LD27 — 10 Seconds

Regular Dungeon by Syawra 2013-08-28T17:04:00

I really want to play this, but I run Linux. If you at least provided a Windows unity binary I could run it.

Bloody Bob by Zener 2013-08-28T17:01:00

This is a great game! Make more levels, I want to eat an entire city in one gulp.

10 Sec And Slash by NostraDamon 2013-08-28T16:41:00

This game is quite amazing. The art is beautiful, the music fits in well, and the theme is incorporated very well. My favorite so far.

The Compass by IonProgramming 2013-09-01T13:38:00

gah, I get this error on a lot of java games running Linux. java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: com/ion/ld27/Window : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0

Nerv by arcticleaf 2013-08-28T15:50:00

This could be expanded into an epic game. I encourage you to continue developing it after LD! Great game!

Midlands Noire by Ysty 2013-08-28T14:42:00

The Linux version is not running for me, and it looks like the same is for the Mac version

10 Second Happy Rocket by Starspell 2013-09-01T16:46:00

The 10-Second Rule by hissssssssss 2013-08-28T16:53:00

Absolutely love this take on the theme!

Power Surge by timothyolt 2013-09-01T16:48:00

@Starspell If its a problem with the game, try runnng it from command line and send me the error.

Power Surge by timothyolt 2013-09-02T15:29:00

We did not have time to put instructions in the game, so it is included above. Please see that if you are having problems figuring out how to play.

Endless Run by gmaker 2013-08-28T14:27:00

Great game, good graphics, and very fun

Xyloctopus by iterative deepening 2013-08-28T14:34:00

Great graphics, amazing idea, but hard to control.

10 Second Destruction by Integershift 2013-08-28T16:32:00

Good idea, but a little more polish and a destruction counter would have made it much better.

Chrono Blood Ninja by theholychicken 2013-08-27T02:58:00

Definitely playing in Windows, this looks like a must-play. Wish it worked in WINE.

Attack of the n00b Models by metranil 2013-08-28T16:14:00

Pretty fun, especially because I run Linux, and Windows Unity games under WINE have no mouse movement. Quite interesting when I attempt Slender. Anyways, the game could easily have looked a bit better with strategically placed lighting.

Blobb has enough time by bitowl 2013-08-28T15:22:00

Great game, but collisions could use a little touch-up. libGDX is a great library, used it on my team's game as well.

Raptor Rescue by jormungandr 2013-08-27T02:49:00

This looks great. Sadly couldnt get it to work in WINE, will definitely try on my Windows partition ASAP.

Timing is Everything by Animated 2013-08-27T02:36:00

Seems like a fun game, but I cannot figure it out D:

Base 10 by RustyC 2013-08-28T14:06:00

All I see is a blank blue screen..

Minute/6 by descrout 2013-08-27T02:28:00

I was not able to get this to run, this seems like a great game. If you can fix it I will definitely play and rate!

Here's the error: java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Oyun/Game : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0

I did not see any references to your code in the stack trace, so I didn't include it.

Tracewire by Drachlen 2013-08-26T04:02:00

Runs in WINE! :D

Re-Curse-Sive by Dracae 2013-08-27T02:44:00

Same problem, character doesnt load when you play the into. But this was a pretty good game, nice take on the theme.

Meat Basket by shs 2013-08-28T14:13:00

Ah this was great. Took me a while to figure out I could hold the mouse button, but it was a fun game.

Top down zombie Runner by supersammy7000 2013-08-28T15:08:00

Great first game! tweak the background a bit and the graphics could work

Ripcord by Andromatta 2013-08-28T15:03:00

Pretty fun game and you stuck to the theme pretty well

Time Wizard by zzForrest 2013-09-01T13:00:00

Did not work on Linux. D: I got a Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: net/zzforrest/ludumdare27/Main : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0

Time Annex by kratorspore 2013-08-28T15:42:00

Outstanding idea and incorporation of the theme. Releasing this on mobile devices would be a hit.

LD28 — You Only Get One

Save One For The Kids by SonnyBone 2013-12-17T04:29:00

Kill children, simple, Stuck to the theme, but the humor was a little too dark for me.

