I really liked it.

I really liked it.
The thing shouldn't be framelocked. To fix this i'd have to add a "*Time.deltaTime" in my movement class. I think this doesn't count as a Typo, so it is not inside the rules of the compo. But i might release a fixed version on my own page.
The problem concerning the movement speed wasn't a Time.deltaTime problem. It was a Typo in the UnityEditor (I didn't give it a soundclip, thus giving it a Nullpointer every turn.). I fixed it.
Ps: Just ported it to Web.
Only the powder weapon goes in a random direction, but has a large area. Thats not a bug, but a feature :D
Doesn't run on my computers. I am on Windows 8.1 64bit and Linux (Ubuntu) with Wine.
I never played an anti golf wind god simulator. And I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. Great game. Awesome music. The Art is very very basic, but fine for that kind of game. The wind is a very unconventional weapon, even though you could argue, that it's not really a weapon here, but still: great gameplay mechanic.
I like the idea, and the pun..
The game is complicated to get into. But after I realized what was going on it was fun.
I still don't know how to make something look bad in comparison to itself, but that might be a question for another day. :D
I really like the game and the idea. I had some problems aiming, but i usually have with this kind of game.
Great game. But I don't think the boxes count as a weapon.
I believe a spoon and a fork are quite unconventional weapons. The LARP-Mechanics are working, even though you can lose very easily. I like the design of the menus and backgrounds, but the character art maybe needed some more time.
The game is good.
I don't think lasers are really unconventional in games, but I still liked the gameplay. Sadly the game didn't throw any enemys at me on the first level with the color functionality, so I had to start over again.
Like the idea. I've seen this concept of propulsion movement done a few times, but this is very well implemented.
I couldn't scale the window, so it was very tiny on my screen, and I often clicked out of the window, when I tried to shoot downwards, this would be fixed if the player wasn't directly at the bottom of the screen.
I like the music, and the art style. The game fits the theme, but some animations would be nice.
Somethimes I was killed instantaneously, because i landed right in front of the door, but I guess, I should have known better.
Nice, simple, game!
Great Game. I like the idea, and think that cards are fitting the theme. But I lhink this game needs something like a score or some kind of progression.
What an awesome Soundtrack :D and the game is also very nice. But sadly there is no "Play again" button.
Great Idea.
It runs on Linux, which is nice.
The Audio is all over the place, and I can only press a/d once and it will always only and automatically go in that direction. Jumping only works once.
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 x64
Game works fine. Music is a bit loud at default. I like how the story is told. btw, I found a bug, or at least a graphical glitch: you can grow into a city tile diagonally, which looks awkward.
Well, it's something different.
It's not about "being" the monster in the classic sense. Overall it's a decent game.
The Sprites are Cute. It's a good game!
No Tutorial or explaination of the controls is a minus. Great Title/ Idea..
I don't like the sounds.
It works. I like the joke.
WebGL Version works fine for me (Ubuntu14.04/Firefox).
The only thing I noticed is that the audio is a but choppy.
Thanks for the feedback. It's a JAM entry, so I felt free to add a Jump-Ability.
Finally... Someone!
Great Idea. A bit counter intuitive.
Did not work. Windows 7 64xArchitecture.
I really like it. It's as hard as it's supposed to be!
A good game. But the sound effects are clipping sometimes.
The OS/X and Linux links are not working.
The game itself is awesome.
It looks great, the music is fitting, even though it is repetative even for a short game. I liked it.
It's definitely not my kind of game, but it's a game, and it works.
Very awesome game. I wouldn't answer the door!
Good game, interesting tutorial. You can shoot through most walls if you're really close and spam "L" which breaks most of the challenge.
A very nice game. The graphics of what you have to destroy is a little bit confusing because there are 6 people showed, but on every planet are just 5 people.
This is the game I most likely would have played on my own. This is a really good game, is what I am trying to say.
I really like the graphic style, and what you did with the theme.
Works on Linux. Good multiplayer Game.
Music broke if there is any.
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 x64
JRE: 1.7
This is no game, this is art and it's beautiful!
Did break the fourth wall a bit too often for my taste.
Don't say the game's worse than it is. I quite liked it.
Great game. I really like the music, but dislike the SFX.
It's very hard to move around. That's what I've expected to see when I've first heard the theme.
Good Puzzle Game. Quite Hard one.
I really love this kind of game. This is awesome.
I will play this after the LD game, in my spare time. I like that it auto pauses on unfocus. But I believe in option-menus, if I ever like to turn that of.
The .exe file is not for Linux or OS/X... I think you might have uploaded the wrong files or messed up setting the links.
Well, I don't really see the theme in the game. Also It's not my kind of "Clicker"-game.
OMFG This awesome voice acting. I love it :D
I think a Timer is missing to make this even more awesome. This is a bit too easy for my taste without it.
Great Idea. Up/Down Scroll the page on Ubuntu/Firefox.
Works on Linux.
I like the graphics and the controls. It fits the theme.
The game however crashes when you die and when you get hit by multiple things at once it seems. (Error: NullPointer at GameWorld.shoot(GameWorld.java:728))
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 x64
JRE: 1.7
It's working. But it's not much more than a QTE.
Fun game, I'd like to have more options. Otherwise it seems very short.
The story is trying a bit too hard I think. But it's still a very good game.
I rated this game quite high. But you need to change something about the sounds.
