Pretty hard game, but I really love the "backstory".
I finally got an idea of how to get through the last one, but it's impossible to me :D

Pretty hard game, but I really love the "backstory".
I finally got an idea of how to get through the last one, but it's impossible to me :D
This was so much fun. I'm still excited :O Need to kill dat bozZ...
awesome sound! needed a while to figure out how the gameplay worked though
really love how this voice says "time","nitro","game over" :D
would love an option to mute that background music/noise thing, though ;)
backslashed does as well not work under linux. forward slashes should probably work everywhere.
the controlls are really smooth
I did a lot of death-abusing :D (but it wouldn't make sence if the chicken was suddenly alive again ;))
this game is soooo awesome and adorable :3
controls felt pretty smooth and the mood was perfect.
I'm just so sad, that it's already over now. Needs moar levels!
I was totally overwhelmed, when the second cursor from the past came up and I got how well the messages fit
awesome!
laughed so hard :D
audio does not work in firefox and the scrolling text seems wrong in chrome
pretty hilarious :D
Though it was quite easy, as I somehow found a spot, where no guard game by.
I'm annoyed by having to start from the beginning each time ;)
But so you can use the x-thing in earlier levels as well to get some time, so I see why you did that.
Though I would not make the "air whirl" a point, but rather a line, as I quite often missed it and so lost some precious time
wow! I really like your take on the theme and how the controls feel :)
The only thing that is strange to me is why its so "glibberish" when you are of the street. would be better if you'd just be slowed down
quite hard to figure out, what to do first, but when I got it, I was suprised about the different storylines
huh, that was hard. But it's a lot of fun and the controls work really well.
You blocked your dropbox link (probably dropbox changed it links?) so we can just play the postcompo version on kongregate?
Wow. that art-style is fantastic :)
that music fits soo well. couldn't stop laughing :D
the time pressure makes this quite interesting.
would be cool to have different ways to solve this, though
Awesome!
Need to come back to this before next jam :D
the music fits so well with the dash sound, but I don't like the hit sound, so I cought me flying a lot of time just around the start-button and enyoing how the music is changed by my actions :)
thiss is soooo cute :3 wish I could draw like that.
though I'm not skilled enough to solve the last levels :O
really cool game, that makes you feel how long ten seconds can be. Would like to see a post compo version with more levels and stuff <3
quite atmospheric game. would be cool if you added more content so you really have the feel of having missed something
kind of cool to have a big maze, but a simple way leads through it. But those invisible walls are really annoying
the graphics are just awesome! :3
really love the idea that you have a tape of ten seconds and not a general time limit. gives more time to think and makes everything feel better :)
-4.5, 2.0, -1.7, -0.2, -0.7 --> 8.7
needed some time to figure out the first three seconds were real. I've seen some more of these games, but this one is the best as it has other mini games in it :D
this concept is AWESOME!
Best score I could get was 10, as my past beings are tooo good in this game :P
quite a lot of fun, the controls felt good and the music is awsome. just could use better graphics ;)
hard game! might be easier if the ship would move faster?
some files seem to be missing :O
got a lot of 404s
awwww it's sooo cute :3
Found it quite hard, that you die if you hit a wall in the maze level, but after i figured the way out the math was my problem (I believe my solutions were correct, but why didn't it accept them?)
really love those options :D
quite hard, as my keyboard does not accept so many key presses per second.
another tip: remote the .git folder and your source gets smaller ;) (doesn't matter to much here)
I got kind of sad when I realised after ~5 seconds that there was nothing I could do.
I really like the idea to have "checkpoints" to reach in 10 seconds.
