Great music, fun little game!

Great music, fun little game!
Despite the simplicity, I liked the graphics, especially the way your bullets fire out in this wavering cascade - it's cool. Solid gameplay too!
The boss fights were pretty creative, fun stuff!
Funny idea!
Decently scary, and I love the music! Great job!
Plays very cleanly, the graphics and audio are great too! Sweet game!
Controls were freaky, and the zombie just pile on you! The decision of who to save has pretty much no narrative weight, coming so soon and with essentially no context. Still, for 10% of what you were going for it's not bad.
Loved the song. Pretty weird, though.
Confusing, but intriguing at the same time. had no idea what to do, but I liked the multiple angles mechanic and think it could be a lot of fun if expanded on.
Great graphics, good atmosphere, and an interesting story. Controls took some getting used to, but I imagine that's a large part of the intended challenge of the game.
Amazing! AMERICA SALUTES YOU, SIR
Good concept, nice graphics, and an excellent simulation of being QA for a conveyor belt. Unfortunately, the main difficulty for that job is fighting boredom, which is probably the least useful enemy for a game.
Solid gameplay and an impressive amount of cards!
Pretty sweet overall, although the jumps are hard to control and the text looked bad. Still, the overall visual presentation and audio was good and it was fun!
Interesting game, and I feel like it could definitely be worth expanding! Thought the mechanics worked well and the visuals were cool. But my favorite part was the soundtrack - it totally captured the theme for me. Great job!
The controls took some time to discover, but the game is pretty decent and the art is great!
Graphics are fun, music is cheery, gameplay is pretty typical endless runner fare, but works. I had fun boosting off the fire hydrants! Solid showing!
Cool concept, although I felt like the 'hit box' for the loops was a bit small. Still, pretty fun and creative!
Awesome music, but the physics system is really annoying and makes things that seem like they should be simple become extremely frustrating.
The controls are annoying, but this is a really creative idea, a funny premise, and great art, along with a solid soundtrack. Definitely an excellent showing! I'd like to see this expanded on!
Gameplay is a little shaky, but the graphics and music are top-notch. Would love to see a more fleshed out game in this style, for sure!
Fun little game with a nice message!
Not a bad attempt, but definitely feels unpolished (not that that's a bad thing - you only had 48 hours, after all). Man, these diamond-things are unfair - they get these crazy lasers and you only have this little...whatever your gun is. I think this isn't a bad concept, it just needs a lot more work - as you said, a bit overambitious.
Felt like there was too much "hang time" of nothing in between each decision. The music is good and the art is passable. The font chosen is kind of hard to read, and I would have liked a bit more emotional context for making the decisions - I don't know anything about the son, the daughter, the wife, etc.
That said, it's a solid start!
A solid piece piece overall, but I felt like I could have used a bit more build-up. Going straight from being a little kid to disappointment over over-priced Mexican food to having to make a life-changing decision was a bit jarring. That said, it was well-written, and for the time frame, I thought it was a good showing.
Fun concept and good graphics but how the heck are you supposed to beat jetpack dogs? I couldn't quite jump high enough and they kept killing my cat.
Any game with gentleman cats and duck ladies gets five stars from me. I love that it's multiplayer too, well done!
Not a bad game, pretty simple shoot-em'-up. Top-down pixel art makes for a weird point of view, but not terrible. I also thought that maybe the zombies had too much health, but that's a bit of a nit-pick.
Funny, and the memory gameplay works well!
Love the graphics, love the music, LOVE the twist of classic Mario gameplay, and the humor works. Challenging, but keeps you coming back for more! My favorite game I've rated so far!
Good story, gets across the feeling of isolation well, and you make good use of the Twine medium (hit him again and again). The songs are also amazing! Great job overall!
Controls are kind of crazy, but I loved all the bird designs!
I was going to be disappointed in your reductionist views of utilitarianism, but then I realized you were actually talking about utAlitarians. And I think we can all agree, those guys suck.
That said, the dialog was pretty funny, and you DO say up front that it represents your views, so I can't really fault you there.
Fun mechanic and definitely felt very pirate-y. Great job!
Weird, but sort interesting!
Interesting, really conveys a good sense of mood!
Funny, I like it!
That was...weird. Interesting...but weird.
Liked the music, but I was a bit (see what I did there?) unclear on exactly what to do. Still, a solid showing!
Well you definitely succeed in making a beautiful game that I'm impressed you did in the time! Combat's a bit stale but the little touches like auto-run are great and really, this is quite an impressive endeavor! I can only imagine what something you guys work on for a while must be like and I'd love to see more!
Funny game, loved the choice of music and the theme. A great showing!
An interesting concept and cool visuals (sort of remind me of "Papers, please"). The gameplay is a bit stale, but overall, not a bad effort.
Well-told, although I thought that some of the choices were unclear and the medium of the interactive narrative could have been utilized better. That said, it's a powerful tale and you really get the sense of emotion from it. The song was a very nice touch too. Overall, very well done, and thanks for sharing this with us.
