The idea was really nice, but I really couldn't stand the controls. Way too slidy, made it kind of a fight against the game more than a fight against the enemies. Still had nice music and visuals.

Wow, this was *really* awesome! The moment when you realise that going right is not right (pun not intended) and suddenly the game changes direction completely (again..) was really great! Such a simple concept but so much innovation!
Really nice take on the theme and good gameplay. Could have used more different kind of challanges, but for 48 hours this is pretty nice!
This is really high-quality stuff! Liked the narrative, the graphics, the sound, pretty much all of it! Nicely done!
Really nice game, fun idea and nicely executed.
Really great game/interactive story! I played through every ending and enjoyed learning more and more about the protagonist's life and backstory. Good work!
Pretty great game with really good graphics. Only thing that could use improvements would be the camera, as it is always forced to look ahead of you, although it would be way more useful if you could lock it behind you (because most likely you will run away and shoot behind you)
Interesting idea but a bit too difficult tbh. Music was a bit too short to be looping, but hey, 48 hours
Nice concept, really difficult though. Still had fun!
Really confusing that the platform suddenly disappears and you just have to restart! Good visuals, but frustrating gameplay.
Nice concept overall, unfortunately the music did not play for me..
Interesting concept, although maybe the swarm swayed too much, I never made it further than a few seconds. Still, nice idea.
Really great use of the theme, great sense of experimentation and observation!
I was in a hurry submitting the game so I forgot to pack the flash file in a html site. Will fix it now.
Nice game, althoug I didn't get the whole energy-mechanic (and survived just fine without worrying about it :D)
Really nice idea and a good take on the theme. I think the controls could have used some work, and I also didn't think putting death pits in there was a fair choice. It basically screws you over even though it is not your fault. Otherwise great job!
Great game with incredible amount of polish overall, unfortunately the theme seemed completely tagged onto it. Otherwise good game
Really cool game! Good graphics and really nice soundtrack (reminded me of dustforce). Sadly the controls were very difficult and I got stuck in walls often. Otherwise, really cool game that I'd like to see more of.
Really nice entry! Nice relaxing mood. I also liked the messages saying what you did right/wrong, nice how they changed every time!
Pretty basic but nice idea. Nice sound effect and lighting effect. Unfortunately I got stuck in a cave and couldn't see all the stuff others have mentioned. A little more direction would be good.
Really really amazing game! Great graphics in the style of Cave story, great music and innovative minigames (which are why I understand that this requires a controller)
The only annoyance was that the game resets you to the start once you died, but luckily it only took me two tries.
Please make this into a full game with more analog stick minigames and more pipes!
Incredible sound, graphics and atmosphere! Really nice and calming :)
Nice job of demonstrating a real life issue in the game! Graphics were really good, sadly the game wasn't really challenging. Only when I accidentally limited my budget to 400 and had to try with only one light crew it was really difficult.
Really good job! Had me playing for at least 15 minutes just because it was interesting to go deeper, earn more money and upgrade. Art and music were both good and the controls feeled good.
Bug-wise I only noticed a bit of tearing between the tiles, I guess that's because of gaps between the tiles (flooring tile coordinates normally helps)
Really nice and small game well executed :)
A nice idea but sadly there's not much to it yet. I presume that's mostly due to time constraints and missing engine knowledge though. But what I liked was the ending which is so in contrast to the monster you just probed :D
Really nice graphics and the attack felt awesome! Took me some while to figure out how to get ammo, but for 48 hours I don't really expect a tutorial ;) It has potential!
Really nice game, good graphics and audio! The fuel didn't work though, so no challenge :/
Who didn't use the aliens game to make himself an insane firerate? Hacking games is fun :D
Sadly didn't really get farther than the darkness level (I did figure out how to light up the level, but not how to get out of it...) Still a decent game for what I've seen.
Pretty nice game for your first game ever! The jumping mechanic needs improvement, but otherwise a good entry!
Interesting concept and I enjoyed the physics. Obviously not finished and could need a better combat system, but could be cool if it could become more than one corridor.
The swapping mechanic really pleasently surprised me! If you will develop this further I would take out the health mechanic (at least for the swapping) and make the enemies less difficult (I could only get through the first two levels with enenmies)
Overall really great concept and well executed. There's potential here :)
Obviously not finished but what is there is pretty fun! Really enjoyed the music and the graphics. If you will continue with this it needs more feedback on your decisions.
Quite interesting concept, but I think the thing about having the face be differently happy and moving them into the unavoidable obstacles so you don't fail was a bit overcomplicated. Still a nice game overall!
Really good mood anc great interface and visuals. Sadly the systems weren't really clear and not easy to play around with so I didn't experiment much. After a while I just didn't get anything from the furnaces anymore and it wasn't winnable...
Still really impressive entry, just needs a bit more accessible mechanics.
