I really like the game and the idea. I had some problems aiming, but i usually have with this kind of game.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD32 → Deadly Tiles

Good graphics and I like your interpretation of the theme by using the "world" as your weapon. I think you need to add some more extra hits/lives at the start, because it's a bit difficult to progress now! :)
The boss is hard! I'd like a save point just before. Twice I got hit by a block while carrying another block, and they seemed to "cancel" each other out - I lost my block but survived. Might be a bug since I couldn't do it consistently, but it felt like interesting gameplay :)
Great take on the theme!
The boss got frustrating a bit because there wasn't a checkpoint.
I can get to the boss without shooting a single tile.
But that boss is damn hard!
The game was fun!
Just a minor bug: sometimes, after I pick a tile, even pressing a directional, it throws the tile in the wrong direction. Example: picking a tile, pressing up, it rarely threw the block in a diagonal position, something between up and right.
The theme is very good. The game could be more forgiving though (hit points)
Sorry guys, I know the game is a little unfair the way it is, and I really wanted to be more beatable, but I was a little nervous with the clock ticking, so i forgot some stuff :P I'l do better next time! Promise ;)
Cool idea, good job. Tip: You can embed the game from itch.io directly (rather than its page) by using the following URL instead: http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/itchio/html/52869/Deadly%20Tiles/index.html
I liked the idea to use the "level" as a weapon. Like others said, more hitpoints or checkpoints would be nice. Good work.
Nice use of the theme! I liked that the world served as a dynamic ammo supply. The controls were a little wonky and I didn't feel that compelled to kill the blue badguys since I could easily just walk around them. Good concept though!
Interesting gameplay but controls are a bit hard to use.
Unique idea of a weapon! I included it in part 6 of my Ludum Dare 32 compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/Q11RJey0954
Very hard game. The animations look nice and there is nothing wrong with the fundamentals, but the instant onehit nature of the game makes it a bit less appealing than it should be :)
