LD24 — Evolution

Dawn of Dimension by jplur 2012-08-27T02:21:00

I think the shared world building idea is great. Sadly the game was hampered by poor physics and controls. I was constantly floating through objects or falling through space. When that wasn't an issue I found that jumping around and moving was very floaty feeling. The promise of a vast, community generated world is exciting. What I found instead was a lot of empty space to run around aimlessly in. I think if you tweak the game so that players are more motivated to create interesting scenes and challenges the game will improve greatly.

Evolutionator! by CataclysmicKnight 2012-08-27T02:35:00

You did a good job adding all the various things you'd expect from this kind of game. I was particularly impressed with the number of upgrades. That being said I felt the gameplay was a little too slow. It would be more fun if the enemies were a bit smarter.

My Pairs and Me by Evilion 2012-08-27T12:56:00

I like the premise but not so much the execution. I think the problem is it's not at all clear what happens when you take action. I started to roast things with my lighting bolts and sometimes people would die, sometimes not, sometimes a new building would appear. It was all very confusing. I would try to tight up the cause and effect in the game.

Ztoday by blundis 2012-08-28T11:20:00

Pretty humorous and I could see the game being fun. Right now though it was too sparsely populated and I found it difficult to get away from zombies who managed to attack me. It would be interesting to see this game after you've managed to deepen it's gameplay.

The Darkness Evolve!! by juaxix 2012-08-27T09:55:00

Moving around was incredibly frustrating. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but I found the arrow keys rarely did what I expected. Other than that, I though the art style was neat and the sound appropriate. Moving around and collecting blocks, though, was not exactly fun, so I would concentrate on how to boost the gameplay.

Battle Arena Evolution! by Markavian 2012-08-27T11:10:00

Funny game. I liked the art style and chuckled at the sound effects. The gameplay was pretty bland. I think it would be interesting to see what would happen if you made the enemies a bit smarter and gave the player some more options. It also wasn't clear to me why or how I evolved -- could I influence what happened? If each evolution had a unique battle ability that might make the game more interesting.

Deal with It by midgard 2012-08-27T03:13:00

I thought the intro was humorous but the first level is simply too hard. The main problem is there doesn't appear to be any soft jumping. You either are not jumping or you're jumping the maximum height. At the same time I found it very difficult to move while in the air. All of this combines to make it seemingly impossible (at least for me) to clear the level. I think simply adding the ability to soft jump (as is typically seen in platformers) would make a huge difference. Other than that, I thought the art style had a nice vibe -- though a bit too similar to Super Meat Boy -- and the music was charming.

Magna Systems Inc. by recursor 2012-08-27T01:35:00

I like the old timey style but must confess that I had no idea what I was doing.

The Singularity is Here! by josefnpat 2012-08-27T19:51:00

Very funny. Loved the voice acting and the animals. The gameplay itself was rather bland. It didn't help that on my computer things lagged pretty badly later on (Windows 8 running 64 bit version). I'd love to see you expand on those personalities for a proper game.

Primordial Soup by bytegrove 2012-08-28T09:09:00

As others have said the core idea is really neat. The problem is it's really difficult to attach the parts you want. I also found the enemies attacks were relentless making the game challenging but not fun. I would make the enemies more interesting to combat and streamline how parts are assembled. I think you have a great idea and if you keep working you could have a great game, too.

FOR THE darWIN by TravisChen 2012-08-28T08:19:00

Great art style. Interesting gameplay. It would be nice if there was some build up so that things got more challenging and required more thought as the player progresses.

Bitolution Love by tronster 2012-08-28T09:01:00

Strange game. I found the movement pretty frustrating. I feel keyboard controls would likely have been better, or better pathing on click. It was somewhat fun trying to advance the game and figure out each puzzle. I would say tighten up the controls and then focus on making more interesting puzzles.

.ISO - Part One by Kortuga 2012-08-27T03:32:00

It's amazing that you made this in 48 hours. There's so much going on it's really quite impressive. As others have noted, the movement is a bit stiff which makes moving around feel less "bad ass" than you'd expect as a "super soldier". I also felt the text was a bit hackneyed. Overall I think you have a really solid base of a game, but it's just not fun yet. Work more on getting the player movement and battles to be extremely fun and then start to expand on the content.