Pretty funny, and the graphics cross the threshold of 'so bad they're good' for sure. I would have liked the game to play faster, and for the sounds to change more often, but for a jam game, it works!
Funny and great music! Short, but hey, you made it in 48 hours!
Solid gameplay, felt smooth. Not the most original implementation of the theme, but it worked and provided a pretty fun time!
Amazing visuals, great atmosphere, and fun gameplay! Excellent job!
Interesting, but suffers from a lot of trial and error due to not that many actions being supported and there not really being a guide for which to take.
Cool concept and generally well-executed. If you plan on submitting this as it stands in English, you've got several grammar errors which, while not too bad, do detract from the professional feel of it if you intend to use this as a CV - I'd recommend having a native speaker read through it. Just some friendly advice!
Cool concept and good atmosphere, but the text moved maddeningly slowly. Good job overall, though!
Great graphics, a little hard to control and a lot to remember, but I guess that IS sort of the point of the game. Still, very solid! I could see this being expanded quite easily.
Great sound and graphics, controls were a little difficult, but it was fun!
Beautiful art, great soundtrack, and interesting gameplay - the full package! I can't get over how polished this game looks and feels!
Well-done in terms of art and music, really captures that arcade-charm!
Fun concept, good music, good graphics. This was a good one!
Weird, but a super clever premise, and some of the questions were really interesting. Cool idea, bro!
Loved the graphics, music, and the quirky concept!
Cool looking, and I guess you were going for "only one life"? But it was really unclear what to do after that, other than fly around pointlessly.
Funny concept and fun execution! Loved the music! Great job!
Somewhat misleading title, but a very interesting gameplay gimmick! Creative and pretty fun to boot!
Powerful use of the interactive fiction medium. Excellent. I think this is a great way to talk about a subject like this.
Good music, and I like the message. Physics and jumping managed to be entertaining too. One thing I will say though is that theme repetition isn't entirely due to the same people making it - it's also because of things like cost (why you see so many indie pixel art games) and just the difficulty of making a game that pushes people towards a "safe" genre game instead of an art game - often, it's just too much to risk what could be months of years of work for the sake of art. That said, yeah, diversity would help.
Waited for quite a while after clicking survival and it just wasn't loading, sorry man.
Cool concept, nice graphics, and pretty fun. Hard, though. This guy must be REALLY tired.
I'm getting a 'this computer can't run this because zlib.dll is missing'. I'm running Windows 7.
Funny music and interesting gameplay!
As a huge fan of the original Rogue and Nethack, this game definitely had the nostalgia factor going on. A solid roguelike and an enjoyable old-school experience!
Funny stuff, great ending! Liked the video format.
Funny stuff!
Fun little game, I liked how the second level was a bit puzzle-y, although it took me a little bit to realize the villagers weren't actually enemies.
Atmospheric, although I think it's way too dark. Good choices for music and sound!
Sweet game, man! Love the atmosphere you've created, and it manages to really give you that 'Oh shit zombies are chasing me!' feeling. Excellent!
Choosing jump height down is kind of a problem, and I have NO idea what the heck you were going for with the visuals and the concept and everything, but it was still kind of fun to beat suited men to death with a key, so you have that going for you. Could have used a crazy fast techno loop soundtrack.
Funny stuff.
Story was intriguing and DAMN those graphics! Not to mention the mood, the way the text was displayed...it's amazing! Sure, all you do is walk, but when everything is like THAT it's all you need to do. Excellent!
An interesting minimalist narrative. I felt the constant jumps between pages made for a sort of disjointed feel to the whole story, which added to the mystery, but it didn't give me a whole lot of context with which to make the choices, and as such I felt like they lacked some of the narrative weight they could have had. Still, an interesting piece that I could definitely see being expanded.
Great art, good music, and an excellently told and compelling story. Bravo!
Cool concept (I'm actually working on a game with the same "hearing only" premise myself!) but it's not working for me in Firefox.
Nice graphics and I found the little death messages quite funny. The game's not very 'deep' (if you'll pardon my pun) but it's a good time while it lasts!
Interesting idea, and pretty fun!
Fun game, nice combo of music and graphics. Difficult, but interesting!
You know, at first I thought I was making friends with the other squares, but after a while of them pushing me away and me wearing down their defenses I felt more like a cult leader than a friendly guy, Still, makes you think.
Amazing graphics and interesting gameplay mechanics! A truly awesome job!
Excellent and innovative mechanic and the story parts were solid too! Would love to see this expanded on!
Cool concept and fun gameplay!
Cool graphics and the mechanic and its use is quite clever!
Sweet visuals. Gameplay is short, but it's obvious you intended more, which is fine. Animations are also quite well done, so kudos there.
Avast! is detecting this as Malware and refusing to run it, sorry man!
Mood was great, story was interesting, and I really like the minimalist art style, but MAN was it HARD. Thank God there weren't lives in this game because that poor guy died over and over and over and over. His hitbox is just...weird and it threw me off quite a bit. Solid showing though.
