issues of the game:
* The game is very very lag
* has major bug, especially when you hold the "B" key. The bomb just go below the floor and somehow it stops dropping and become hidden until I press/hold "B" again
Maybe this game is incomplete.

I know it's laggy, to prevent that, try not to spawn more than 5 goons. The bomb bug is part of the game, it adds to the acid-trip part.
Instead of asking your player to attemp to fix something even though it still makes the game laggy. Why dont you improve your rendering methods and your run method in Java. Its not that hard.

Don't use thread.sleep(). Instead create a game loop.

This game was flat out hilarious with the flashing lights, even if I feel a little motion sick. :D

Did the console say anything?
The full-screen rainbow "acid trip" mechanic reminded me of old 2600 games. I couldn't spawn goons for some reason. Nice of you to add a warning at the beginning.

@AnaglyphCoding Thanks. My inspiration was older 2600 games. Once the acid trip begins, you can spawn goons, you just have to pound the "G" key. I added the warning so no one could suffer side effects from a game without knowing

Very laggy and i feel like the acid trip part really needed some music to bring that part together

Well... I don't know what to say. It was a trip alright. :)
Maybe try to add some more functionality to it later, even if you ran out of time in this compo. Also as others pointed out, you should try to look into that lag there.
But it was nice to wonder what this game is all about for a while! :)

I actually was working on a version with less lag, and possibly minus the acid trip part. If I do end up keeping it, I'll probably use this music: http://musishare.us/playSong.php?filename=music
It's pretty buggy. I only found out that pressing "B" did something by reading the comments here. And that was even more buggy.
And while I appreciate the warning about flashing lights when you open it, I think it's funny that in a warning to people with epilepsy you misspelled "epilepsy".
I found that the gameplay mechanics were a little dull as you could just spam G and B (and then came the unbearable lag. I think this had great potential but wasn't hugely fun when it came to actual play. It suited the theme... nicely I guess, but something to put everything into conext within the game would have helped. I liked the art style overall and loved the trippy effect which sort of reminded me of hotline-miami. It was quite funny, but I think you could have worked on the trippy mood maybe with some hotline-miami style audio. Good game overall, well done.
The game lacks proper tutorial, the only way I could find how to spawn a bomb is from reading the comments. It gets very laggy when there are multiple goons. There were multiple graphics bugs, where there appeared multiple bombs when I pressed "B", including some below the goons.
There's barely any gameplay in it, the graphics are very basic, and the whole "acid" trip is just a lazy pixel screen fixer, which you can easily watch on YouTube and save yourself some time playing this game.
I dont really know the purpose of this game but it was very laggy and I didn't know how to drop bombs until I read the comments. Also the bombs were really buggy.

I didn't really understand what was going on with the dropping bombs?
Why did things get acidy? Where was the explosion? Why did they only sometimes disappear?
Music would definitely sell the tripping part, and maybe some more direction for the player, so I feel like I earned my trip =P

The console says java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid format at com.darkcart.game.ld33.Sound.play(Sound.java:13) in my linux. Sound problem?