Music would make the mood of the game sooo much better, but all in all it's a very nice and hard game.
I stumbled across a few bugs.
Couldn't start the game.
Cool Idea. It's something special.
I unknowingly kidnapped her... Thats not a sentence I ever want to use again.
I like the style. What would have sealed the deal would be a menu, for background music/ and size.
The game looks pretty complex for a Compo game. The Story is interesting. (It even works on Linux with Wine). This game could really do with some Music or SFX.
I find the Blind Jumps are annoying. Spikes are sharp and pointy, which makes some platforming impossible. The hitboxes of the enemies are huge.
Works fine.
It's a bit too easy.
A very nice game with HIGHSCORE. But when you die, there are no consequences. I think thats missing.
It works fine on Linux.
Audio works too, and is very loud.
I like the Idea, but I do believe in skippable intros.
The game is very addicting. But the Audio is only in one stereo channel, which gets annoying.
Very sparse gameplay.
Funny game. Maybe you could add some Upgrades, because it gets a little bit boring after a few minutes.
Am I having bad luck, or are there more and more troll games every year?
This is beautiful. And there's a game behind it.
Does it have anything to do with the Theme?
Very funny game.
Nothing good to say about this "Game". Why Submit this, when you have still some hours to go? Or is it supposed to be like that? I don't understand.
On Ubuntu 14.04 with JDK 1.7:
The main yeti.jar doesn't work, after extracting the 1.7 zip the game starts with "java -jar yeti.jar" but it defaults to fullscreen on your main screen with the width of all of your screens added up.
This makes it impossible to play for me, unless I unplug all my Screens.
Well, this is not my kind of humor.
"Nice" troll game..
It's very simple. No obstacles spawned for me, so it ended up not being a challenge.
I really like sounds and "voice acting". This is very addicting.
This is just funny, and awesome.
What is the story behind this game. Are you the little monster or the big one? It's very confusing.
I really enjoyed this game. Nothing to say here just: This game is awesome and now I want to have a Kiwi ;)
I kinda liked it. I am not sure if your aim was to troll people or you just didn't want to spent the time (like you said).
It get's very laggy when emulating with Wine on Ubuntu 14.04
It's a good base, but there are many things missing, I know it's LD but a better background e.g. would be nice :)
These cows >.<
WebGL version works on Ubuntu 14.04
Works fine on Ubuntu 14.04, but the Font-Size on the Text element is pretty small, so the anti-alias looks bad. (that's a Unity setting thing).
I think you should exclude the "Audio(Jam)" rating, because it's not your music.
Funny small game, the text was cut off a little.
Had a friend around to play this one. Had a a lot of fun, we didn't understand why the left side of the keyboard controls the right guy and vice versa, but thats a minor thing.
I think a goal of the game would be good. The music is pretty annoying after a short time. Maybe you could make a button to toggle the music :)
This is a very innovative idea for the theme! Great work!
Charming art style, with weird controls. I feel reminded of Octodad.
It is very hard, but very good too. Nice work.
I really liked it. It worked like a charm on Ubuntu 14.04. The only small thing that I think would improve it would be turning anti-alias off.. The blurred out textures don't look that nice.
I wish there were more puzzles :) Nice work
Yeah, pretty like every time in a month, when I get money :'D
It works with wine on Ubuntu 14.04, you should have excluded "Audio(Jam)" from the rating.
Ubuntu 14.04:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.21' not found
It's possible that I am holding broken packages, this machine is just a experimental thing... it isn't meant for compiling stuff.
Maybe a star-filled sky would fit the background
Very nice game! The rocket looks like a pencil^^ The music isn't working in the "GAME OVER" Screen. It's just cracking on my headphones.
Very fun game. If I press spacebar without moving, the cat/racoon is vibrating like hell. There is no Game Over screen, or is it? After I tried to let the ghosts steal every child, the game didn't end. The music theme isn't from you, but this version you made is pretty cool ;)
Nice Game. The Soundtrack is pretty neat. Maybe the could be a little bit harder. I know the shapes are getting faster, but veeery slowly ;)
This game is gorgeous BUT: I CAN'T DEFEAT IT!!! The hand is way to fast, or the squid is way to slow. I just came to the U-shaped point, before jumping out of the water.
Nice little puzzle game, but the moving rules are very confusing.
Nice working game :) The sound, if you fit with through the right shape, is very loud for headphone users :)
I am blown away by the quality and design of this entry. I love to read that you are patching and adding features. Very interested to see where you go with this in the future.
See you on steam? Q1 2017? :D jk
I like the idea and the game definitely works.
It's hard to guess -I- or similar words, because it feels like you can't even memorize possible words or patterns in them. (can you?)
Is it possible to make the movement "faster" the interrupts while walking around make the game feel jittery, even though it runs at a normal framerate.
I love it. The first thought I had for the LD was pretty much something like this. But I ended up making a DOS-like thingy.
Finely crafted experience.
I think this idea has great potential and a lot of thought has been already put into this. This could be extended into a really fun game.
Without your entry/post I would have called the game unintuitive - but you explained it quite well.
nice job!
The music fits the game. The sprites and the text appeared really small in the web version. I also couldn't move using WASD.
I kinda didn't know what to do.
Yay! The refresh button fixed it!
Gave the game another try. Plays fine. The schematics definitely add some strategy to this kind of game.
Good work!
Cool!
