Simple - but really cute. I like it <3

bambutcher 2026-04-21 09:59

Smooth controls and a cool art style

10/10 meteors to the head:

--- P.S.

Just sharing some advice I’ve picked up:

1.Stick to .zip files - not everyone uses WinRAR these days.

2.Try to include MacOS and Linux builds right away, though Web builds are definitely the "meta" for accessibility.

draki 2026-04-21 10:12

I love the title, the character is endearing, and the art direction is neat The game is a bit difficult, and I couldn't get very far and I didn't understand how to get closer to a signal Nice job!

geeni 2026-04-21 13:29

Game is very satisfying feeling. These asteroids really wanted me dead.

vadoha5 2026-04-21 14:04

Great addictive game

capreola 2026-04-21 14:06

Not an easy game, but looks so good! Reminds me of Subnautica a little bit. Asteroids are truly hard to dodge, maybe because I'm playing from the keyboard

2026-04-21 17:06

This game is very interesting and fun to play, I enjoyed every bit of it!

eden-zorro 2026-04-21 18:04

Thank you for all the comments and for your time and patience! I loved making this game and your feedback is very important to me.

@thecoconutdream @draki @vadoha5

@geeni I feel your pain, I feel the same!

@bambutcher Thanks for the advice, I'll keep that in mind!

@capreola Thanks, I got a little inspiration from Dave the Dive! It's more complicated on the keyboard, but there's a joystick support. And sorry for the difficulty, I find it a bit difficult myself, but I considered the challenge fun.

Again, thank you all!

pentagrammal 2026-04-22 00:30

It's not bad, but it's annoying when the adteroid is flying above or below, but you can only shoot to the right and left

ulziton 2026-04-22 01:13

It was fun to play, gj, nice one

podrez 2026-04-22 03:46

Interesting work with physics and a funny art style. Asteroids attracting to you that is of course yes 😄

accelerate0814 2026-04-22 08:02

Up until now this is my favorite game of this jam, incredible work in this short time frame.

pavel-goncharov 2026-04-22 10:21

Those meteors are brutal 😅 Maybe a lower difficulty would be better? Funny thing - I also made a game where you shoot meteors 🙃 Anyway, good work!

eden-zorro 2026-04-22 10:45

@pentagrammal @ulziton @podrez

Thank you all for your feedback! (And sorry about the damn asteroids, haha.)

@accelerate0814

I appreciate your kind words! I got really into this game, and knowing that it's fun means a lot to me!

venomousmouse 2026-04-22 10:46

Very nice game! And very aggressive asteroids. xD

eden-zorro 2026-04-22 11:04

@pavel-goncharov

Haha, I just played your game. I have to say, your meteors were much friendlier!

I understand that those space rocks are no joke.

Thanks for your feedback, I'll improve for next time!

A Mac user passing by here, crying my eyes out, with no idea how I’m ever supposed to play a game that looks this amazing.

yodak 2026-04-22 12:05

Looks pretty nice and gameplay is fun!

2026-04-22 12:29

good game!!love it~~~!could u come and play our game and give it a rating owo

mekuire 2026-04-22 13:56

It’s really nice when a game has a tutorial. You don’t have to memorize the controls from the description for the fiftieth time. That said, the controls themselves aren’t very user-friendly. I’d also like to mention the great visuals—space, in particular, looks absolutely stunning. Great job!

kenoshka 2026-04-22 14:28

Couldnt understand what to do after full power signal, found some structres but it told me to seek further, couldnt find anything to proceed. Controls are fun, its quite exciting dodging asteroids.

stepanoff 2026-04-22 20:43

Beautiful 2.5D graphic style. I love it!

andrian 2026-04-22 21:27

I'm really impressed with the technical polish of this game! The layered background shader creates a true sense of deep, vast space—it feels volumetric and endless rather than just a flat 2D image. The gameplay itself is engaging and feels very refined. I’ll definitely be coming back to play this a few more times just for the fun of it!

eden-zorro 2026-04-23 12:18

Hello everyone!

