Minimal Leapings by ben657 2013-04-30T07:06:00
Don't know whether I got the combination, but I became a coconut thing...? A few bugs that made it annoying, but it was good!

Don't know whether I got the combination, but I became a coconut thing...? A few bugs that made it annoying, but it was good!
I have to say I wasn't quite down with the music, but I liked the lightning. There should be some way where the player can summon the lightning but has only a certain amount of summons. Great game though!
Yeah, the only problem I had was that I tossed things behind myself. I really liked the graphics though!
Haha fun!
I have to say, the first things that drew me in were the song and the visuals. Brilliant work!
Really innovative I feel. Definitely is minimalism!
Minimal at its best! Nice work - fun and simple. Don't know if I'd play it more than twice.
IT's got a unique style abut it! Love it!
I have to say, enjoyable and intriguing! Just couldn't get past #3....
Controls were a bit awkward at times, but I liked the almost Bastion-feel. Brilliant visuals!
I enjoy these types of games where you can sit back and let the work happen. Sometimes my units would not defend my factories, but good work!
Very interesting - quite enjoyable! Just wish it ran a bit faster.
Seriously fun game. Took a while to catch on - but then BAM I won.
Quite fun and quite simple. Loved it!
Well I absolutely loved the visuals. My biggest problem was the sensitivity of the turning of the mouse, but maybe that was because it was a tad laggy for me. Overall nice!
I found it intruiging how there are multiple games on here with the "black line colour blocks" theme. It's cool! Nice work, original and fun.
Well this game really got me thinking. Neat concept really - I wonder where you could take this "two worlds connected" idea.
Great! It was a tad odd when I pressed z and you just stood there for 5 seconds with a '?' above your head. I did like the visuals though!
I feel like my movements are not subtle enough and I can't move through spaces I should. Good idea though!
Sometimes the clicking seemed to not register, but for 5 hours - nice work!
The perspective really messed with me at times...but after a while I started to get used to it and loved the game. Cool graphics!
It was minimal and fun!
I was a tad confused that every time I played anything the game would end. Probably some bug... Looks cool though!
Difficult to play with a single hand. But I actually quite enjoyed and it seemed very smooth.
Woah. Alright - kudos for the best named game!
It almost had an eerie feel to it with the music and the people's faces. Cool mystery!
I loved the idea! I feel like the player needed more representation and sometimes I died when I felt like I was the one who ate first.
The controls seemed unresponsive at times... but nice work! Polished.
Bonus points on everything! Music, style, humor - great game!
Well I have to say, props on the mood. And adding a story. It takes a while to do those things - even in 72 hours.
Well that's brilliant. Most humorous game yet!
huh, something felt a tad clunky and unresponsive. Nice concept and graphics, but I just couldn't push myself to play through the whole thing. Key word push.
Really difficult, but I understood the concept. It could work!
Dang...could not beat that level with multiple exits, I sweat I tried every one. Cool game! (and hard)
The annoying parts were when items got stuck against walls and died instantly, or the object moved too slow. It was a brilliant idea though! Lol at the comment below.
Interesting...a tad difficult to maneuver, but it could work!
I'd prefer it to Asteroids any day. Very smooth, well done
Sometimes the squares wouldn't grab properly, which made me end up losing. But the concept was definitely minimal yet worked.
Well it's very slow to start, wish there was a tad more feedback to the player and "feel" to the game. I can see what you were getting at though!
Absolutely loved the hell outa these graphics and music! My favorite game so far, even if the concept is simple.
Wow dang...really in depth. Wish I wasn't in such a hurry. I need to remind myself to come back and replay through it.
A good touch would be to make shadows change size based on depth of height. The background was a bit distracting - but nice work!
If you think about it, it's a very simple checkpoint game. Yet it seemed so new and fun. Nice work!
This game was stunning, smooth and picturesque. Created in such a short space of time - well done.
Reeeally difficult. Can you actually win? I wont way it wasn't fun though!
Woah alright - liking the music! Weird how I just get stuck under blocks, but I enjoyed it, nice work!
Hmmm...I was a tad confused and the transitions were a bit slow, but I see what you were getting at!
Really challenging, but I won't say I didn't like it. Nice visuals!
I love these jumping games and this one has the best balance of ones I have played so far. The only thing that erked me a bit was the music...just didn't seem to fit.
The dialogue boxes had very long delays, but I REALLY enjoyed the concept. After about 8 frustrating minutes though, I never beat it...
Woah crazy lag, but it seemed enjoyable. Hard to say, but nice work.
As mentioned below, the fireballs shooting from the top of the staff make it challenging, but I enjoyed the first play through!
Wow, really innovative. This reminds me of the game "Blocks that Matter", but instead you change yourself instead of the environment. Nice work!
I found the key and then got stuck going down the stairs from the attic. Sucks I couldn't find the exit, but I was well spooked.
Hmmm. Nice islands but no much else I suppose. Great start!
I was confused whether I actually had to shoot or if I could just block the meteors with my ship - but I did like the music element!
Sweet! Definitely innovative and looks intriguing.
Hmmm...definitely is harder than normal tic tac toe. Don't know whether there is a "perfect game"
Well if you hold right and tap left you end up walking backwards, which I thought was pretty funny. Extra point for Humor!
I really liked how the grid "fixed" itself - brilliant feature!
Minimal graphics- but that's the theme! Annoyingly the 6th level was off the screen so I couldn't beat it. Nice work though!
Well I could just hold space and suck up all the people and never run out of laser. But I wont say I didn't have fun destroying things!
Hmm alright, fun game. I feel like some sort of points should be awarded for jumping blocks.
When I first played it I thought it was too dang hard; and then I realized I was on challenge mode - very fun!
Sometimes the magnets did not work...but I understood the concept and it was fun until then!
I don't see minimalism (maybe in the gameplay?), but it was fun!
You should add some sort of checkpoint system, as it's really hard to get far without dying. I liked the death animating though - cool blood!
Well, won every minigame. At first I thought it was going to quick, but the repetition made it easier. Acctually quite fun!
Well definitely minimal! Nice work.
I wish I could understand this game better. The intro screen of moving pixels really had me going for a sec...
No real liveliness to the game, but the concept works. Add some flair and it could get quite the attention.
At first I was like huh? Why aren't some clicking? Read the rules, duh! Sometimes the simplest things - nice work!
What the! favorite game by far. Of all the platformers, this has the smoothest controls and coolest effects - nice work!
Really hard and the running just didn't feel right. Also, maybe not restart the song each death. Great work though!
It was a nice concept really. But I was confused why you had such an elaborate maze when only a portion is used. There should have been more obstacles.
Minimalism points for simplicity. Actually quite good fun!
So I can never lose...?
The movement was a bit slow and iffy - but I really liked the concept! A few improvements and it could be quite good!
I overlooked this game at first, thinking it was just pong. Foolish me - what a great concept!
Well that was a story indeed! Not particularly complex gameplay mechanics, but more story-based.