Cubevo by NostraDamon 2012-08-27T13:15:00

A fun game, though frustrating at times. I enjoyed the mindless task of using my gems. I did not enjoy getting stuck in mazes of trees. The game could also use a few more objectives to keep the player interested. Right now it felt kind of monotonous. I eventually got a key, but for some reason that did not open the door as expected. All in all a fun game jam game. I hope you'll expand on it with tighter feedback loops in the future.

LimiT by Sakuyan 2012-08-27T20:13:00

Great artwork. Gameplay is a bit too monotonous. It would be interesting to see you expand on the levels to make the player work and think a bit more to evolve to the next stage. The ending was quite interesting!

SURVIVE by Ragzouken 2012-08-27T02:01:00

I really like the art style. The sounds could probably be improved. I wasn't quite sure what I was doing with the gameplay. Perhaps having fewer "cells" at the beginning might give the player a chance to figure things out.

DNA Wars by nka 2012-08-27T12:27:00

Great game, though I must confess I was never able to destroy a mutation. After I extended my network out to the corners I wasn't quite sure how to get the white cells to activate. Setting that aside I thought the game was quite polished.

Tad's Adventure by dalbinblue 2012-08-27T13:57:00

Really liked this game. Very well executed and solid gameplay. Quite challenging though!

Out of the Sea by Uberi 2012-08-28T09:19:00

Sadly I too am not able to run on Windows. I tried Windows 7 and 8 both running 64 bit.

Prance Prance Evolution by Josh Riley 2012-08-27T02:58:00

Very interesting take on the theme and quite an unusual game. Right now I did not find the game to be very fun, but I think that is partly because I don't really understand the consequences of my actions. I would try to make it easier to understand what does what and have the player make more meaningful decisions about sending horse A or horse B to race, etc. This could certainly turn into an interesting sim-game.

FLOWERBOT by Zccc 2012-08-27T01:44:00

Very nice backgrounds. Sadly I missed the legs on the first time through and so had to commit suicide :-/ The music was a bit too repetitive I'm sorry to say. I also found the game slowed down to a crawl while playing -- likely due to a memory leak somewhere. Overall, I'm really impressed with the art style and amount of content you've managed to pack into the game. If you keep working on this, I'd like to see some more interesting challenges. Right now it feels a little too cut and dry. Still incredibly impressive for 48 hours!

Natural Selection - You vs the World by DigiTec 2012-08-28T09:30:00

I thought this was a great take on the theme. The gameplay itself is good, though I must confess I'm not a huge fan of shooters. That being said I like the blue/orange mechanic and use of power ups. It will be interesting to see how the game evolves as new players try it out.

Sam Onion: The Case of the Mutese Falcon by Cauchy 2012-08-27T15:28:00

Quite humorous. On Windows 8 backgrounds and sound did not load, not sure why. I am rating graphics based on the screenshots. The game itself is very short and doesn't really seem to have much gameplay/choice points. I was also confused why the narrative jumped around at times. For instance, when calling the friend at the hotel the game seemed to jump ahead to the alley with the pepper. Still, like I said a humorous game which could have a lot of appear to children.

RUN DINO RUN ! by Grouflon 2012-08-27T01:55:00

Great art style. The jumping felt a bit too floaty though. And like blue fox I also ran into situations where you could not get over a hurdle. It would be interesting to see how you could evolve, har har, the gameplay to distinguish it from other "running games".

DrinkMilk by Ditto 2012-08-28T11:26:00

I found it very hard to control. In fact using the arrow keys I found it literally impossible to play. Once I used the mouse it was a bit better. It was kind of fun to try to grab the power ups and devour the enemies, but I am not sure I would keep playing for more than 5 or 10 minutes. If you tighten up the controls you might be able to make this game feel more skillful which would help keep the player's interest.

Way to Change by yetanother 2012-08-27T18:55:00

Pretty neat little game. I like how you provide the hints and let the player figure out what to do.

Dusty Balls by ThatSamu 2012-08-27T13:48:00

I really like the idea however in practice I'm not convinced it's very fun. Controlling each ball at the same time was impossible for me once I reached three or more. I ended up just focusing on one and hoping things went OK for the others. I think the mechanic of controlling multiple balls at the same time is interesting, but maybe you can find a variation that doesn't prove overwhelming.

Augment to advance by littleball 2012-08-27T10:32:00

I agree with others, the character moves too quickly and it just leads to frustration. I also found the fact that you could stand on power ups a tad frustrating. The 4th level, for instance, has a jump power up (at the top near where you spawn) which I found impossible to collect. The art style is good but perhaps not unique enough to stand out from the crowd of similar games.

