Really liked the theme idea here. Good puzzle arcs and cool graphics. Well done

Really liked the theme idea here. Good puzzle arcs and cool graphics. Well done
Nice use of the theme, great voice acting, and loved the art, in particular the monsters. Also noticed the pixel size difference like some other players. Also enjoyed reading about your team's history with LD! Well done
Fantastic game. Consistent graphics overall between UI/menus/characters/effects. Enjoyed the gameplay loop of scanning for the correct defense, and attacking otherwise. Fingers can really get confused! Good use of the LD51 theme. Well done
Feels great with the music lining up with the gameplay. Basically everything @benk said too. Would come back to this game with some tuning and polish. Well done!
This is such a good idea. One of my favourites. I'm so bad at it, but enjoyed myself. As above, would love to see someone good play this!
Really good use of the theme, but could be tuned even better in the future experimenting with the time available. Well done!
I could only play this once, and even that was too much. That flash sound too scary. 5/5 on mood.
Enjoyed this, especially love the art
Fantastic game feel, great voice acting, graphics, animations. Nostaligic. Loved it. Well done
Platforming felt great, the two upgrades were clever, nice map design. Really liked the palette used and tiles, the character could use some work but all the animation cycles were smooth. Well done, loved it
Everything was good about this, but the music really stood out - using the same theme but switching between two moods every 10 seconds, and the beat also gave you the clue when night was about to switch in. Well done
Well done, and good idea implementing the theme
Good content, use of theme. Consistent and excellent graphics. I thought the sounds were fine and fit the mood of the game. Well done!
I don't really know what to say, but I completed the game and have the song stuck in my head now
Wow, switching between two completely different games in one was a good way to implement the theme. My favourite game here so far. Love the trippy billboard+3D graphics in the shooter section. The yin yang connection game broke my brain when they started on the wrong side.
I could really relate to the messiness of the workspace, as I was neglecting throwing anything out. Well done!
Good ideas in this platformer, well done!
Good puzzle idea and use of the LD51 theme
Awesome!
Nice idea. I got three endings: destroyed, starved, and poisoned. There are some randomness/roguelike elements which will make some runs impossible. Really liked the theme and graphics, sound and music was alright and also fit the mood. Well done
This is great, the best use of the theme in my opinion (and something our game wanted to try and didn't quite get there). Loved the slow buildup of puzzling, unlocking routes til having to put the mechanics together at the end to be able to reach the exit in time. Nice art. Well done
@coolbeens @karataskn20 @amarokczukay @aune @triangle-point The original scope was a bit larger and included some of your suggestions, but things kept interrupting us over the weekend. Probably the best thing was how we were able to not panic and reduce the scope to at least present something playable!
We wanted some simple things like pressing R to reset the whole round, a little bit better art on the environment and sea life (happy with the player and squid), also to see the player be able to stay above water and not run the timer.
The big idea was to have several checkpoints (underwater air caves) with a series of puzzles in between.
Anyway, thanks all, glad to see many have acquired the One Piece!
I played the html version on the Ludum Dare site, and couldn't really get it to work. Sometimes something would appear in the wok, but it wasn't consistently working. I tried a few times and just ended up burning down the kitchen. I like the idea of using the "10 seconds" theme to force you to work quickly, I just couldn't do it.
Good entry. I wish you did character art instead of the white square, as the rest of the art is great. As above, I would have played more levels too, but glad you did have a difficulty curve in there. Well done
Wow, this looks amazing. I'm yet another who can't play it, but thanks for uploading the video. Use of theme is good, graphics look great. Love the music and sound, the ticking sound is a bit annoying or loud though. Well done
Cool, had a nostalgic vibe from this one. Well done