But it's quite confusing how it scrolls. It's generally good to show more of the direction the player is heading in, but it should be gentle and smooth and not such abrupt. The scrolling makes the controls seem harder, than they are.
cool concept, but it needs more variety
the intro was funny :D should add some "rise" of difficulty though, so that things like "11" come earlier ^^
interesting concept!
might be more fun if you did not have the ten second limit to configure your robots, but maybe the aim should be to destroy the enemies in ten seconds.
still pretty cool :)
The concept is quite clever, but you should rather have "lifes" than die instantly (with no replay button?) when you are hit from above or are trapped between two towers.
another tip: just add a score display (maybe in the last hour of your time) to give the player at least some sort of "reward".
omg. everything came so unexpected :D
so much fun, although the VVVVVV-style-controls feel a bit wired.
nice concept, but it could have used some more levels before the final one as difficulty extremly high in this one
this is the game where I laughed most yet :D
It needed a time to get a feel for the jumping, but then it was rather easy. I failed 13 times.
at first I thought I would never make it to the second level, but then I got attached and suddently the pressure became fun. no idea, how you did that. great game!
I wonder whether you have seen the "Juice it or lose it" talk by grapefrukt :D
controls feel good, but I would rather like to see the levels sorted by difficulty rather than having them randomly
was easier than thought. though the music got somehow annoying after a few levels
I'm really impressed by the concept, although it's quite confusing. I think there can be a "real" (longer, more complex, but simpler to understand) game done with.
Lightning is awesome (except on the player)
But it would need some more explanation (what's this bar on the top good? when is it there at all? we can only go trough the exit if the torch is lightet?)
But I think it's good that we can see the shape of the maze when we look exactly (or turn up the brightness of the screen) as else you have no way to find back if you light goes out.
The linux version is missing a data and a mono folder :O
The concept is really nice, but I keep getting "glued" to the stairs and losing money because I'm not that fast.
really cool idea! would love to see this mechanic explored more indepth.
Had some issues with the controls and found it funny that you can simply walk out of the map to the left, but the graphics are awesome.
Also getting the 0xc000007b on Windows 8 64-bit :(
awesome graphics. the controls feel glibberish though. And I'm not quite sure how this works, as I seem to be able to play around with the bullet by reflecting it with the ship?
I like these graphics so much :)
would be nice if the intro was skippable
Dropbox link is down? screenshots look nice. can't wait to play&rate it
Oww maaaaan, this is so cool. Laughed really hard, once I found out :D
the controls feel so smooth. like to play this.
I liked the graphics and the overall feel, but I'd improve the speed of the fights. After a time the slow animations get a little annoying
Really loved the textboxes which told some kind of "story" fitting to the level :)
This is soo polished. I can't beat anything, but the rolling feature reminds me of the minish cap :3
this is really cool!
I wish I could draw as good as you
Thanks for your feedback!
I didn't have motivation to test it in other browsers than firefox.
But backspace and autoscrolling should now work in chrome as well.
This game is lots of fun even with (or maybe because of) the simple concept. I really liked it!
This game is awesome!
I love the graphics and I'm impressed by the coding you have done.
Uhh. I didn't even thought of the space key anymore. It's not part of the intended gameplay and just a leftover debug thing :D
I hate you for cancelling Half Life 3!
those graphics are cute :3
those sounds are amazing :D
I like the concept very much!
so relaxing :)
Really nice game! The mood is just perfect. That feeling when I first managed to clean out the lower deck just to go up and find houndreds of more chickens. And then the moment I finally realised I can just drop the bombs. Graphics and music match the feeling as well. I'm really impressed!
What a great game! I really hope you continue working on it and create more content. The whole design is so polished and the controls feel very good (except of course if there are lots of items lying around ^^). I wish you had more time between the days to clean up your store at least a little bit.
@naali Which browser were you using on which Operating System when that error occurred? I have not seen that one yet.
I really like the general idea of your game. Especially that the old leftover boxes you did not use stay when you get more space / another printer. This really gives the feeling of running out of space after some time.
However the controls make the game harder to play than it needs to be. I often got confused what left and right mouse button did and it was hard to select all the blocks needed for a form and then finding the correct order for it. If you want to improve this further in the future I think a more intuitive control scheme would be to drag and drop to switch blocks and to click to (de-)select a block. To make it easier, the first matching order could be selected automatically once the shape fits.
Sadly if you play it fullscreen on a 16x9 monitor you cannot see what the bottom most order is which makes it even harder.
I really like this game! I even downloaded the post-jam version afterwards to play through the levels again just because it was that much fun. I hope you take the time to build more content some time in the future!