Really really nice entry, I'm amazed that this already is a completely finished game! Nice and simple mechanics in combination with great art and sound! Great work :)
Really great acrady game! Great visuals and audio. Pretty difficult gameplay, especially with the rockets, but still fun!
A simple idea, but quite enjoyable. The constantly moving planets made it a bit annoying to play, but otherwise nice.
Quite a nice mechanic, however the slow downs were very unfortunate.
Damn this is amazing! Such a simple idea, yet really enjoyable gameplay. Took a bit to get a game going where I wasn't completely dominated by the AI but then it was just really fun to run around with a big cloud of units killing everything! Graphics were also really great and minimalistic, and the audio that was there was fitting as well. Really amazing entry!
Really really excellent entry! Great use of the theme, surprisingly deep mechanic, great visuals and sound that fits the mood nicely! Just a bit unfortunate that the sounds sometimes overlap if you switch between worlds quickly, makes it sound like a big mess sometimes. But still, top notch entry!
Interesting concept although it didn't work for me. I found it frustratingly hard to keep track of multiple lanes and just completed one after the other. Also I thought the music didn't quite fit to the style of the game. However I thought the visuals were really cool, especially the wave diplays on the completed games.
The concept was pretty good, and the art was quite phenomenal! However having to repeatedly click was quite annoying, and the difficulty is just too high. Would have loved to see sound to make it even better!
Found this because we chose the same name for our games (and the basic mechanic is kinda similar as well :D) Really cool game, I liked the minimalistic graphics and gameplay. Music was also quite nice, however the loop was a bit too harsh. Really nice entry!
Really liked the music and the art, and the linked platforming gameplay was also pretty cool! Overall it reminded me of "To the moon" which is great! Unfortunately in the second linked level the guy just didn't appear so I could finish it :/
Very cool! The take on the theme is definitely quite unique and also works really well in terms of gameplay. The mouse sensitivity was really low, and it could have used some music to make it even better, but definitely an impressive entry!
Nice and compact game! The movement didn't feel completely right but very close to it I think. I especially like that the task got harder the closer both sides got to the middle, increasing the difficulty as you get closer to your goal. Good entry!
Just amazing, the polish on this is just amazing! I wish it was a bit stronger (more obvious?) on the theme and a bit longer, but it was still really amazing!
A bit confusing due to the level swap, but once I figured it out quite nice! Also cute graphics and good music!
Movement and sound were really nice, however I could really figure out what to do with the laser and what exactly I had to do. Still quite nice and the movement has potential.
Pretty nice entry and a good mechanic, although some of the later levels seemed almost impossible or only reliant on using your abilities exactly right. Also, sound effects were good but the music was too dissonant for me :/ Still great entry!
The leveling of the ship was nice, and the laser felt really good, but just spawning waves of ships was a bit boring, especially because bullets were annoying to dodge.
Thanks everyone for the encouragement, I'm now thinking about making a bigger and better post-compo version of this!
@Sunflower: You're not wrong :D
I am really impressed by this! Besides maybe the walking minigame the other two were fun to play, the graphics were quite nice and the music was cheerful! Well done!
Very nice entry, interesting to see another take on the "worlds as colours" approach that I took as well! It's quite difficult, but in a good way. I don't know if the scanline effect isn't a bit too much, but otherwise it was great!
Great entry! I like the more story-focused approach to the theme, and the story was short but interesting. Art and music were nice, especially the lighting in the caves was cool! Gameplay worked really well, never really got frustrated and the abilities mixed it up, great job!
Very interesting mechanic with a great presentation!
Oh man this game mechanic is really amazing! Challenging yet satisfying when you get it right! Great job, I hope this will be a full game some time!
Really impressive! Though I felt the gameplay was a bit slow the concept was still quite nice, and all the other things like art and music were great!
Really nice entry! I liked the concept of the time loop as a ncie way of self-increasing difficulty and challenge. Art was really great, and controls were mostly good except some occasional unreliabilities. Very cool!
You're off to a good start here I think. I like that the bullets are piercing, you don't get that often!
Quite nice for your first entry! The plane movement felt pretty nice, however a real danger or challenge was missing (I'm sure you're aware of that ;) Still, not bad, hoping to see another entry next time!
Great entry! Really loved that it had a simple idea which was well executed, with progression and everything, and art and music were also quite amazing! Really well done!
Strange but really entertaining game! Although the scrolling was a bit headache-inducing, the floor scrolling looked really cool and the graphics overall were nice. The shooting mechanic was also pretty cool. Lastly, the sounds were hilarious and amazing :D Very nice entry!
Parts of this were really great, such as the pixel art and the feel of the game while shooting. Especially cool was the feature that when you shoot blocks, they slide away and crush monsters. However the monsters were really annoying at times and often just so difficult to avoid that it got really frustrating. Also I wish it had music, just because it would be even better with that. Still a really great entry!
