Very good entry, couldn't stop playing it

Very good entry, couldn't stop playing it
Good idea, but the game is pretty easy. If you drop the two platforms he can't make it across.
Interesting entry but I'm not sure I caught how to make more money to offset the cost of dead guys.
Very well done. Great artwork and fun gameplay, though it took me awhile to figure out the gameplay with no tutorial.
Really great game, played for longer than I should have.
I really enjoyed this game, but wish it had more. The amount it did have was very polished, though.
Interesting idea and I like the graphics, but the gameplay is a little unintuitive.
Really good idea and fun gameplay! Fortunately the demon passed me and I could keep playing without the looming threat ;P
Fun game, I liked the frustratingly normal walkspeed; made you feel even more like a deviant.
Fun concept, I like how this plays out.
Good concept but ends up being very luck-based in execution. How far I got in the level was very closely related to how graceful the random enemy placement was.
I like the variety of minigames, it was a fun idea. Was the character modeled after Guy Fieri?
Very good execution. The second ship seemed a bit unbalanced, though, as I won every time that I spawned it as a majority.
Very cool style. Enjoyed it a lot.
Good game, but the bouncing felt a little glitchy
Really liked the artwork, but the pacing in the beginning was a bit sluggish.
Solid idea with some funny monologues, would welcome more content.
@blob A fast-forward button was something that got scrapped in a last minute compromise, unfortunately. And the slow beginning was my attempt at familiarizing the player with the different mechanics without too much text. After play-testing it some it turns out the text would have been better ;P Thank you for the feedback!
@dalbinblue unfortunately I used XNA which is unsupported in Windows 8. I'll upload a MonoGame port under "Mac" tomorrow; that should run it.
Realized the rusty arrows weren't greying out when clicked once; fixed the typo. Hope that is the correct interpretation of "typo", if not I can put the old version back up.
@moomoo112 didn't have time to put it in a tutorial, but the debug level-reset key is Esc.
Added a non-install option, sorry it took awhile! Also, thanks for the tip @Wukkopi
I got stuck on a character and couldn't get past him
Very nice execution. I noticed, however, that with some quieter songs no bullets were being spawned.
Amazing art, fun gamplay, great style. Controls felt a bit sluggish, though.
Very funny game, but hard to control. The wall-bounce made running past the humans a nightmare.
Very steep learning curve, could use a better tutorial for a short game.
Very good game! Enjoyed the stork part the best.
Nice concept, but herding multiple at once was near impossible.
I really like the emergent design that comes out of getting enemies stuck, but the area collision could be frustrating at times.
Very funny game. Excellent work!
Very good! Unique idea that was brought to fruition with enough polish to make it last. My only complaint is that it need increased difficulty
Fun game, I liked the limited sight. Unfortunately I got stuck in the instructions menu, though.
Solid gameplay and controls, but those bombs frustrated the hell out of me ;P
Perfect small game.
Very good art and concept, wish you would have had more time.
Very good intro and mechanics, but the walk-speed prohibited me from playing much more.
Have to admit, I had a lower score until I read some of the comments. Nice allegory but the gameplay still suffers from being sluggish and twitchy, somehow at the same time. I enjoyed everything else, though!
Very funny gameplay
Fun idea and enjoyed the sound effects, but it looks like you left in some test values on the egg count. My first egg counted for 6.
Very fun game. Enjoyed the controls and the difficulty. Took me awhile to figure out I had to hit the hosts more than once, though.
I like the idea but the execution was a bit laggy and had no proper introduction
Nice AI, but the tutorial level was harder than the actual level since he kills off the enemy you spawn before you have the chance to put a second on the screen.
It was a cool concept, but felt underdeveloped for a jam entry. The pixel art was great.
Interesting title, but the color choices really annoyed me. Also, that theme tie-in sounds extremely arbitrary. What makes this like Germany, other than the fact that you're gathering resources?
Cool idea but the controls got in the way of me enjoying as much as I could have.
I really enjoyed this game, the idea was very fresh and the gameplay was solid. At first I though the background was an incorrect parallax and it flavored my perception of it, but I quickly got that it was indeed a ring.
Very hard to play one-player, but otherwise a fun, well-executed game.
I like the mood but the camera controls threw me off a bit.
Solid platformer controls
I really liked the game but the second levels seems to demote strategy. Also, the AI got stuck after I tried to redo the level. Great game, though! Loved the art.
Fun concept, but the creep balance seemed a bit off.
Not sure I understood how to play.. Towers weren't firing so the hero just pranced over and destroyed my capital.
Interesting concept and nice programming! Sheep with human voices remind me of Catherine -- creepy.
Very fun game! I haven't even gotten to the heroes yet and I'm having a blast just digging to gold veins. Not sure if anyone else had this issue, but it seemed to be tracking my mouse at the center of the pointer image instead of the top left, and that was kind of frustrating for placing beds or clicking on certain tiles.
Nice fresh concept, I liked how well it tied into the theme.
Incredibly ambitious -- you definitely accomplished a lot in the timeframe! Had a hard time attaching items to my ship, though.
Great art and gameplay! The mixture of puzzle solving and snake mechanics was a great combo as it gives you time to digest the upcoming parts of the level while waiting to get to your next immediate destination.
Had a tough time getting a hang of the controls but after that it was fun to play.
Gorgeous art! Gameplay was fun and addicting, though I did have some disassociation of where I thought the ship would go after a turn and where it actually went.
Great mood and art style! Felt very peaceful and spacey.
Incredibly fun and innovative! Thoroughly enjoyed it.
The game had a good feel with the camera controls and sound effects, though towards the end it gets really hard to move precisely.
Fun gameplay! Mechanics felt fresh.
Very fun gameplay! Was on the edge of my seat as the ragnarok count got close.
Really innovative mechanics and nice use of 2 button controls! I like how you managed to weave reflective problem solving nicely into the mechanics but still have it require some foresight when placing the light beams.
Mood and music was wonderful. Had difficulty progressing, though.
I learned I am awful at timing. Funny theme.
Very fun gameplay! It feels really nice to get in a rhythm and feel like you're hitting all the right beats, then appropriately crushing once you start failing. Well done!
Art style was great as well as sound design!
Very cute visuals and innovative gameplay! Had a blast playing it.
