Don't Mess With Totems by winesays 2015-12-15T22:25:00

Awesome. really fun! Is there an ending? In my dreams there's an ending and I can get past totem block #9 :)

Infinity Monkey Autocorrect by andyman404 2015-12-15T22:01:00

This is super great! There's now a competition at our office to make the best manuscript - and what does the "best" mean? I don't know, but I DO know I'm trying to write Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic with these monkey hands!

Slash Quest by Big Green Pillow ft Mgaia 2015-12-18T03:10:00

Absolutely wonderful! Brilliant art, silky smooth gameplay, just all around awesome! Great Job!

Enliven by Patacorow 2015-12-23T00:44:00

Beautiful game especially knowing that it was started a day late. The various seed types and levels added a lot to the game and kept me playing until the end. Solid game!

Harvest by MarekkPie 2015-12-21T23:45:00

Fun typing game. The words tended to be wider than the tomato which made the skinny black text difficult to read. Worked really well as a web game.

HamsterX by UntitledQ 2015-12-18T04:57:00

Hilarious. The time limit on placing the rockets really solidifies this game as something different than Kerbal Space Program. The additional to adding shields and additional obstacles was also a nice touch.

Lands of TSR Lore by Christina Antoinette Neofotistou 2015-12-21T22:29:00

This game is absolutely beautiful. The pixel art is awesome! Moving around the dungeon was smooth and worked perfectly on the keyboard.

I see a lot of potential for puzzles, inventories and equipment that this short 2.5 day jam presented. I feel a bit bad for crumbling all those shields. :D

-Kaz

Go Fish by joekinglake 2015-12-18T22:16:00

Really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the game. Collecting fish and watching your school grow was a rewarding experience.

S(p)eed by Dayko 2015-12-23T02:57:00

Really fun and engaging. Makes you hone your skills to succeed. My chief complaint is that every single second you split and your path gets altered ~30 degrees. This makes navigating a chore and a lot of unfair deaths in tight corners. Overall still a really solid game!

Growing Up by blurryroots 2015-12-16T09:00:00

Yes. This is great. One button moves and the other thinks. Heartbreaking by the end. Wow. Excellent job.

Beardgrow by esayitch 2015-12-18T02:43:00

Enjoyed the humor and the ending. If that is what you need to do to be a man, I've been doing it wrong this whole time...

PISTIL PISTOL: BOTANY BLAST II by HacksawUnit 2015-12-19T23:19:00

Does the vine ever get to space?

-Alex

A Tale of Two Peters by Recursiveanomaly 2015-12-19T00:16:00

Interesting. At the tally at the end, it is more of a reflection of how the player thinks versus getting things right or wrong. That is pretty powerful to see your own moral report card. I have to agree with others that the contrast between the game types is a bit jarring.

Overall cool idea!

Tamagotchi Hell by Troyan 2015-12-17T00:15:00

Feels like a Tamagotchi with all the guessing what it wants.

Bubble Nibble by AriaMK 2015-12-17T00:52:00

I got so big I blew up. Reminds me of the first levels of Spore.

Breathe by Galvesmash 2015-12-22T23:33:00

I felt like the hit box on Ni-tsu was a bit wide. I was constantly killed by the ground enemies vs. the flying enemies. Great game overall, wonderful graphics and a very solid mood!

In the beginning by Liam :D 2015-12-16T06:46:00

Su[er innovative. I mega wish seeds shipped with this release, along with whatever else Liam could cook up. I look forward to seeing this game grow!

Turbo Pig by Crazi456 2015-12-18T02:53:00

Loved the graphics and the aesthetics. The music also perfectly complimented the game. The only thing is it was difficult to initially place trampolines and speed boosters when the pig is moving quickly.

Arc by ChuiGum 2015-12-23T00:27:00

Intense, frustrating, difficult but I couldn't turn away. It sucked me in and wouldn't let me go until I proved to myself that I could break a score of ten. Great music too!

Ball Crusher From Neptune by Stending 2015-12-26T23:53:00

Interesting. The dash really saves the day. The normal movement took too long to accelerate and decelerate thus making difficult for accurate movement.

