@bo-dangles Haha just updated the final Jam version, you can try more!
Please share your artworks in the comments!! Looking really forward to checking that out!
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-03_18-42-15.png
Definitely love the concept and here's my little matches girl!
Only one thing to mention: I think the language setting is broken somehow since it will always be English no matter which language is selected. Also the current language is not matching with the title page's language. But you know this is not the point for this game so just mentioning them lol
Great Job as always! AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-03_21-38-37.png
I am obsessed with this game since I am an artist myself. This was super fun, I found myself playing it over and over again. Good job!!
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-04_16-21-01.png
It's very cool! It doesn't really work if you don't follow the prompts though, which makes sense. It still created a beautiful painting. AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-04_20-48-14.png
This is a really unique idea and a great use of the stable diffusion model
Wait... how all this work
Is extremely fast!
Great game! The AI was cleverly utilised.
Very fun game! It's amazing what this AI can do!
I thought it was remarkable how well the AI-version matched parts of some images but then also could really mess up on other parts. This was a good demo of the capabilities of AI-generated art. I didn't realize that an AI piece could be generated so quickly.
Wow. This is fascinating. Really cool way to use AI in your game!
It played surprisingly well on mobile! I'm gonna try again when I get to my PC. Bravo.
I was blown away when I realized that the game was actually using an AI to paint what I had drawn, the first time felt like a coincidence, and the second time I was suspicious; But the third time it just wrinkled my brain. I love the overall style of the game, the main mechanic of the game is obviously very solid. Great entry, overall.
This was so much fun to play, and even more fun to try and mess with and see what you can get away with
This is such a cool idea and great use of AI image generation for a video game. I think my magical dragon story ended up missing one thing (unless the dragon is just pretending to be some leaves)
AIGalleryPainting.png
Of course, it was the AI that was wrong... that pink scribble was CLEARYLY meant to be a dragon.
Love this. Great job!
Wow, I'm impressed you managed to integrate AI image generation for a jam game. Really cool idea. It's simple, but effective. Even if there's no particular goal, it's pretty enjoyable.
This is awesome. What a fun and creative use of an AI. Good use of the theme as well -- drawing in 10 seconds is very hard and it's funny to see what the AI makes out of your scribblings.
thelegendofthedragon.png
Amazing concept for a jam game, it was fun seeing all the weird ways the AI interpreted my scribbles :P
Here are the best and worst ones I got :)

非常好AI,爱来自瓷器
This is so fun to play with. The best toy-game I've played in a long time. I've probably done a couple dozen pictures already..
The AI seems to struggle with outlines vs blocks of colors, so I started getting better results when I switched to doing that. It's kinda funny that even though you're being assisted so much by the AI, you slowly learn to give better inputs to it over time, not unlike a game!
But I have to give credit to everything else. This is by far the most interesting presentation for AI art I've seen. Much more than a simple prompt/upload system, you get to feel like you're really contributing to making it. The peaceful music and solid UI streamlines everything. I think the 10s limitations actually adds 2 things: 1. Replayability because it's too hard to send in your perfect painting 2. Because it's so chaotic, you actually end up with some unexpected and delightful outputs
Incredibly fun one that I can send to non-gaming friends. I definitely plan to play this a lot more throughout the week.

AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-05_03-11-44.png Ok this is pretty fun and silly. I'll definitely come back and play this again. Edit: Came back and played it again. My only complaints which could be remedied in a future, post-jam version would be an option to have more than 10 seconds, and have some more prompts; as I've had quite a few repeats. Given the restrictions due to the jam, this is still really good.
The concept is really clever ! There is a debate about wether ai should be allowed to create assets for games in jams, but this use is so creative and should not raise any debate. Well done ! The only thing I found a bit annoying with this game is that 10 seconds is not a lot to draw anything, and it takes a while to understand what drawing tools you have at your disposal, so I did'nt see instructions changing at first. Maybe making it glow or change in size at the end of the 10 seconds would help make them noticable.
