The entry with the best game mechanic I've seen so far. 5 stars in Innovation! I really like the idea of the player struggling to prevent the shrinking of space around himself. I have to say that the graphic style was not my favorite - a bit to dark colours, although I found the 2d/3d mix quite cool. Why are you playing as a moose however?? XD
Hey polyrogue_, thanks for the really cool stream today. And thanks for playing my entry as well. Now to your swell-polished entry. Me and my younger sister laughed our ass off of the voice acting of the heroes passing by the potion shop. We actually had the most fun hearing all the voices and discovering all different characters than the potion making itself. The recording quality is excellent and it must have been quite funny recording all these voices. I also think your entry is innovative since it puts you in this position of an NPC, trying to meet all the demands these bypassing heroes have. I think the game achieves this pov really well. Finally I can say that the Minecraft-like style was really pleasing and fitting to the mood the game projected. Well done, you can be really proud of what you achieved in these 3 days and hope to catch you again in your stream.
Haha what a good idea. The music was nice and we had a lot of fun trying out the cards. The mechanics are well worked-out. The graphics are also very cute. those trees!! Very cute :) A suggestion for the future would be to add some animations for the catastrophes. Well done!
The drawings are great and the audio is excellent. I initially thought that one sound when accepting a thing as either bad or good came from the room beside me - was a bit of a shock since I did not expect somebody to be there at that time. I guess that speaks for the sound quality. :D I'm afraid I do not grasp if that this is a mono- or dialoge. Are these different persons, or is it the same (Lou?) talking to herself? I really like how the coloured circle grows when holding an item over either one of the smileys. Fits the art style and mood very well. I like the perfume ending best - its funny.
Reminds me of Monkey Space Island. Your game is polished and the puzzle is well worked-out. The art is gorgeous btw - its the highlight of your game in my opinion. Have you thought about adding speech to all the dialogs? Also, you could try to animate the space in the background for a bit eye-candy. But thats critique on a high level - I really love the art style. Kinda like the old Commander Keen games from id Software. Well done!
Hahahaha that was fun. I was once a lift truck driver myself and in your game is such a cute instance which I could play for hours. 5 stars in Fun category from me! The music quite fits the cute mood. Especially true is that your vision really is narrowed in a real lift truck. That feeling is quite well transmitted to the player. If I had to name one thing to improve then the slightly dark colours.
Respect to you 2 for making this. The gameplay is super-smooth I have to say. Visuals great and the idea of enemies becoming walls that shrink the space is quite nice. Adds actually some strategy-thinking to the gameplay. Well done! 5 star fun, overall and graphics from me!
@hi-im-greg That's how it rolls. :coffee:
I likes the strangly creepy atmosphere in your game. The CPU player is pretty good in this. Maybe you could add multiple levels of difficulty for the player to choose in the beginning. Also I was a bit confused when it exactly was my turn and when the CPU's - maybe graying out the other's side could help with this. Do the fields with the planets have any special meaning? Well done, I like this entry.
Wow, most innovative idea i've seen so far. 5 stars for innovation! I can really imagine this to be some sort of party quiz game for consoles. Like a group of people sitting in front of the TV and guessing together. There could also be 2 teams fighting against each other. Also, your game has something addictive. It's like killing time scrolling through your feed for good laughs. I'm also impressed how well the "packaging" is done - smooth animations that just fit the mood and style of the game. If I had to name two point for improvement: the flying helper thinghy talked too fast and sometimes the text on the images is not readable due to the image's aspect ratio. However, well done!
Very good game! Reminded me of old Zelda games for the Gameboy which I absolutely loved as a child. The controls were a bit clunkly though. Did not find the hammer that useful, as I mostly died when getting into close ccombat.^^ Well done!
Wow, pretty damn hard not to die in this game.^^ The music was superb, really fits the pixel art style of the game - and I love this kind of chiptunes. I tried to shoot backwards all the time - like shooting into the inverse walking direction. Did not work though.^^ Respect for achieving the game, well done
Haha I had so much fun with this. I loved how my partner kept asking me to pack the things each day again and again and always coming home with saying that she was 0% satisfied with me. 5 stars humor!
Untitled.png I actually got stuck at the door with all the packages. An intended difficulty? :D
For a more serious feedback, I was pretty much reminded of a directly controlled version of Sims. The art style is so cute, I especially like the orange cat since we have one at home that pretty much looks like that. I can really imagine this to be a casual mobile game. Well done!
High difficulty, but I really like the graphics. Also the music pretty much fits the game's art style. Although it gets annoying after a while. Well done!
Very nice puzzle game. I especially enjoyed the sounds. What is that time indiactor indicating though? - did not quite get that. ^^ Also what is the difference between the green and the red fields? I am missing some explanation here. But after playing a while I recognize that the puzzles are solbable through trial and error. Is there always one solution only to a level or multiple? All in all, solid entry with quite some potential. Have you thought of making a mobile version of it? Would be a nice casual game.
