What a wonderful visual novel! Processed real life images go so well with the ambient music and radio broadcasts. Overall such a polished game I loved it.

What a wonderful visual novel! Processed real life images go so well with the ambient music and radio broadcasts. Overall such a polished game I loved it.
Solid platformer! Very charming graphics and rage inducing gameplay. Idk if you wanna keep it as brutally frustrating as it is, but i would add a shadow that is always below player to make knowing where you gonna land way more consistent.
Wow that was insanely stressful. Idk what in morse code makes me sweat so much but i was anxious the whole time. Very polished and having the reference sheet at the middle of battlefield is genius choice, made the core loop way more satisfying than usually with morse code games.
Wow you were not lying that was brutal. Very polished and nice experience. Music was phenomenal and graphics, combat, everything fit together so well. It felt like i was playing a long lost shmup from late 90s. Also little detail but i loved that the item drops were not random, made planning the route way more fun.
Very engaging and hectic mechanic. I love the extra amount of chaos 3d perspective brings to this where you constantly need to look left to right. It was a little, or really, hard to click the small boats when they were close to the finish line but who cares, i should just plan better so the situation would not even happen. Very polished and nice game, everything in it played together well!
What a fantastic weird game that i have no idea how to play. But besides that i actually really enjoyed the "learning" process (which was futile in the end, cant avoid thermonuclear annihilation). Charming graphics, crazy idea and excellent execution.
I have no idea what i was doing and besides that i still enjoyed it alot. Graphics and audio are very charming and even if i didnt understand what was going on, i was still cheering for my little... armies? idk what those are.
Excellently done wave balancing game. As someone who has tried to do this kind of minigame earlier, its very impressive how intuitive you have made the mechanic. I never felt like i was lost and all the levels had different kind of solution. Graphics are also excellent and the F-channel narrative kept me hooked until the end.
Cool concept! I feel like there would be alot more to explore here. These kind of games feel like they require quite a bit of content to really start kicking, now it felt like i was just buying all the relics from the store and didnt really care about cards. But very much enjoyed it!
Oh wow what a game. So much going on and i love it. Batshit crazy idea and executed so well.
Poor man. Very fun how you kept me interested of seeing how basically a single sentence would go for 5 minutes
What a captivating weird game. I really need to replay this later to see in what way im the bad guy.
Oh wow that was brutal. Really enjoyed this and appreciated how it felt like there was not really any randomness and all the (hundreds) of deaths were my own fault. Really enjoyed this entry
After eternity, monkey with keyboard was indeed able to make smashed cucumber salad.
Art is fantasticly weird, i love especially the car sprites. Idea is also nice, weird take on tower defence. It felt like it was kinda hard to know where the bugs were coming from so best strategy was just circling around your base.
What a fun experience. UI could ofc use some polish, it was little tiring to check how the buildings interact with each other so even just color coding positive and negative effects could help but besides that i enjoyed the experience alot. Nice clean design and excellent balance.
I love the art style and audio effects. Gameplay was fun, but it was quite hard to see what was in front of you when player character was hiding the whole front square which made the experience more annoying than it could have been.
What a cool and ambitious idea! I've never been too into mmorpgs but having a single player experience of how raid feels is something i'd love to try!
Ahh such a cool game! I sadly also crashed the game at some point with incorrect term parameters but ill definitely come back to this tomorrow and hopefully also beat it! You have captured the feeling of terminals so well i love it.
This was a little rough around the edges, difficulty was really high and many things could have used polish.
But it doesnt matter. What you had was so uniquely cool take on survival horror that i couldnt stop playing until i had beaten it. Artstyle is phenomenal and something that i dont atleast think i had ever seen and the experience was just plain fun. Very good job, out of all the games ive rated, this was the one that has left an inpact on me the most so far.
That was insanely fun! i got very much stuck after the inversion but had tons of fun. Only compaints are some very small details, like how text is very slow so you need to wait just a tiny while before beginning solving a new level and id love to have level select so i could later go back and try to concuer the reverse levels but otherwise this felt like a perfect entry.
Ohhh this was weird. Everything was so polished, narrative captivating and i love the absurdity of many anomalies you find. Loved this from start to finish.
The area based scoring system is very clever! Got me twice with it, first when I tested why i would not just use square hole for everything and then again when i realized that also applies if i only partially catch a shape. Game design just connected so nicely.
Beautiful graphics! Gameplay felt little clunky sometimes but doesn't really matter for game like this. The ending with cracking ice was also super nice feeling.
What a insane game i love it. Best voice acting ive faced this ld.
This is what art is all about. Feeling something. What did I just play wow.