Well developped, lots of differents brushes, you don't even need to draw to play this, and the result often correspond to the art you did as we can see up above, nice done !
This was amazing. What a fun concept! Very well implemented and polished. AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-05_13-17-17.png
not usually a big fan of AI based entries, but this one really deserves its place, the core game itself is fun and the added AI really makes it even better, I appreciate how you used a dedicated server for this. here's a good one I got
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-05_12-38-32.png
The AI drawings were so cool! albeit it was different from what I thought it was, it was fun looking at an AI version of a 10 seconds scribble.
Hello great job I loved to mess with the AI. Where you found this AI?
This is a fun little application. Obviously generative AIs are nothing new at this point, but you packaged and presented it really well. I like the idea of a prompt-based AI art generator. Really nice job!
uuuh excuse me wtf (this one made me laugh a lot)
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-05_22-36-35.png
Very nice little drawing game! Very polished version of something already fun on its own, this is great! The way you receive prompts by small sentences and the time limit forces you to do some silly things.
Thanks for that I had fun!
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-05_14-02-51.png Very cool.
Very well made! Love all the stressful prompts introduced during the drawing!
Pretty game ! Here is my try:
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-05_23-20-57.png
really cool idea - yea the clients with their changing ideas!
I feel the best results when you fill the canvas: AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-05_23-48-51.png
different idea nice background music, i like this
I would love to read a post mortem of how this works
super creative and way beyond a lot of the coded games here. Great job and thanks for the fun experience
Fantastic entry! I love how there's been so much discussion about whether or not to allow AI art generators for the jam and your team said, "You know what? Our game IS an AI art generator!" This is the only entry so far that I've shared with people outside the jam--that's how cool this idea is.
I don't know that too say - except that is a really cool idea  AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-06_02-47-37.png
Really impressive accomplishment for the jam! I really appreciate the middleware you probably had to hook up to make this work. The prompts are really cool!
Really creative take on the theme and clever use of AI. Quite humorous as well. It was very fun to play and try to figure out how all the different options on the editor (of which there was an impressive amount) would affect the AI understanding of the picture! I could play this for hours although I wish there more prompts cause I got a lot of repeated ones. My favorite one is probably this cool hacker gal 😎
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-06_00-20-44.png
Amazing game!
Amazing game, fun concept, enjoyed that it did its best even when I was messing with it (a single dip of paint really did end up with a mostly white canvas)
Super cool concept!! Good job!
Fun idea! Would like to see a multiplayer room based version <3
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-06_14-48-37.png
Amazing, just amazing! :D To even come up with such a fun concept I really enjoyed playing it! The music also fits it so perfectly and everything feels really smooth and polished. Amazing work!
Usually I don´t like AI Art that much but this game was very fun to play actually! (:
quite good idea, but I'm not sure that what I had painted at the end could come out what was displayed. Had painted completely different things in other places of the canvas. Could come out what quite good if the idea is pursued further. keep up the good work
Very interesting and distracting game ! 122.png 11.png The IA work better with keyword than the drawing but the concept in very interesting !!! Good job and the presentation is really polish too.
spend too much time on you game haha ^^
here is my best "art"
Capture d’écran 2022-10-06 183818.png
If this doesn't win innovation I'm throwing a fit. Truly impressive work.
Wow ! Just great job, very funny, very clever !! congrats AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-06_20-08-26.png
These are some of my favorites.
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-07_03-56-59.png AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-07_03-52-51.png AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-07_03-49-45.png
Unfortunately my most favorite is the one I first painted. It was so perfect I thought it'd all be like that so I didn't save. Oops.
Holy cow! Such a creative and unique idea for the theme! It's really fun to play with this :D Thank you for making this! :3
This is one of the ways where the 10 second theme really shines. Plus having preset prompts to guide the end-ai really helps sell the scribbles. I'd love to see a version where you could prepare a series of custom prompts (for friends, practice, etc)
Wow this must be one of the most unique ones out there. Amazing premise but don't let it outshine the well executed canvas/brush system. Simply amazing.
cool use of new tech
Pretty cool. I love the AI art programs that are going around, they are really really impressive and it was cool to see it in a game.