Dr. Helix by SecondDimension 2012-08-27T19:27:00

Fun game. I especially enjoyed the teleport mechanic. While it was indeed possible to fire my genome gun at must enemies its effects were mixed. In some cases it seemed too powerful. In others it seemed counterproductive. It would be nice if using the genome gun led more often to problem solving as when turning swimming monsters into platforms. Still, a neat idea that could evolve into something even better.

Extinction Evader by ollie 2012-08-27T10:36:00

Great job on your first game! Congratulations! I think the game is well put together and has some potential. It would be nice if in addition to avoiding the falling rocks the player had to occasionally collect special items or something similar. At first I thought the cat faces were just for that but now I believe they just hurt you :-) I should also point out that after a few levels the "Speed up" option disappeared. Overall fun game, I would just look into ways to expand and deepen the gameplay.

Ultimate Plant by nimblegorilla 2012-08-27T03:38:00

Interesting little game. I felt there were a bit too many menus. It kind of seemed like I was doing word processing more than playing a game! The gameplay itself was good though it was not always clear to me why a given set of flowers expired. On the other hand, for other levels the solutions tended to be too straightforward (e.g. you have 2 seeds which you place in the two corresponding lines).

Gene Game by Split82 2012-08-27T02:31:00

Game looks great. Sadly I can't seem to play it. It keeps asking me to download the player even though I have it installed. If I go along and install the player again it still prompts me to install on reload.

Absorption by sgehlich 2012-08-27T13:28:00

Great game. Simple concept but well executed and keeps your interest.

Darwin In Space by Misericorde 2012-08-27T09:12:00

Well put together little game. I thought you did a great job on execution as everything looked good and did what I expected without any bugs or glitches. The game itself was very straightforward and after destroying a few priests I felt things got a little boring. It would be nice to see different styles of enemies and perhaps some gimmick with the banana bullets so that the player has to think a bit more.

Pursuit Of True Self by Kyoutashan 2012-08-28T09:25:00

I really liked the art style for this game. Very dynamic thanks to the day-night cycle, too. The gameplay was a bit drab by comparison. One problem is it was just too much of the same. A second problem is that there were times when the screen was overwhelmed with words such that you really couldn't do anything but fly headlong into them and hope for the best. I would be interested in seeing how you could evolve the gameplay so that the player is making more decisions. You could take this in the direction of a top-down shooter and add mechanics commonly found in that genre. Or you could take this in the direction of a 2D platformer and add more puzzles. Either way, I think you have a solid foundation to work from.

Death Cell by fohx 2012-08-27T19:57:00

I really like the art style. The gameplay itself I found to be rather bland.

Stickmada by NgonGames 2012-08-28T09:56:00

Extremely big game with tons of places to explore. Sadly I found exploring fairly boring most of the time. Still, a nice effort which I'm sure you can evolve into a deeper more interesting game. I would focus less on content and more on making the combat system shine.

RE-evolution: The Legend of Hopper by andreyin 2012-08-27T13:35:00

The artstyle is pretty cool. I like the sounds and music. You have a good mood going. Shame I can't get past the first guy in the tunnel... Please please add a checkpoint system so I don't have to watch cutscenes over and over. I'd also like to see the combat system change slightly so there's a little bit more thinking and less spamming. Or maybe I just didn't get it! Right now I felt like I had to fire as fast as possible before the enemy fired back. I tried to dodge his spears by retreating, jumping, striking them out of the air with my spears, etc. Nothing seemed to work. Still, a nice entry.

Myxolous by theomnis 2012-08-27T10:23:00

I also could not figure out what to do. There's almost no feedback in the game so I wasn't sure what to click on. I tried to build things but didn't succeed. I tried to direct my goo balls but failed. The premise sounded interesting but it's currently locked behind a poor interface.

Panspermia by camdensegal 2012-08-28T08:37:00

I found the game quite fun. The core mechanic seems good and I'm sure can be expanded on in many interesting ways. I would like to see the speed of the asteroids speed up significantly. Why are they so slow anyway? Since they leave a trail it's not necessary to watch them fly by. Looking forward to playing a future version of this game!

Evolving Threat by JokerDen 2012-08-27T10:51:00

Great game! The artwork was excellent. The sound was good. The gameplay was good but a bit boring after several levels. I would try to make the enemies a bit more interesting, maybe a bit smarter. I also felt the player's bullets were a bit too big for their hit boxes. I probably got through 16-18 levels without getting hit.