YOGO (You only get one) by mohammad 2014-01-06T15:23:00

It seems the game is a Minecraft level? Do not have Minecraft here so I was unable to test.

Black Friday by lasergans 2014-01-06T16:09:00

Graphics are a little repetitive, but i was able to ignore that. My only real concern was the collision/movement. If that was a bit more smooth the game would have been a lot easier to control. Great puzzle though, and congrats!

Shadow Night by ParaPup 2013-12-24T15:13:00

Very cool, a bit tricky to open doors, but it was pretty fun. A well crafted level.

Flight of the Stars by DangerPenguin 2014-01-06T16:18:00

Simply amazing. I have nothing to complain about.

RetroBall by timothyolt 2013-12-17T02:58:00

Note: It does crash when it prompts you to "Click to restart". But hold your horses, that's totally because "You only get one" try.

RetroBall by timothyolt 2013-12-17T08:32:00

I would think fixing that crash bug would be allowed, it wouldn't add anything, just allow for more play. Will work on it as soon as I can.

RetroBall by timothyolt 2013-12-24T05:25:00

Fixed that crash bug, something weird happened like trying to add platforms to a nonexistant world. Anyways Enjoy being able to fall off the screen more often!

RetroBall by timothyolt 2014-01-06T20:27:00

@Jedi I am planning to further the game a little in a post-compo version. That sounds like a good idea to add, never thought of it. I will probably include it.

0RBITALIS by AlanZucconi 2013-12-24T16:07:00

While many games come out of LD, this game needs to go further. This game has the perfect trajectory to shoot to the top. Would love to see this game with more levels, elements, etc. A mobile port might be tricky, but I would love to see it done. So much yes in such a little game.

You only get one to exit by OtherAlexy 2014-01-06T15:58:00

Great concept, a bit hard to control though. The menu graphics could be a bit less blurred, but I liked how the blur worked on the level. Also making the goal of the game more obvious would not hurt.

One Rogue by rincewind_cz 2014-01-06T15:39:00

Fun game, great theme integration, and a good amount of polish for the time given. The only thing I have to complain is having to repeatedly press buttons to continue moving.

Abandon Ship by TnT 2013-12-17T04:39:00

Blank screen as well, running Ubuntu Linux, Sun Java 6 and OpenJDK 7

The Terrible Battle Between Men and Turtles by saulopz 2013-12-27T05:58:00

Very simple and original, I liked it. Though it was annoying I could push huge metal balls but not small turtles.

015873's Prison Break by Rother Games 2014-01-06T16:25:00

The sounds were cool, but the music was annoying. Also the graphics seems to have transparency issues? Other than that the game was real fun, and I had a ... blast!

One For All & All For One by BlazingFanfish 2013-12-24T15:21:00

Very cool! However also quite confusing.

Unibrow by ViliX64 2013-12-24T14:42:00

The perspective mechanic was really cool. At times though it was had to determine where an object was, but it was fun anyways.

The blue orbs by Martomate 2013-12-27T05:53:00

Good job on completing a game! The graphics were not too intuitive though, as I thought it was a platformer at first by looking at the player sprite. Also did not notice I could go through what looked like 1-high spaces. Still, you completed a working game, good for you!

Lumen by Nelien 2013-12-24T15:31:00

Simply amazing. In the depths of the sea, where light is as valuable as life, you have the one source of hope.

YOLO by bobo_oh 2013-12-27T05:45:00

great concept, and good job doing it in the time you had. better controls is all I would hope for in this game. and maybe a little list/description of all the "shitty stuff"

Stretch Bouquet Point by mister_morris 2013-12-27T05:50:00

I would not have gone with 3D for this game, but whatever. Anyways I have concluded I have been murdered by a daughter. This could be quite the horror game.

Careful Now by Orangy Tang 2013-12-27T05:41:00

Lol loving the surgeon simulator-ness it had to it, good idea, pretty fun even though I couldnt cure anyone. More visual feedback would be a nice way to let the player know what can interact and what cannot.

P.O.W. Rescue by Gameko 2014-01-06T15:47:00

Great game, though I would have spent a bit more time on the mechanics. Various bugs make it too easy to beat otherwise complex levels. Holding jump for example.