Took me some time to figure out what's going on. In the beginning I was loosing all the time, until I realized that tiny landing field at the bottom. Was not so obvious I have to say. I also initially thought that I have to group same pieces together. And then the rocket minigame!!!! Haha what a nice idea. So you actually have 2 contradictory games - that's pretty innovative. 5 stars for Innovation category! Well done, that was quite unexpected!
Wow, how creative! I really like your game - made it to the end, although I was not sure what was going on the whle time. But your game has something I can not describe. It leaves a good vibe behind. 5 star mood then! :-D I guess also due to the very cute music. Can I download it somewhere?
The atmosphere is so calming. I did not quite understand why the characters are so angry when they do not get enough disk space though.^^ Solid entry! :-)
Reminds me of a top-down version of Serious Sam - it also plays itself like this. Some suggestions: zombies with randomized speed, player dodging, boss fights, collectable items. Well done anyways
I love the cute art style and the animations are well worked-out. The controls also feel nice and smooth. Excellent entry!
Love the art and sounds - really fits the whole mood of the game. Kinda reminds me of 90's point-and-click adventures somehow. When dropped into the truck, I can not take pieces again, right? Tried to re-arrange them.^^ Anyhow, well done - 5 stars fun from me.
Btw: I love the title screen. Wonderful piece of art
Wow, I reaaaaly like the pixel art in this game. Is there any change that those will be published with a CC license or public domain? :)
@celdur thanks, sol cute 😃
Best entry so far. The controls feel really polished and so are the graphics. Did not get the deal with the shop though. It does not seem to work. ^^ Wel done!
Haha the humor and the music are amazing. Are you from france possibly? :-)
@phanxgames Thank you, yes it was quite the busy but fun weekend. I also checked out your game. Nice artwork! :)
@omiya-games Thank you for the feedback. Yes, the point-and-click mechanic is badly implemented and the "puzzles" turmed out to be rather constructed than feeling natural. That's unfortunately a flaw of the game and I ran out of time after 3 days of work. Did you yourself had a cig or some juice afterwards? ;-)

Hey, nice game!
I was curious about this game since I saw the screenshot in the feed. The graphics look well done and the detailed particle effects are some eye candy here! :-) Also the animation of the humans flying away was good - almost a bit sad which added to the somewhat dark atmosphere of the game. For me the difficulty of the game was high in the beginning but dropped pretty fast and as soon as I was able to build lightning towers, the enemies **stood no chance anymore**. Maybe more enemies shall be spawn? Also, is it possible to remove already built towers? I built a lot of archery towers and wanted to replace them with better ones later on in the game.
Thank you for making this game!
Untitled.png
Wow I found that one pretty difficult. I guess the best strategy is no mainly move in horizontal lines to avoid the enemies. Overall I likes the game - only one suggestion I have would be to increase the contrast between the colors of the conga line and the floor tiles. Except of course the low contrast is on purpose - it gives the game a very trippy feeling as the player has to keep track to where the line goes.
Thank your for making this.
Very polished entry. I was amazed at how smooth the game was running in the light of the nice graphics on my old laptop. Also, the controls very amazingly smooth - like butter. I loved the Zelda-like sword-swirl attack. And there is also something about your games' ego-perspectives that make them very immersive. I also liked your previous game **Potion Seller** and this is again another of your creations.
The game was a bit easy since simply pressing both mouse-buttons made me pretty much invincible while I could still attack. Or was I? ^^
Thank you for making this!
The writing was pretty good, the sounds however were a bit unsuitable in my opinion. I was expecting some creepy tunes as soon as the monster appeared. The scene when entering the central gate was however creepy when suddenly everything went silent. The theme was definitly there and also some effort has been made to these illustrations. The story itself reminded me of "Relic" from Preston & Child. Overall a pretty solid entry, thank you for making this. :-)
Untitled.png
Well, are those enemies mad? Attacking innocent villagers 3 against 1 without defense?? This definitely triggers some angry mood and the slow walking speed of the hero adds to that.
It took me some time to figure out that these blinking rays were indicators to where my help was required. I very much like the old-school rpg-like visuals btw.
Thank you for making this.
Cool game. The art style gives it something very unique which adds to the overall very atmospheric game experience. Also the sea waves do their job there. Where the sprites hand-drawn?

Thank you for making this, I definitely want to see more of this.
I let the following image speak:

No seriously, I really enjoyed this game. It felt extremely well made and polished. The difficulty was high for me. I think the best strategy is to get the shotgun as soon as possible and then try to focus on breeding? My old laptop had a hard time to come up with a decent fps thanks to the really nice graphics. The theme was implemented very well with the "breeding / money making" trade-off. Last but not least the UI in this game was very nice - someone knows his stuff there.