Awkward Missile Command by herniewise 2015-12-21T23:54:00

Great game. The graphics perfectly fit the theme of the entry. The awkward controls made more awkward by using the mouse to hover over was hilarious and put a comical spin on the two button game theme. The best part is the slowdown letting you know you're about to die!

Wesh Grow by SamH 2015-12-25T00:13:00

The controls were delightful. Flying the ship into walls collecting power ups was awesome. The few levels that begin to feature puzzles were great and I hope to see more!

kaz

INFERNO by Lukbebalduke 2015-12-18T05:42:00

Loved the art. Quite impressed that this was done by a single person. Combat is fluid and the leveling up/skill mechanic was a nice surprise. The death screams are the best part.

Gyra by Jishenaz 2015-12-15T22:15:00

Awesome! Imagos's own Vanessa has taken to calling this "the birth control game" while Imagos's own Don has invented the term "scrabbin' points" to describe the act of getting points by evading the daggar triangles of doom.

Awesome entry, and awesome use of the two button theme!

Also, wicked music!

Adrift: A Space Age Roguelite by srakowski 2015-12-23T02:11:00

Probably one of the best 2 button control schemes in a strategy title I've seen so far. It felt natural to turn left and right using the push hold/push mechanic. Great job!

The fairy by StrayCat 2015-12-17T00:09:00

Didn't load for us. :(

Paper Tank Arena by eemmbbeerr 2015-12-25T00:40:00

Interesting Boss rush game. Wish there was more sound effects though.

Kaz

Owan by Herzucco 2015-12-15T22:39:00

I was pretty confused as to the story, but the game had mood to spare.

Really great use of the two button mechanic and the puzzles were really well considered.

It crashed/froze a few times, but it was the web player, so I am assumint it was INTERNET PROBLEM XXX or whatever.

Good game!

EGO by Andreas Brandt 2015-12-21T21:05:00

It was interesting to figure out what to say to him. I like that you cannot repeat the same thing over and over. I got stuck about halfway through though. I ran out of things to compliment him on. "South Park" gave him a huge boost though which was a nice Easter Egg.

Major Tom by OberynMartell 2015-12-23T01:13:00

The Impulse engines threw me into high orbit and were difficult to get the hang of. After a little practice, maneuvering the satellite became second nature and fun. The music was very fitting for making internet connections from space.

A Life in a Year by anissen 2015-12-21T23:50:00

The controls were nice and fluid. It was relaxing to collect the powerups and see my little sprout grow into something more.

Run Santa, run! by bessdlan 2015-12-27T00:40:00

Good use of the two button controls. They work really well to steer Santa through the kid infested neighborhoods.

DNA Polymerase by Bering 2015-12-19T00:20:00

Interesting idea. Makes me want to learn more about DNA to know what I'm doing.

Reap by managore 2015-12-20T01:16:00

Beautifully simplistic.

-Kaz

GET IT OUT!!! by shadow64 2015-12-17T00:40:00

Digging the pixel art, especially the scientist and his little minions jumping up and down. Music was good but the loop was a bit short, I'd love to hear more.

Petty Theft by boldbigflank 2015-12-16T05:09:00

Played live. Pretty innovative idea. I got stuck on the stairs, but watched others do well with no issue. It really encourages team play, with one person directing.

Awesome!

Sumo Twomo by foolmoron 2015-12-26T23:27:00

The controls feel a bit wonky especially when you want to go in a single direction but only have enough momentum to spin halfway around thus the next A+S press pushes you in the opposite direction.

Bellows by TaylorAnderson 2015-12-16T06:45:00

Really nice!

Mana Clicker by unnamed1334 2015-12-27T00:30:00

The jokes fell flat for me and the narrator's condescending attitude towards collecting the points made me want to stop playing all together.

Ortogonalis by pjimmy 2015-12-17T00:24:00

3786. Fun to play until the end. Gets kind of hectic trying to control your ship at intersections close to the walls.

Stellar Ninja DX by eruiz00 2015-12-27T01:31:00

Not so much a platformer as it is a game of memorization.

Dancing Adventure by The Walking Kiwi 2015-12-26T23:41:00

Ambitious game. The music is too loud and completely drowned out the store keeper's voice over line.

Happy Gardening by Instant Noodles 2015-12-27T01:39:00

Interesting idea that boils down to moving a difficult to control arm left and right. A little bit too simple for me.