Ahh this is so good. Awesome graphics and sounds and whole thing is just so much fun to tinker around. I love fake OS games and this one was executed so well.
Very cute game. The cutscenes were amazing and such a cool idea that you have two solutions for puzzles and that decides what answers characters say. I enjoyed this alot!
Absolutely wonderful writing! Really kept me captivated during the whole experience
Visuals of this were very good. Few small nitpicks i had was that the file texts were atleast for me really hard to read and i didnt find a way to stop moving so i needed to crash the ship before i started reading new files. But overall very enjoyable experience.
Oh wow I play tons of incremental games and this has core design on par with some of my favorite quick ones. Really good game design all around. Graphics were nice, loved the shader-light thing on the planet and it was nice touch that music was on beat with scoring.
Cool idea! Sometimes I feel like animations were kinda breaking the flow where i thought i could press button and it didnt register or that i was doing the sequence offbeat. But quite quickly i just learned to wait for the next bar after anything i did and there werent that much pressure in the game anyways so it wasnt big problem. The flow state you could get in this felt really nice.
Great game, had some problems with understanding mechanics. The world collisions were also a little wonky but overall I enjoyed the experience.
And then the info-tutorial-graphic, thats pure art masterpiece.
Game is very satisfying feeling. These asteroids really wanted me dead.
nice idea! I felt like there wasnt too much player agency here but it could easily be added on top of the addicting gambling gameplay.
Cool mechanics! Sadly ctrl + down is a shortcut for closing a browser tab but I managed to get quite far even with this arbitary extra challenge.
Such a polished and coherent experience. Couldn't help the president even midway to the midterms but there is so much to be salvaged there. Excellent satire.
Game got stuck pointing at a planet after delivering few passangers. Overall nice experience and the character design is excellent.
The visuals and atmosphere were amazing! I got a little stuck at the lock thing as there wasnt too much indication what door you need to tune the radio. Otherwise nothing bad to say, very polished experience!
@arnage hey! You can move using WASD, I totally forgot to put arrow keys for the movement as well...
@ranarh yeah i ofc put the hardest navigation problem as the first one because i had no time to playtest... you need to go around from the right side. Thanks for the comment!
@kazuren thanks! And uh.. i totally didnt forget to disable my debug controls and have no idea what f1 even does rn so yeahh lets call it a secret
@deathandrepublic thanks, the world map texture is actually very zoomed in image of two beetles mating, not flesh
@pipetto thanks! and sadly no, i left it as the very last thing i would do if i had time and ofc i didnt have time to do even the ten things more important than it
Without even going into this being your first game jam, what a clever gameplay loop. I love how everything you do interacts with the same core systems of the light house and I had many "ahh thats so cool" moments while playing. Art is very nice and simple and overall feels like such a nice package.
And then its your first game jam and wow. Very good job in scoping and making such a polished clever game.
Beautiful little game! I didnt really understand what I was doing but i love the paint art
I love the visual style of this. Excellent retro graphics and audio which goes well with arcade style gameplay. Very good job on that.
Gameplay was fun but i felt like there were little balancing problems with upgrades where i couldnt find any reason to buy anything else than luck as it was easy tho annoying to clear levels even without any other upgrades and if the luck gives you more pinks its the only thing that helps you progress faster (if it doesnt, then well im dumb and made my life hard)
Good job, very nice entry!
Very fun idea, kept me hooked until i died. id love that there were some way to regain health. Graphics and audio work well and overall game feels very polished and great to play.
Oh wow the difficulty spike at lv17 was brutal. Very nice mechanics. I wish also that you would be able to respawn instantly when failing and not press r.
Oh nice! I love so much the subvertion of expectations of the first world where you think you understand what the symbols mean but its actually the opposite. Sadly i couldnt figure out the last symbol before i runned out of time but ill come back and concure that!
First time i played the agent spawncamped me to death but luckily next time he got stuck somewhere and i could enjoy the experience stress free. The life total was also quite low which made the game very unforgiving. But these issues aside really cool experience! Level design was excellent, i loved how you used the sim cards to signal where to go, i never felt like i didnt know where to go which would!
@charles-mossius no worries and its not just "some sort of enjoyment", I enjoyed it alot with and without the agent! It's also very impressive and ambitious that you got the ai to work that well during this short timeframe
Very nice small game. I feel like theres alot to be explored with this kind of mechanics. Really wanted to see more :)
Very nice atmosphere even without audio. Game was tad complicated and some tutorialization could have helped. But overall I enjoyed how much tinkering you needed to do to get smoke signal out.
Idk how you come up with idea like this. Pure insanity. Really good writing which easliy carried the whole play time. Overall enjoyed this alot.
