hidden due to some problems:
1) Consider removing any challenges for the player before you reveal the cool mechanics. For instance, you can easily die in the first level before you discover what the game is about. I'm sure you have lost quite a few players because of that!
2) There is no hint that you need to hold Z to freeze. I was a bit stuck until I understood how it works.

Otherwise very original idea and good execution. Congrats!

Block Shift by Templar3lf 2016-04-18T12:11:00

I think the premise of the game has a lot of potential. The design is elegant, and the art is simple but nice.

However, the experience would be better if the way of moving the pieces wasn't so slow. It soon gets to a point when you know what you have to do, but can't do it because of the controls (the click and drag mechanic).

The interpretation of the theme of the competition is great too!