Very interesting concept. I wasn't sure how it was working and sometimes my drawings didn't match up at all in any way which was interesting.
this is a very smart way to utilize new tech! I suggest gamifying it more like using the AI drawn image as a background for some smaller minigame. But tbh very impressive and creative game!
хмммм.PNGхмммммммммм.PNGхммммммммммммммммммммммммм.PNG
it's pretty fun, though scary, when it works correctly
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-07_00-41-54.png My art!
Really Cool! I am really interested in the exact settings for stable diffusion that you used.
We made our game completely with AI generated Assets from Stable diffusion. I wrote about the asset creation process in a blogpost here:
https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/51/world-warp/gernerating-assets-using-ai-for-our-ld-games
Would be cool to share experiences about Stable diffusion
It's something incredible
Awsome!!! Using AI in such a way, you are somekind of a geniuses guys!!

I had sooo much fun this AI IS AMAZINGGGGGG GREAT WORK!!!!!
Big grades on innovation! What an ambitious concept with impressive execution!
Very cool idea! Well done!
very nice idea to split the instructions into a few steps and not just show the whole prompt also very painfully shows the contrast vs human and machine learning capabilities a very meaningful entry  impressive, interesting and executed very well
A really neat use of the technology! I felt a bit rushed by the client but I think that is part of the fun.
There were a couple of times where it seemed like the text prompt was too specific and so several elements of the drawing were lost. For example for "The Kraken Arrives" I drew a lot of boats and docks but the prompt didn't mention them so the AI turned them into tentacles lol. I think it might have been nice if the text prompt to the AI was more specific like "Kraken attacking boats in a shipyard".
really interesting take on AI art. haven't seen one like it yet!
Haha what a great game! I loved it. Definitely in one of my top 3. Really unique take on the theme! You really have to rush in order to get those prompts. You can't dwell on mistakes but thats the fun part of it  Here are my drawings. I think AI needs to train a lot more to catch up to me

Holy!!! I really love the concept, really unique! AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-08_11-31-03.png
I really like the idea! However it does seems like the resulting drawing is really focused on the prompt. I'm curious of what the same scribble could give with the a different prompt from client.
This is absolutely amazing!!! One of the most unique games on LD ever! Great job!
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-08_20-59-28.png
unknown.png Really cool art, but kinda weird how it generates xd
I love this painting. download.png
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-08_17-40-38.png
Interesting concept, not quite sure where I fell on the latent space with this one :D (guess filling in the colors and not having outlines would have been better!)
ai_what.png
I saw this game floating around in the list, so I checked it out but not before finding the StableDiffusion AI "Diffuse the Rest" and trying it out elsewhere. This seems like a neat idea but I am unsure about how much work was put into the "game" vs just slapping the AI in which is doing most of the grunt work.
The StableDiffusion AI "Diffuse the Rest" takes keywords and inputted images/drawn images and then generates an image based on the the global database scrape - which I understand... but where can you go beyond using the AI as a crutch? What else is there to keep people engaged with actual gameplay? I know I am leaving a tough comment but I am not sure what else there is to this entry aside from using the AI as it currently exists.
Magical! Thanks for this really cool idea!
Interesting to see where artificial intelligence is going.
The artists are really beautiful.
A tip for those who haven't given it a try yet: the model seems to do a lot better with solid areas of color than with outlines.
Awesome!
No comments, just WOW!!!!
Very original idea. Very good use of stable diffusion. Honestly I was wondering how much use id see in this jam. Its funny and runs smooth. I like to see more prompts, since I got the same ones quite frequently. Everything in the game was so much fun. Very well executed and amazing work for such a short timespan.
This is `exciting`! Too bad I can not draw fast enough in 10 seconds
This is a really neat idea, I loved seeing the AI generated results! The art program worked super well and it's surprising to me that it was made in 3 days ()! Other than that, I can't really give it much more feedback, seeing as it's all up to the artist (and the ai) how great the game was ()!
