that is a frustratingly fun game, I love adapting the way you control each game mode and remembering its state. The rapid fire context switching keeps you on your toes. Good entry! The frog is a love/hate for me as well.
Interesting graphics, could do with something more to keep it interesting though.
top notch, a very compelling and fun game. Really well done and feels very polished. One of the best so far, I liked how hard it was, failing a lot was ok because of the check points, with out them it would be unplayable. High scores all round.
Dood this rocks! really nice entry. Nice mechanic, trying to run away from ghosts is quite scary. Good use of sounds and lighting to build a compellingly scary atmosphere. Although I like a good challenge but this game is perhaps a touch hard to start.

OK figured it out, very interesting mechanic and quite inventive. The graphics make my eyes burn though lol and you had no sound. Still it was an interesting idea, you scored high on innovation.
you have raised the bar, and I personally learned a lot from this entry. I find my self going back to play it again, sure sign of a winner.

nice idea and quite complex, good to have a tutorial but there didnt seem much to do after completing it.
really effective use of light, I liked the art style too. Not very original and I didn't get the "escape" aspect much. I did like the overall tone of the game, having popup instructions was a major plus! good entry.

OK nice tech but the game gets monotonous quite fast, also the sound is quite irritating after a while. Congrats on finishing!

Thanks for the feedback demonpants, yeah there was a lot of other stuff I wanted to put in. Locked doors, keys, monsters, items ect ect :-P none of it really got done in time. I will be working on this post LD as well though, I hoping to turn it into something more fun.

cant get this to work on linux (Ubuntu 11.10) wants libesd.so.0, please consider using the "ldd" command to list needed libs and package them with the binary.
Good Stuff, nice smooth platformer with nice use of the theme :-) didn't have time to play past the first few levels but got a good feeling from playing this. The audio is really good, though at least for me it didn't seem to have any actual game sfx, just backing music.

very hard, nice to have some music and the graphics are good, the linux build is a little broken, you have to edit RUN_FIRST.sh and change "./LD22" to "./dontRunMe"

ambitious to make a multi-player game :-) though it didnt work well when there is no one online. Movement is nice and I like the bomb bounce an motion.

good show for coming back from defeat and submitting something, can be crushing when you know it wont work out.
more of a toy than a game ( no win/loose ) however nice clean execution, I guess after your explanation It fits the theme too ( think it says more about me than your game that I missed the link before ) good effort!

wow, nice entry, I liked this one a lot. Good use of the theme but as others have said some sound would have been a big bonus to this ( yeah I know sound is hard hehe ). Oh, and welcome to Ludum Dare :-D
nice, I like the graphics and sounds, both feel nicely polished. Game play was a bit basic ( or I was doing it wrong ) but overall a good entry

I really love the style of your art in this game, some really nice ways of presenting the narrative text. Didnt have time to play it for long but I will be returning to have another go when I have more time :-D

Very very nice graphics and the music matched for a nice calm atmosphere floating down the tunnel. Could have done with some more game elements or variety to keep things interesting.

nice little platformer, though I couldn't figure out how to get the ship bits in the tree tops, a missed powerup maybe ? Nice monolog as well.
The Bad: Very Basic art, very repetitive game play.
The Good: Everything else, the music and writing were awesome, really well done, and a bonus to boot. Bravo Sir, Bravo!

Haha nice game, it was a bit easy but I really liked the mechanic of capturing asteroids. Using Pluto was a nice idea for the theme as well, good job on the end boss.

Sound effects are epic :-) paying for bullets made it interesting (and hard) to balance spending during the day and saving for the night. Good potato!
Nice, defo would like to see this in 3D with a graphics tablet! Nice fine brush controls for when ones "Huge Hard Tool" proved to be just too much.... sorry but someone had to bite :-)