Mytosys by NexusSteve 2012-08-27T02:47:00

I liked the setting and music a lot. The gameplay had me very confused. It seemed impossible to reach or avoid the different things at times. I'm still not sure what "floating" is or how it works. I tried to activate floating by timing presses of the space key but it went much too fast after a few successful hits.

Unnatural Selection by pereubu 2012-08-27T01:58:00

Very simple, great artwork, nice job! Sadly I don't have anyone to play against, so I don't think I got the full experience. If you build on this game I hope you'll consider adding a single player experience. It might be fun if the game were an on-rails shooter a la Time Crisis but set in 2D.

Kitty Breeder 2012 by turnip 2012-08-27T16:39:00

Excellent game. The sounds and music are great. I feel like a real bad ass when I'm collecting those kittens :-) That said, I think the kittens are too small and it's quite hard to pick them up using a trackpad. I also agree with r4m0n that clicking is overloaded and I wound up spreading food all over by mistake. Fun little game, wonder how you could expand to make it even more interesting.

Grow by Certainty 2012-08-27T02:24:00

Really liked the style of the game. I found even medium difficulty to be quite difficult.

GiRL2501 by braingale 2012-08-28T09:18:00

Great graphics somewhat boring gameplay. Biggest problem, as others have noted, is movement felt very floaty. Other than that, I never really felt any challenge or thrill. I would like to see you evolve the gameplay so battles are more intense and perhaps throw in some puzzles in between to keep the player's interest.

Hot Damn that's a Lot of Blobs! by Geti 2012-08-27T03:18:00

What was the goal? I couldn't seem to figure it out. Other than that, I felt it was neat to be able to move around and dig, build, etc. However, it would be nice to have a HUD or at least larger text to indicate what the options are. Likewise, I'd love to be able to cycle through the options more easily, perhaps mapping one key for forward and one for backward. I felt the best thing about the game was the style.

Collect by amidos2006 2012-08-27T10:03:00

One of my favorite games so far. It's obviously a bit repetitive, so it might be nice to evolve and be able to skip levels, and I'm not convinced that distance is a useful metric as opposed to, say, number of shots fired. Still, I found it fairly engaging. Nice work!

Strike of Rage ! by deepnight 2012-08-27T15:20:00

Great game, very impressive that you could make it so quickly. I thought the artwork was the best part. The gameplay itself was a bit drab. It would have been nice to be able to pick up objects and throw them. (Or maybe I missed that ability). I could see this evolving into a full blown game.

SEW by Cell 2012-08-27T19:06:00

It was an interesting game. The turrets kept missing though and whenever I ran into a wall I bounced like some sort of basketball. Setting that aside, I thought it was pretty fun.

Rise of the Meebas by Jimjam 2012-08-27T10:07:00

I was never able to figure out how to jump. As a result I couldn't clear the second level. I was also unable to figure out how to restart the game short of refreshing the browser. Aside from that, the game has an interesting style with the churchbells in the background. It's just a shame I can't explore it more!

Planets by bodsey 2012-08-27T10:10:00

I really like the concept and I felt the artwork and sound were well done. The gameplay, though, is lacking. I kept firing my little pellets at bigger planets expecting something to happen but finding nothing did. At the same time, when I tried to aim at smaller asteroids the bigger planets would suck up my pellets! Overall, I wasn't sure if I was making progress or not... I would keep working on the planet building experience and try to give the player more to think about -- ideally forcing him to make trade offs as he goes.

Boxy the Boxcat in Evolution Escapades by matthias_zarzecki 2012-08-27T03:05:00

Well made and well thought out. I felt the movement was a little slow which made things drag slightly. Ultimately, I think this game's biggest danger is becoming just a series of fetch quests. You should consider mixing in some puzzles or action in order to spice things up.

The Balance by mr_Hk_ 2012-08-27T01:32:00

As others have said the artwork is awesome. All around the production quality is extremely high! On the other hand, I found the gameplay to be quite drab by comparison. I think you guys could build on your amazing presentation by adding more variation to the gameplay.

Evolwar by headchant 2012-08-27T10:19:00

Great little game, really impressed you were able to put this together in 48 hours. I felt the gameplay devolved into trying to get the first attack against the enemy. Most of the time it seemed that whoever struck first would win. As someone else pointed out, evolving didn't raise or refill your health, so it was always wiser to attack the enemy instead of the egg given the choice. If you could improve the gameplay to force the player to make interesting trade offs I think this could be great. (But then I love turn based strategy games :-)

Deerfeast Tribe by Detocroix 2012-08-27T01:29:00

Great artwork and excellent execution all around. How in god's name did you get 275 meat (from screenshot)? Maybe the instructions weren't clear enough, but I kept running out of ammunition after a few waves. Perhaps I wasn't alternating as well as I thought...