But overall, I really enjoyed it; keep coming up with innovative ideas!
I've never felt more unskilled in something... HAHAHAHAHA this was so funny thank you very much!
This it tough to compare to other games, because your job here was to set up a backend and prepare some prompts, and there isn't much else to it. Some prompts are downright bad, for example it should be "The Little Red Riding Hood", not "The Little Red Hat"; such small differences mean the world for Stable Diffusion. I think SD may be misconfigured or the prompts may not be descriptive enough, which was particularly apparent in the amazon rainforest one (I got it twice), but in fairness I haven't played with img2img at all so maybe I'm expecting too much. Prompts also kept repeating, so you should have used a randomized queue instead of randomizing the prompt every time. I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but in fact I love you for going with this idea; it's innovative and fun to play, just rough around the edges
Picrel is my best output, and also that one time it nope'd out mlart.png
wait, are you afiliated with banana?
banana api seems to be non free, so do you pay for all these images or you're part of the banana team?
Man you are great! I cant say anythink just thank you for publishing this!Screenshot 2022-10-13 131916.png
So excited to see Stable Diffusion used in a Ludum game, just wish there was a little more gameplay. The 10 second timer feels a bit arbitrary and like it was only there to fulfil the theme.
Some of the generated images didn't match what I drew at all, but I really enjoyed the storybook characteristics of this one:
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-13_11-56-20.png
Awesome work, and amazing innovation!
Wow what an interesting game, I love the utilization of AI art into this. It was fun to try to struggle to draw the right things that they ask for in the small period of time, it's definitely hard to explore the other tools etc in that time. I also didn't have the best AI generation from what I drew (is it just taking the text prompts you provide and doing the art or is it actually trying to use what I draw?) Anyway, I thought this was a really interesting and new experience. Great job!
In a way, i felt pretty good make drawing and using all my skills (close to none) to make this masterpiece xD. Great job!
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-15_00-18-26.png
@foursay @sphinx its crazyhow much variety there is. Here is my match girl too:
matchgirl.png
It's too much fun to stop. But I can be too abstract sometimes. unknown.png
Very different and interesting game! I really liked the idea of turning 10 second drawings into something beautiful using AI. That was pretty creative. Besides, every game is well finished, the graphics are beautiful, the sound is very good and the gameplay is solid. Good job.
Wow, great idea! I find it difficult to change painting tool without wasting precious seconds  When playing full screen it gets cropped (I have an ultrawide screen):
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-20_12-40-45.png
I liked the idea, however it seems like my inputs didn't have any influences on the final result.
@adriangray Nope, I'm not part of their team. I just googled for GPU hosting service during the Jam and chose this one
So yeah I paid for the server.. (it costs around $30 so far, much lower than I expected, the maximum cost could be around $600 monthly if fully occupied) As an experiment project, I learnt a lot during the development, so I think the cost is kinda ok tbh. ;P
Actually this is my first time to deploy a GPU backend, I write a short article about the whole process here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/51/10-second-magic-paintbrush/our-journey-about-adapting-ai-into-our-game-postmortem
@pxgluz this little princess looks so lovely!
@sofignedova Wow that's very beautiful!!
@pbg the variety is true! Even the prompt is the same, we all get quite different results!
Thanks everyone for playing our game!
Perfection, no notes.unknown.png
Cool game! I really like the idea, it's an amazing concept. I was a little disappointed to be honest when I learned the AI does not take our drawings into account at all. All around nice work, I really liked the background music!
Very Nice!
@gabriel-chan AI actually taking account of your drawings! You can try use more blocks of colors instead of lines, probably can get more obvious result~
Wow, very cool and addicting! I think I played for almost an hour and a half!
Sometimes, it would mix up the elements in my drawing and colors the wrong way around, but that was fun too:
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-21_20-33-16.png
I had fun drawing only with the provided stamps:
AIGalleryPainting-2022-10-21_20-45-21.png
But mostly, I enjoyed making abstract colorful drawings and see what the AI does with that. It seems to follow the colors quite well!