Thanks for making this and I definitely want to see more of this in the future.
Wow, definitly something I have not seen before. 5 stars innovation. :)
The story itself was a bit dark for my taste, but well written! Good job, thank you for making this.

*"Your corpses I will count, I hope it is a large amount!"* - This describes this game very well.
Wow, just wow. Amazing game, the best so far. Extremely polished in any way thinkable, humor, audio quality, graphics. Maybe the controls were a biiiiit clunky but that may also be due to my old laptop.
The theme was extremely well implemented too. The last level with the many cannons was a bit frustrating, but eventually I got to the end.
Thank you for making this and I definitely want to see more like this!
PS: What is the effect called that is used for the background music when I go into the pause menu with ESC?
Wow I liked your game.
It felt a bit raw and unpolished but I find it has **much** potential - I mean the story is quite mystical - which I like. It leaves many questions open. Where are they going? Are they being hunted by something or someone?
Congrats to the art style! I only wished that there would also be some animations for the car stopping sequences.
I like the idea of it being a multiplayer visual novel - I think I have not seen anything like that before. I suggest someone else to be the car driver the next time. How hard could it be to drive that car without repeated crashes?
The audio quality of the radio was superb but the song got just a little bit annoying after some time. It was a bit strange to also hear the radio during the scenes where one guy fell into the water. I was expecting some creepy sounds there as a player. Especially seeing that the audio quality is at a high standard already I have no doubt that some scene-dependent variety to the music can do magic here.
Thank you for making this and I hope to see more of it in the future!
23.png
Short but well done game - I adore this kind of pixel art style in games. The moving speed was a bit slow but as there were only 3 levels it did not get frustrating.
Thank you for making this, and keep up the good work!
Untitled.png
A moody entry indeed. I like the presentation of your game - it's pretty well done. The intro was quite creepy as well. The voices were a bit silent but that's okay.
Thank you for making this game!
Cool game, it has potential! Is there a way to run or walk faster in the game? The hud info was a bit confusing. Why is my health -1 when I walk to the left? ^^
Thank you for making this and definitely pursue further on this game! It would make a great casual game for mobile devices.
LoL I like how the bongo music stopped as soon as they were sacrificed. The "value" each of the humans added to the volcano was depending on the human type, right? It was a bit odd that I could not see my end score on the "reset" screen btw. Innovation was definitly there since I have not played any game similar to this one. Also the volcano shaking was nicely done since it is good visual feedback for how urgent it is to sacrifice one of the humans.
Thank you for making this game!
Wow, very good entry. My laptop was kind of overheating though. I like how the smaller vision area after sacrificing an eye increased the difficulty. Please continue on this game as there is much potential to it. With creepy sound effects and some ambient music who knows how moody this can get. :)
Thanks for making this!
Untitled.png
I made it to the **Nova**. This game does its atmospheric part very well - except the sound effects when being hurt sounded a bit too childish which was in contrast to the dark atmosphere of being trapped in a dungeon where endless monsters spawn that try to kill you. What I liked most about the game were the power-ups - I actually had fun exploring which new ones there will be available for me and they made sense. For instance when the enemies got faster I had to get faster too in order to not die. Well done
Thank you for making this and please more of this kind in the future!
PS: I like the graphics / art style. How did you draw that?
Wow very soothing and relaxing game. It took me some time to figure out that the space where I could drop items was below the book.
The background music is really nice - can I download it somewhere?
Thank you for making this!
I like the art style, it's consistent and clear. Thanks for making this. Also, AetherStory looks quite interesting. It reminds me of RPG Maker 2000 games.
Wow, that game is pretty hard. It reminds me a lot of flappy bird because of the 1-button-control-timing-mechanic. You should definitely make this a mobile app where touching on the screen does the jump.
asd.png
In the risky level I noticed that the obstacles in the level are always beatable by a high jump quickly followed by a small jump. You got my heartbeat rise up with the deadly level :-)
So after playing it for a few minutes I can say that what really stands out in your game is finding out about new combinations of obstacles. So for the future you might expand on more levels.
What did you use to make the game?
Nice job, thank you for making this. :-)
The visuals and humor are definitely the selling point here. The upgrades sure take a lot of life, in the beginning I could only buy a single upgrade per session to avoid dying too soon.
You should consider making a mobile app of this. Good job and thanks for making this. :-)
Watched your amazing stream. Thanks for the entertainment, it was a blast! :-) Game crashes on my pc, using NVIDIA GT 1030 of which I'm not sure if it really supports Vulkan. Some sources say yes, other's don't so maybe that's the issue here. A window appears, stays black and music starts playing. Then after 2 seconds the process exists. Tried both with the .exe and the launcher.