Go Darwin by StabAlarash 2012-08-27T19:01:00

Cute fun game. It was enjoyable seeing what new dodos would appear. The pacing was pretty good. It would be nice to add some power ups or something to jazz up the gameplay.

Shroom by danlthemanl 2012-08-27T01:25:00

Strange but very well put together. Awesome job!

Evolving Empire by Spaceoff 2012-08-27T09:37:00

I love that you were able to get so much accomplished in 48 hours. I can't imagine trying to make a game as complicated as this in that time. Unfortunately, the gameplay itself is quite boring and tedious as there doesn't appear to be a lot to do except move slowly across the map and it's time consuming to constantly select and move each unit. Still, I could see this evolving into a fun game if you keep at it.

Tree by Canyon 2012-08-27T15:16:00

While not quite a game I thought this was an excellent entry. It's a very charming toy/tool, and seeing what you've made with it is pretty cool. I can't say I'm nearly as talented a tree drawer! It would be cool to see this tool expanded on to be more user friendly and perhaps support a richer simulation.

Poggle Island by Rose 2012-08-27T03:25:00

Cute art style. Cute music. I felt the gameplay was a bit too confusing. It was never really clear to me why two poggles would have a child or what to expect when they did. Likewise, I never figured out how to change the climate of the stage. As I was typing this I left the game running and won! Probably a sign that something isn't right ;-) I would try to make things feel a bit less random.

Biovolve by Cryptix 2012-08-27T02:52:00

Neat little game. Really has all the things you'd expect. I felt the jumping was a bit too floaty and there were a few too many obstacles to jump around, though. I liked the idea of three core elements which recur throughout the game. However, it would be interesting to make the puzzles more thoughtful. Right now each room feels a bit like a fetch quest.

Dhp129: HF by devwil 2012-08-27T02:29:00

I agree with Nedort, there's simply too much to read through with too few choices. I also felt that the choices were almost random. I never knew what they would do when selecting. I suppose if the goal of this game is to strike a surrealist tone you've really succeeded!

Digital Generation by Dietrich Epp 2012-08-27T09:26:00

Great game. Interesting take on the theme. Pretty amazing that you were able to get so many different styles packed into a single game all in 48 hours! My main complaint is only that I felt the game was at times too difficult. For instance, to clear through three waves of aliens only to die during the fourth and have to start from the beginning is rough. Other than that I thought this was a great submission!

Monkey Bowling by olav_st 2012-08-27T01:51:00

Pretty fun game. Really impressed with how much content you were able to get in there in 48 hours. My favorite thing is probably the fact that the bananas give you a boost while in the air. I would explore that some more.

Glider Drop by tomhunt 2012-08-30T07:23:00

It was an interesting experiment. I wasn't really sure what I was meant to do or how to improve. I also felt moving the blocks around was a bit challenging. Perhaps some in-game instructions would help make the purpose clearer.

Ninjural Selection by axcho 2012-08-28T09:34:00

Well put together little platformer. Shame I couldn't figure out what to do. I tried killing some things, made a few eggs, not much else seemed possible. It would be nice to see the game get some concrete goals and ideally challenge the player to think a bit more.

Evolve Larry by gregdevice 2012-08-27T01:39:00

Really slick presentation. For some reason I found the input to be off -- I kept clicking on things and finding it didn't register. That being said, I think I got the gist of things when it did work. It would be interesting to see what you could do to make the gameplay more interesting even as Larry evolves. For instance, maybe you could combine ingredients in some manner, or erect structures from ingredients...

Space Amoebas by bigbadwofl 2012-08-27T10:43:00

A fun little game. Felt a bit like asteroids but different in a good way. I liked your take on power ups. It would be interesting to see if you could evolve the gameplay so that the player was building up to something greater over time and not simply avoiding obstacles forever.

Evoland by ncannasse 2012-08-27T11:22:00

Awesome job. I like your take on the theme and the execution is excellent. As others have said I would have the pop up text stay a bit longer as I often could not read it in time. I also felt the attack was too short ranged, forcing the player to get incredibly close to an enemy in order to attack. Oftentimes I would die just trying to swing my sword at something!