Albert & Zoe by numero15 2015-12-18T23:31:00

Great pixel art. Couldn't quite figure out how to match the boss' beat alongside Zoe's mechanic. I found myself focusing on one or the other. Very cool idea though!

Hedgie The Explorer by Caspila 2015-12-18T00:48:00

Awesome music! Encountered a few bugs with the hook shot staying out or freezing the player at the edges of platforms. Love the art and idea!

Bitrun by Devark 2015-12-17T07:41:00

Overall very fun, and a thoughtful use of two buttons! I'd have likes more audio, but the gameplay more than made up for it!

MAGNET POWERUP FTW!

Immortal Growth by Evergreen Games 2015-12-18T05:21:00

Made it through with only one survivor. The lack of control of where the God is makes it difficult to combat the enemies and defend against the rocks. I ended up stomping in frustration a lot during the second stage.

Sushi Pit Cephalopod by kirbytails7 2015-12-16T07:48:00

Our team saw this game presented at the SURF jam recently. It looked totally bonkers with all those controllers, and we LOVED seeing it in action. Great job on this game. We hope you build it out further!

Matrix Infiltration by ErelDev 2015-12-17T23:29:00

Sweet game! I feel a few more unit types, detection types and strategies could flesh this out into a mobile game!

Potatiana Jones by Ildfuglen 2015-12-17T23:44:00

Awesome game Ildfulglen! Thanks for stopping by the stream and letting me play this awesome game! I highly recommend anyone interested in trying this out to play the non web versions. They are the best versions!

Dizzy Dazzle by Tselmek 2015-12-23T01:57:00

One of the best rhythm like game on Ludum Dare. Great music and a lot of fun to hammer out the left right arrows. Challenging until I realized you could mash the keys without penalty. Other than that, a very solid game!

Ultimate Panda by bogely 2015-12-18T03:28:00

Amazing pixel art. It it so smooth and the details in the animation are gorgeous. Loved the background. Wish there was sound to accompany the awesome visuals.

Terror Plant from outer Space by Tetha 2015-12-17T01:27:00

Enjoyed the strategy element of the game. Extra units, sound and animations could make this into a sweet mobile game!

spin-circle by Modoc73 2015-12-18T05:05:00

Fun game. Kept me coming to get a high score. Ended up at 299 points. This game looks like it would be right at home on a mobile platform!

Just Potato by Kakureta 2015-12-16T06:33:00

Not super innovative, and the inconsistent clipping made me rage a bit, but the minute I found Christmas mode, ALL WAS BETTER.

SHRiNK by qkerguelen 2015-12-22T23:53:00

Awesome game! Loved the tight controls. The mechanic of dying over time combined with your size was interesting. Definitely caused a conflict of interest for me with trying to max my life but also drain to navigate the harder level sections.

Yggshroom by Ghen 2015-12-16T06:26:00

Fun! I wish there was a more thematic reason for the stressor than "a billion meteors", but I understand why they're there. The three item resource management leant itself well to the frenetic atmosphere of the game. Great work!

Investigator and the Case of the Chekhov's Gun by constancecchen 2015-12-19T00:36:00

The puns are great. The setting, murder mystery and the amount of detail put into the interface and dialogs is absolutely awesome! The music also help set up the mood perfectly.

But the poor sidekick T-T

Blobitronica by crucknuk 2015-12-18T01:07:00

The music was awesome. The GoFast mode really feels like the way to go. It is more arcade like and faster paced. Also playing two player modes with one person is also an interesting challenge I think everyone should try!

Self-Growth by FireTwin 2015-12-23T01:30:00

Interesting idea but the text was difficult to read. Especially when it is sideways.

Flower by EstrelSteel 2015-12-23T01:42:00

Interesting game. Sort of difficult to accurately replant over dying flowers.

Space Beards by Gjarble 2015-12-27T02:14:00

Hilarious. Flying in space as a politician blowing up various beards and hair styles is absolutely awesome!

Dangerzone- the zen game by WERT Studio 2015-12-22T23:16:00

Interesting game. Would love to see it when it is finished with additional controls and perhaps some baddies to blow up.

