Interesting game and concept. One issue(?) I found is that there are people who are never satisfied and don't go away. Guess maybe this is a parallel to real world lol )

Great, fun game! Polka works very well in stressful situations like these lol. I really enjoy the mechanics, would be maybe nice in the future to tie the colors with some ship mechanics.

Great concept of dynamically generated levels, also a nice dificulity curve ramping up partially, really enjoyed the voice naration and trolling events )

Great concept with dynamic stage obstacles! One issue I saw was that initially the ball falls vertically and keeps bouncing without touching anything. You need to edge it in order to start playing, maybe it should start at an angle?

Interesting approach. I like 360 deg explorators (space/underwater). It's kind of hard to see what's happening around you and what is a treasure. The controls are pretty intuitive though it's hard to tell at what speed you're moving at. Anyway, good try 👍

Very cool game, I really enjoy the mechanics and 8bit music. The Issues I have is that is hard to tell which way you're facing, maybe I'm missing some visual hint or it's part of the game to remember which way you're facing ). Another thing is that AI is running so much from you, but might be strategical from other point of interpretation ) Overall very nice!
Ok I must confess I got confused at the start as it starts with Day on, so you can't hit anyone ) But later it got I got the idea that you need to hit the monsters at night and collect the drops during the day. Nice idea, pretty challenging! Liked the graphics and audio! One thing that can be improved is player hitbox, feels a bit too large when projectiles flights at you. Good job!
The idea is good, music and sfx is also pretty nice. The gameplay is kind of hard, I don't think I managed to destroy even one ship. The ship needs to stop completly in order to shoot so it's hard to dodge against multiple ships. Great try anyway, needs a bit of rebalancing
Really great and challenging attempt to do a SNES game in a Jam! Would be cool if you've put it with some online emulator if possible. Anyway looks great, Congrats!

Very good looking game! Reminds me of Don't Starve and in general Tim Burton style art. Good puzzles and ambiance!
Nice little game, the shooting feels a bit weird, but works overall. I like you can defend yourself with the drone.
Like the game. Is pretty interesting and very challenging, also good looking!
Some improvements I would suggest:
1. To have a better tell when the lasers are near behind.
2. When the room rotates sometimes I get stuck, would be nice to clear the bottom or the layer when rotating so you can pass at least that part.
3. Decrease a bit the laser speed, as it doesn't feel rewarding to get fast through stuff as one next wall hit you pretty much dead. It should feel kind of like Subway Surfers, you feel the treat but get rewarded if you do well

Feels like you wanted to add a flash light but didn't get it in time? As the main character holds a flashlight but it's not turned on. Or maybe you need to find the batteries.

Awesome game and concept! Congrats! Visually looks very good! Found a few issues like brige jumping sometimes doesn't work right (you can't jump high enough for whatever reason even if you keep jump down?) and sitting in a portal will not activate it, even if you wiggle around, possible there is a big on enter box trigger that you need to be out before entering. I've Enjoyed it, funny characters and texts! (Putin as Vlad Tepes was a fun joke 😁) 5/5

Interesting concept, a bit hard to get through the electro eels ). Didn't took long to understand the base mechanics of using fish/envioranmetn to move around. Nice little game overall!
Really great art and music. I keep getting an error when touched by enemies "instance_create_layer :: specified layer "bullet" does not exist". Other than this digging the retro vibes!
Interesting approach, I like the shopping upgrade thing. I think thematically it's a bit weird as seeing grass/flowers and mountains combined with military and robots, but I guess whetever works ).

Really great graphics, the game looks interesting but I found a bug in the forest where you get caught by light it bugs out. Would've been nice if the controls (shift shadow mode) would be written somewhere in the game. One thing I'm still not sure of the daylight doesn't do anything to you?
Sad it doesn't have an ending, but it's funny to see a mishka with booze 😁 nice graphics and fun game, keep it going

Nice game, good graphics, the way he jumps feels like he wants to fly 😁. The jump height feels a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it jumps just a bit even if you hold the jump button and at full speed
@chakit would you like to share what kind of edge collider errors you found?
In case you mean delayed jump from a platform it's intentional, it's called coyote jump to have more forgiven jumps, also there is an edge hang to be able to jump when touching a corner.

@ofthebrand we thought about having one heart or making it as a hard mode, but as you can see from feedback many people didn't finish it with 3 hearts, so after the jam is over we'll look into rebalancing 👍
@kitkii there is a precise jump that you need to make, just run as much as you can on the edge and jump hold. Is not that hard, I'm getting it every time, and my 7 years old nephew who only plays minecraft got it on touch controls. You can do it! 💪👐

Music was done in FL Studio, mainly Poisone synth and stock samples and FX.
@satacat in case you're not familiar with Greek mythology, the trailer gives some info. This game is about pandora who was created by the gods and sent on earth with a box that contains all the evil things. She didn't know what's in the box so in our game she decided to look inside, but she got sucked in and got trapped inside the box. Now she needs to escape and avoid the evil inside.

Camera is synced to player physics as it should, if you notice some desyncs it might be from low fps.
The UI was the last second addition to the game as there wasn't much time left, as you guessed it it's the default one, but it's not Arial 😉 (Liberation Sans)
The antialias thing, I'm not 100% sure but might be artist's preference? 🤔 She always draws like that

Nice idea, the hitbox is a bit offseted, as enemies can hit you from far away, also your hit registers too late.

Also would be nice to have a total time per stage or total stuff to get. Otherwise feels weird when you don't see the ending.
One thing I didn't understand was the arrow towards the mouse, does it do anything?

Looping back and helping your self is really nice and getting to the next pillar sometimes is challenging.
Would be interesting to apply this concept in a dynamic labyrinth each stage where you need to find the exit. While killing enemies is cool without a map is a bit hard to judge how many left and where.

Fun game, liked the idea and the implementation, good graphics, nice physics. One thing I noticed is that you can push tower objects and there can remain a hallow space in between and objects on top will not fall, it's not a big issue and doesn't take away from overall experience. Nice to see other entries related to tides. You can check or game too where you need to escape the tide by solving puzzles.

@kris3 Thanks, the puzzle is made so that you finish while not touching the water (the water has a slight animation when shrinking, so it might felt you were outside after moving, we might need to make it more intuitive I guess)
