I love this approach to storytelling, and the visuals are really good.
Interesting concept and great art! It's a bit confusing what you need to do at first and might be too much text for 10 sec (at least for non English readers? Nice game overall!
Awesome atmosphere, and a fun little narrative journey that fits the theme really well. Great job!
Wow, I didn't expect it to be this good! It uses the theme well, looks and sounds beautiful and tells a nice story! Really fun, awesome work!
that was kinda very deep :D
This was fantastic. I played it about 5-6 times to try and get the most story out of it that I could. So much lovely and hilarious narrative hid in these people!
I really liked your game! I had never seen anything like it until this point. Great work.
@matt-ravenhall, @toreskovic, @zakroutil Thank you! :green_heart: @makemakemake Thank you! Sometimes the vampires eats, sometimes it infects, sometimes it promises to behave. But in the end it needs to eat, after all. @adriangray Thank you! I feel you about the too much text (even if I write a lot of English for my work, I'm a non-native Italian), but I liked the concept of having to choose what to read in the limited time you have, knowing that you won't be able to read it all (I hint at it in the beginning of the game, but maybe I should've hinted it better). @yoko-san Thank you! It happened :D @joedev Thank you! There is indeed a lot of stuff and tons of branching hidden in there (for some reason I even added a different ending for every character if they end up alone, even if I know that that's very rare to achieve—oh well). @ben-throop Thank you Ben! Likewise :D
P.S. Gonna play your games today. It took me a, uhm, while, to realize that I needed to click on the gamepad icon of your profile to see them :eyes:
Loved it ! I really like the Idea of having too much text to read. I replayed the game multiple times to read more and that's where I saw that you really put a lot of effort into making every scenarios feel unique and I really appreciated it. The only thing that didn't work was on my first run, a meteor comming but noone was a vampire, and so some dialogue didn't make sense until I had a meteor and vampire at the same time. Other than that, great mood, greate graphics, great writting Karl is my fav
@tomtomgome Thank you, I'm glad you saw more scenarios (writing all those variables in such a little time was quite the experience). We realized that I forgot to take into account the "meteorite without vampire(s)" the day after and were very sad that it was too late to fix. When the jam ends I'll get back to it and at least do that.
This was a nice experience, even in such limited time you managed to make every character feel unique. Great work!
@emmatw Thank you! And woah, your game looks amazing, gonna play it later after pizza time.
Very unique game. Was nice to replay and see what others said that I missed. Thanks!
So much story told in such a short game! I think you did a great job and I had a lot of fun with this. The art was really nice as well.
@trusty Thank you, glad that it was nice to replay too. @iguanana Thank you from both of us!
Really liked your game! Especially the little details and that you sometimes had to give someone another color.
@quabmara Thank you! I won't lie, I do love details :D
Really nice experience. Loved the replay value of the game and the little additions each time you play it again! Even tough, nobody should have the power to get people naked and make them fall in love :D
@chuchugeralt Thank you and ah, I completely agree (nor to make them die or, worst of all, tell a joke :D)
It was nice that you managed to get the theme into a story driven game. You couldn't read all the monologues so you just got some glimpses here and there into the peoples personalities. It made you almost biased to which characters you liked most which made you more sad when they died. First time only one survived and the rest, except for one that got taken by a spaceship, got killed by a vampire. I felt the vampire was a bit too potent, killing every round. Second times was better and I think only two died. You did a great job with the mood and the pacing, made you want to play a few times to see the different outcomes and monologues. Very nice entry
@tannimun Thank you for all the feedback (and for playing). I thought no one would get one of the "single survivor" endings because they're very rare, and I'm glad you did. You're right about the vampire: it normally doesn't cause much problems unless it appears near the beginning, in which case even it can "promise" not to kill (and usually will turn but not kill a specific person) that's not enough to stop the spread. When the jam ends and I'll get back to it to fix some bugs, I'll also see about balancing early vampiric appearances.
Very nice theme and mood, accompanied by some really stellar art. I played through twice, and it was impressive how unique the scenarios were. It must have been hard to balance out all the different random events and reactions, very cool game.
@neverlucky Thank you, and I will clap to Jelena's stellar art, it was great to see what she did with the characters :) Balancing was indeed hard but also a fascinating experience (I was in a kind of writing frenzy when I put it together), I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Vampire ending... so beautiful
Overall it was a very cool experience, I really liked all of the characters after playing few times.
@kaech Thank you, I'm sure the characters liked you too ^_^