Swarmonian Explorer by Teekeks 2015-12-18T00:24:00

Very interesting mechanic. Really feels like I'm controlling a swarm of little workers and warriors. Major kudos to the raw number of levels included as well as the puzzle variety!

Awe, Chute. by BunkeyGames 2015-12-18T23:38:00

The idea is cool and fits the two button theme perfectly. I felt like the player is on ice though and it was a little disappointing not to be able to drop/pick up items while on the move.

Overall cool idea and rewarding to play.

Jared and the Corn Nuts by cameronpenner 2015-12-23T02:23:00

Interesting game. Reminds me of an easier/simple version of QWOP. Knowing that it was based off a true story gives it an additional layer of humor. Why is he in a mattress store? Why is he eating corn nuts one by one?

Hope by Vidinu 2015-12-18T01:20:00

The controls were a bit touchy but overall really fun and highly polished. Took a few tries to get to the boss but it was worth it. Fun game!

Electric by Madsj 2015-12-18T01:56:00

The music is absolutely killer! Even more so that it was done by the same person who did the art and programming! Wish there was a neutral state as I kept running into enemies and accidentally missing power ups. Great overall though!

Peon by Stanleys_Stoop 2015-12-17T01:03:00

It is cool to see your village grow and grow. The multiple mini game setup is also a cool way to get variety into a 2 button game. However, two of the mini games quickly boiled down to holding Z.

Hello Darkness by jcmonkey 2015-12-18T02:22:00

Good variety in levels ranging from Bomberman style defeat the enemies to full blown mazes. Wish there was a little more in the music loop and sounds effects though.

Beanstalkers Extreme: Takin' Out The Trash by ambocclusion 2015-12-20T20:04:00

Did not expect to slam that baby into the earth. Hilarious. Also the different game types also kept it fresh.

Super Smash Buttons by ronniepedra 2015-12-16T03:27:00

Cool jam game! I figured out that standing in the middle and tapping fire was a path to absolute victory, however!

The True God by MacDocBros 2015-12-16T05:15:00

Press space button. A lot. FLY FOREVER.

Balanced Diet by ciobeni 2015-12-24T23:25:00

Logo splash sounded cool, but the rest sounded ok at best.

-Alex

Chicken Spin by RSquarStudios 2015-12-24T23:37:00

The controls are a little loose. I ended up missing drops by overshooting more often than not. Cool idea though!

Kaz

Growth Control by Akhera 2015-12-19T23:40:00

Great idea. I feel that a few additional features could help flesh out the strategic gameplay. Things like walls or unique nodes would be cool.

The other side of the portal by mahjong50 2015-12-24T23:17:00

Very cool. The story kept me going and wanting to know more.

Homeworld by Bumblepie 2015-12-27T00:10:00

I've played a lot of these planetary defense style games on this Ludum Dare site. I think this is one of the best ones. Having the ability to fire back and do something other than absorb bullets is a major plus!

Good Job. Needs more music though.

Seven Weeks of Cat Monarchy by Fathom 2015-12-20T00:07:00

The cat to the far left went from being the worst character to the best. <3

Dungeon Surge by timeshapers 2015-12-18T05:30:00

Feels a bit too simplified for a deck building game. I know it is restricted to two buttons but I feel that only having two cards makes the gameplay too limited. Interesting idea, I really enjoyed the spacial combat mechanic.

MapleCopter by TheBreakfast 2015-12-18T02:33:00

Fun game! Reminds a lot of the Lunar Landing game. The controls were spot on and were very intuitive. The graphics and music also served the product well. Good Job!

Strafe Showdown by siege 2015-12-20T00:59:00

The Mystic doesn't look very magical.

-Alex

Turbo Tram Drift by Drury 2015-12-18T03:51:00

Finally beat after a many tries. Fun game once you get the hang of slowing down. I highly recommend pausing and listening to the AWESOME music track. Shame that it restarts and you don't hear the whole thing on loop.

Son by Henriq 2015-12-25T00:33:00

I wanted to eat a croissant after playing this game.

-Alex

Inflorescence by PrismaSlice 2015-12-16T06:51:00

Awesome game! I checked it out at the Surf jam party and it was pretty great. Amazing graphics, and wicked sweet sound/music!