The Voynich Experiment by Wan 2012-08-27T12:44:00

Great game. As others have said the music was a great choice. I also thought the faux diary was a nice touch. (Though you should go through and fix the many typos it contains.) The gameplay itself was OK. I would like to see some more interesting puzzles, though, which really make the player think. There were also a handful of bugs with the collision detection, especially when rotating the cells. But all in all I thought this was a great entry, nice work!

LD27 — 10 Seconds

Exocolony by Tange 2013-08-28T07:20:00

Neat idea, I especially like that you can "own" a planet if you discover/crash into it. The sense of exploration was the best part. However the ten seconds limit hurt the experience.

SILX by alvivar 2013-08-28T07:11:00

Not a huge fan of the movement setup.

Dungeon Deadline by Orni 2013-08-28T18:10:00

Really well polished. Not initially clear what the goal was, but I had fun bouncing around in any case. Like the idea of a bumper cars/roguelike mix.

Tower To The Sun by Zer0Kelvin 2013-08-26T23:16:00

A neat take on the theme while still being time-based. Didn't feel like I was accomplishing much or making interesting gameplay decisions while playing, though.

<-Saccade-> by Rave Radbury 2013-08-27T18:35:00

Very innovative take on the theme! Overall quite well put together. Gameplay isn't something I would come back for on its own, though.

No more Fuel ! by paraple-geek 2013-08-28T18:28:00

I like the concept but the controls made it very difficult to steer accurately at all.

Lodestar by folmerkelly 2013-08-26T23:34:00

Very nice presentation, very polished. Gameplay was kind of uninspiring and repetitive. I quickly had enough guns that I didn't need any more and enemies couldn't get past the beach.

SWEAT by reheated 2013-08-28T21:04:00

Solid foundation. More levels, better balancing of difficulty could be fun.

10 second test by echa 2013-08-28T21:21:00

Love the concept, though it was hard to figure out.

Omnidirectional Chaos by Martze 2013-08-27T18:38:00

IMO gameplay relies too much on memorization. Nevertheless the game is well put together. Really like the sound for example. I could see this being expanded on to include a series of levels with increasing difficulty, multiple solutions per a level, and maybe an in-game help system.

Could be interesting but aiming was too clunky.

Not that fun but pretty.

Rewind by sergilazaro 2013-08-28T20:55:00

Neat gameplay. Could see it expanded on perhaps with improved art and sounds.

Potato Lagoon by rezoner 2013-08-26T23:05:00

Neat art style. Not as excited about the gameplay. Aiming in particular felt overly difficult for no reason.

Well put together package. Gameplay was not very engaging, though. Could see this forming the basis for a deeper game similar to LttP.

Cheese It! by sebasRez 2013-08-26T23:30:00

Pretty solid entry. Kind of uninspired use of the theme, but that's OK in my book. The gameplay itself was lackluster however. It would have been better if I were forced to make some interesting trade offs when choosing paths. Perhaps adding the ability to carry more than one piece of cheese at once, have different size cheeses which affect movement speed, climbing ability, jumping, etc. would make for deeper more rewarding gameplay.

Clone Firefight by RedPanda 2013-08-28T18:20:00

Impressive that you built this in 48 hours. Not exactly to my tastes though.

Hot Dawg Dash by brgarnet17 2013-08-28T20:27:00

Cute game. I finally experienced what it was like to be a competitive eater!

First level didn't have any chest...

The Choice by matthewvermaak 2013-08-26T23:10:00

Would have liked to been able to drive the text myself as I found often myself waiting for it to progress.

Took too long before any decisions were made.

To an extent I felt you foreshadowed things too much. It seemed clear what was going to happen because of the framing at the start.

Heaven's Intern by atgaubatz 2013-08-29T09:27:00

Very well polished. Hilarious when the spear shoots out from hell.

Adventures of Schrodinger's cat by Cryunreal 2013-08-29T04:16:00

Great job on the polish. The movement was a little clunky and the gameplay a little bit common, but truly great work for 48 hours.

10 Second Doctor by qbit 2013-08-28T07:17:00

Very funny take on the theme. Would have been more if it didn't feel completely random/overwhelming to test patients.

Origami Wings by team_cow 2013-08-29T09:38:00

Great atmosphere. Controls hampered the experience though.

Coach Champ by Erifdex 2013-08-28T21:09:00

Kind of like a weird madlib. Would be even more fun if there was more feedback about what works and what doesn't.

Liked the animations when squatting and moving.

It's fun to program robots :-)
