Apologies for the lack of loading screens: expect black screen delays between loading levels!

Mechanically not super balanced (and I couldn't really tell whether I was winning or not), but the crossover between worlds thing was sweet! For a first dare, you dun good.

This is a cool new gameplay mechanic.

I like the tower-defense approach to this game. Perhaps it was just me, but I was a bit confused the way the mechanics work if I were to select objects. Overall, I managed to save the world. Great work on your entry.

Thanks everyone! :)
Yeah - needs more work on fine tuning the mechanics and selection.

Really enjoyed being able to pull things in from previous worlds, innovative way to fit the theme. Like others, I was a little confused as to if the battle was going my way or not, so I ended up providing a lot more support than was needed. Perhaps an easy way to implement that would just be show health bars over characters heads? Also it would have been nice to see projectiles for the ranged attacks, personally I don't focus well on watching numbers to see how the battle is going. But awesome job for a first dare, seriously. Can't wait to see what you come up with for the next one.

good start, not sure exactly what was happening if i was winning but i did enjoy the concept. great job!

Couldn't tell what was going on. Good and bad guys were pretty indistinguishable to me. I also couldn't control what was going on so I just dropped things randomly and let it go. Graphics are good, sound is good. Gameplay is questionable.

Really liked this one. I think it has potential for a full game. The concept is very original and fits the theme too!
You also have nicelt changing visuals and music throughout the game. Great job :)

gnerkus 2014-08-27 22:54

I love the music. The game does take a while to load sometimes.

I thought the game wasn't working when my experience with Phaser kicked in. =D

Really appreciate the great feedback and suggestions!

Definitely tons of room for improvement - if time permits, I'll fix these issues after the judging period. :)

I like the multiple levels and teleportation but the fighting mechanic could be stronger. really nice proof of concept that could go on to be something cool. Also really liked your choice of worlds

ponywolf 2014-08-28 14:37

A little confused on what to do... A quick help screen could solve that. Good first-timer though!

mrexcessive 2014-08-29 17:40

Hi there. Great concept. It's fairly brutal, difficult to stay alive even on first few levels. I like the idea of rewards passing forwards. Good job!

elefantopia 2014-08-30 03:13

Ambitious game! I liked the controls - different and interesting. Funny graphics although it may help to have a few words below to explain what some of the icons where (the first block when you left-click, for example). Great job!

super-hamster 2014-08-30 03:37

I feel like I didn't really know what was going on even though I won every time. I like the concepts and the fact that you have to choose between different things to teleport with limited teleportation times. Overall, nice idea! :)

very interesting, looking forward for upgraded versions

chuigum 2014-09-01 04:56

Great graphics and music. Fun little game, good job!

Interesting twist in "tower defense" game. My complaint is that for sometime I had no idea what I was doing hehe
Congrats, man! Keep rocking!