Not Enough Space by batmanasb 2015-12-18T04:07:00

Cool idea especially with the different colored ship parts. Definitely needs some more love. Good start!

Fluffy Horde by publicidadeba 2015-12-20T01:32:00

Those poor wabbits...

-Kaz

Moonflower by GetDoSed 2015-12-25T00:49:00

Missed opportunities. I like the idea of a moonflower.

-Alex

Shahid Kamal Ahmad by shahid 2015-12-29T23:18:00

Interesting game. Would love to see a multiplayer version.

Long Long: A snake lies in the Past by Tapehead 2015-12-20T00:42:00

Seeing Snake in the world of Zelda was interesting. Having no end to the snake made navigating the world a bit difficult and eventually lead to perfecting movements vs. exploration.

-Kaz

Tubutten Beetle by YinYin 2015-12-18T00:38:00

Absolutely hilarious! Once I figured out that you jam on the button to go hyperspeed, the game became ridiculously awesome! I recommend putting on some Reline OST music and jamming your keyboard into oblivion!

..and the mooncats by aarkipel 2015-12-23T00:03:00

Amazing. The controls feel right at home even when limited to two buttons. The graphics were awesome and were supported by the great ambiance. The only thing I felt like it was missing was boss music...

Deep Growth by emanvidmaker 2015-12-18T03:20:00

Fun game for the vertical climbing. I felt like it was always pushing the game forward with the plant growing in the center the whole way through. Wish the music loops were a little longer but considering one person made everything, it is quite impressive.

Weight Control by ChiPassGames 2015-12-27T01:54:00

Interesting idea for two button controls. Grappling hook felt very out of place in the game's world. Could definitely use a restart button. I glitched into a wall and had to quit.

Melissa - A Game of Choice by Imagos Softworks 2015-12-16T08:37:00

Thank you so much everyone who has played Melissa so far. We are really proud that you've had a good (if not disturbing) time.

Thank you.

Melissa - A Game of Choice by Imagos Softworks 2015-12-19T09:34:00

@thecatspajamas, that is a wholly valid choice, and one we give you from the start. You chose wisely.

Dance You Fools! by Beefsports 2015-12-23T02:36:00

Reminds me exactly of the Simpsons arcade game mini game in between levels but instead of pumping the balloon you are dancing. The idea of the keys changing every time could be fun with 4 players fumbling around but it is lost when playing single player.

Organ-izer by The Merge Conflicts 2015-12-17T00:35:00

Made it to 76. Love the game. Brought me back to playing Lemmings with the little nutrients splattering after falling too far. Their little screams as they dissolved in acid will also haunt me forever...

Grow From Earth by JamesMowery 2015-12-20T00:16:00

Battle Buttons by paraboxx 2015-12-17T00:45:00

Interesting idea. Lots of shoving in our two player match.

PizzTack by Nicolas Gass 2015-12-16T06:56:00

Yeah, dude. Pizza! That sword tho.

Star Wars Spaceflight by RetroKids 2015-12-17T01:05:00

Impressive for something made so quickly. Keep at it!

Roll-Ball by mukult 2015-12-16T08:56:00

Well done for 5-6 hours, man! It's wicked hard, but engaging!

The Cherishing by Cherishing.Team 2015-12-17T23:13:00

Fun game once I read some comments about how to get the throw controls to work. The music was also awesome!

A Shot in the Dark by thecatspajamas 2015-12-18T04:28:00

The FOV was way too wide for me and a little disorienting. The graphics were top notch. Really loved the style.

Elevation by Finn Stokes 2015-12-24T23:54:00

Repetitive.

-Alex

Famous Bus Movie Game by BuffaloPhil 2015-12-15T22:21:00

Great use of theme! I was getting pretty jaded that the music wasn't changing, but then a other person at the office played and didn't suck a million, and now I know it has awesome music!

I would love to see this evolve into a full game. The aesthetic is super solid!

FEEDING TIME! by celsyum 2015-12-17T00:57:00

Eventually figured out how to play. The world scrolls down one tile every jump. You have a limited time to select where you want to jump next (Illustrated by the timer bar at the top). You have a two tile jump radius. You have to aim one space lower than where you want to go since the level will scroll down.

Interesting. I'd love to play against a friend.