This is my first time participating here, and it's been incredible to receive your feedback.

@kenoshka - It was my mistake; I should have made it a little more explicit. The radar on the astronaut's head points to the nearest point of interest, and the higher the signal strength, the farther away the radar will pick up. To approach this point of interest, you can use either the radar's color or the sound. I finished the game a few hours before the end of the event, so I couldn't notice this detail.

@hazel-c - I'm sorry I didn't make a Mac build! My world basically revolves around Windows, and I didn't make this build because I couldn't test it before publishing. But thank you for your kind words!

@andrian - I'm glad you liked it, and believe me, I wanted to make it even more vibrant, more vast, with distant galaxies, the ISS, black holes, and other planets visible (even if none of that makes much sense!), but time was cruel!

I learned so much at this Jam, not only from the game I made, but from your games as well.

Again, thank you all!

roman-novikov 2026-04-24 13:42

Cool graphics and simple attractive gameplay! A little note - all game time I had a feeling that I want to aim and shoot by the mouse

sam-gorman 2026-04-24 16:58

I really love the space graphics and the humourous dialogue! The exploration is really well-done too, it was always fun to stumble across new things in the world.

The asteroid-destroying part I found pretty frustrating, though. They come fast out of nowhere when you're just trying to get around or complete a task, and they do tons of damage. You can't freely aim your gun (mouse/right stick aiming would be super helpful), so if they're above or below you you're screwed. Dying just makes you redo everything all over again, which just makes me feel unmotivated. Plus, half the time they don't even drop crystals, and they barely ever drop med packs, meaning you havce to shoot dozens and dozens of the things to get anywhere. I managed to find one of the two story objectives, but after dying three times late in the game I gave up on finding the other one, which is a real shame because I didn't get to see the ending!

I really like the space environment though! I think a cleaning-up of and de-emphasis on the junk shooting mechanic could really help the game. As it stands it felt a little bit like busywork when I really wanted to explore.

eden-zorro 2026-04-24 22:06

@sam-gorman and @roman-novikov

Thank you for your feedback!

I tried adding a mouse aiming system, but I wasted a lot of time and it ended up being a bit rough, so without time to polish it, I thought it best to remove it.

Ultimately, this ended up making the game harder, which I didn't expect to take so long to finish, so losing in every run certainly makes the game a bit frustrating.

I think developers always find their own games too easy, and I didn't have anyone to test it with before publishing.

Anyway, I appreciate your comments, and I will certainly do better next time.

nothingjustaworld 2026-04-25 10:41

Had a great time, and the art style is lovely.

paulsams 2026-04-25 11:08

It was a fun game, but asteroids often seemed unfair. And yet, as if the further away from the start, the lower the percentage of first-aid kits, or I did not understand. They fell at the beginning for me, and then in both attempts they didn't fall at all: I would recommend just giving them out more often, the less hp a player has (considering the dishonesty of meteorites). But overall, well done for making a complete game.

xparker 2026-04-26 11:41

Cool game - unusual control pattern. Takes quite a bit getting used to.

haogege 2026-05-05 04:08

This is truly an excellent game. Not only is the artistic style amazing, but the gameplay is also beyond imagination! Worth five stars!

wallted 2026-05-05 20:20

Sorry, but the game does not run for me on Windows. This is the second game that I tried that is created with blender(?) and has similar directories layout with python etc in it, which does not run. But I watched the gameplay video you posted, thank you for that. Game looks incredible, charming and I feel the heart you put into this. I had to give you that at least :)

2026-05-08 23:26

I had fun shooting asteroids. I had less fun when the asteroids turned on their homing systems and got revenge. Jokes aside, the graphics in this game are great for a jam game! Playing with a controller was smooth and you can't go wrong by giving me a laser gun. :thumbsup:
