Great game.
Love the creative input for each level. No bosses are created equal, you'll have to find ways of effectively defeating them. Awesome game!
I can definitely see this for various puzzle mechanics. Cool game.
This was an excellent entry. This game represented the theme perfectly!
This was well-put together. No to spoil the story, but the choices you had to make were effective.
I like the tower-defense approach to this game. Perhaps it was just me, but I was a bit confused the way the mechanics work if I were to select objects. Overall, I managed to save the world. Great work on your entry.
Thanks Snoother for the hosted site referral. I recently edited the link for quick acess.
My highest was about level 30. The most common level I kept dying was level 28. Not that I rage-quitted after 12-13+ tries, the Pitfall-esque aspect (thank you for the homage as I am a fan of the Pitfall series)of the level kept me going. This was an excellent game!
For a game jam entry this looks very polished. Well done! I recall you were streaming online to learn how to code in Unity: what I'm getting at is if this game was the result of putting in the work to learn since then, then this is pretty damn impressive.
Great debut on your entry. This is a good start and great to see your proud of your game. I loved the narrative you put behind this game, and it was tricky the way you had to perform double jumps to reach certain platforms. Good design choice and pacing.
This was excellent. It struck a cord in me since this I put myself in that child's position, and connecting it with my real-life experiences with my parents. The game really puts the player in that moment. Great game!
I never knew pork could pack a punch! The level hazards and item variety gave this game some good replay. The combos when chained correctly are awesome.
Somehow the game not only reminded me of Smash Bros. (as the comments and relate to as well) but also reminded me of Kirby Fighters Deluxe, and its not a bad thing at all.
This entry was unique and innovative. After playing this game, I had to look at the title again. Golf + baseball = uniqueness!
This looks like it can be made into a mobile game if you were to continue this further on.
This is such a cute game. I definitely like the day/night mechanics that complement the visuals as well.
Awesome platform-style game. Is it a coincidence that the opponent reminds me of "Sir Gwain and the Green Knight?"
I know having AI was no easy task, but I must say this was great implementation. Especially for Unity.
Very unique game. Ambitious gameplay that seems to show homage to Sim-based and sci-fi games.
This definitely has potential, especially since this is your first entry, so cheers to your debut in Ludum Dare. There were some glitches (from the player's light specifically), but honestly, I believe that's from working with Unity's machinations. Great approach, though. The AI navigation was great and innovative.
Excellent Easter egg! That cockroach may looks so kawaii ^3^
...But its still a cockroach.
Funny game, great graphics/audio and polish. I just can't get over that Easter egg. It made me laugh so much.
Good to see a fellow entrant using GameMaker. How can something made so simple, can be so hard to beat? Folks, for games like this, you need to have your mouse sensitivity increased, new fresh batteries if using wireless and a good surface for the mouse.
This game trains your mouse to see if it runs accurately!
I can see something more in this game. I found the fighting a bit too fast-paced. If that was your design choice, then voters, THERE IS A TRICK TO BEAT THE HELL OUT OF THOSE NINJAS (I managed to survive more than 3+ minutes)! I found the player's "health meter" to be very unique, especially when the player loses. The art style was cool for its basic 8-bit look.
A right-side up enemy wave game. As you managed to create a game, its plays and runs good within such limited time. The player has a good use of attacking the enemies. That background was distracting (it looked cool!), and seems to have an advantage for the enemies in order to invade the player's territory.
This looks so cool. I hope this goes further, such as adding stage hazards and power-ups. The graphics look very polished, and the gameplay was nice.
This is another game I come across so far with multi-player functionality. And they have SO MUCH POTENTIAL as cool party games!
This was a pretty and colorful-looking game. The game drag-and-drop/screen switching worked with the theme pretty well.
Unique entry to the theme. You weren't the only one who had a difficult time to whip up an idea for the theme, but you created a unique game. It was frustrating to navigate the owl in a good way obviously, so this was a nice design choice, given the theme provided.
YO, THOSE REALISTIC OWL PHYSICS!
