This is one of those game entries that just surprises you in the best way. The unique twist you include between the crystals and the platforms is an added difficulty I wasn't expecting! Makes gameplay surprisingly challenging, but so much fun. Loved this one, great job on the game :)
I am not entirely sure what just happened, but it certainly surprised me and made me laugh haha - quite the unique idea, that's for sure :3
Reading the previous comments, I can tell you've tackled some of the things people have pointed out because the gameplay did not feel clunky at all to me. In fact, I can appreciate it was smooth and I had no problems with the enemies other than them getting all over my face when they clump up, haha (you were not kidding with the whole "superboss" thing)
I liked the idea, I wished you guys had more time and maybe even used some placer / random artwork to give it a tad more personality. It was really fun tho!
Haha, I can't stop laughing. It's like you're absolutely useless after the fifth beer, life is nothing but a blur (kinda too lifelike for me!). It's straightforward and simple, but so much fun - great entry :)
I really enjoyed it! Even tho it was my first time playing anything like this, it wasn't as difficult as I thought it was going to be (I'm not as gracefully coordinated as I should be, haha) Fun game :)

I don't mind there's no audio on this build, gameplay was quite fun and artwork was great :)
The screenshots don't really do justice to the cuteness of the game, once you are in game, it is quite charming! It felt a bit difficult to get around sometimes, but the character design was quite lovely, audio work was also enjoyable. Hopefully you get a chance to work more on this, I would love to see a big town with these little guys - Great entry!

Game crashed at the start, it was a bit confusing at first (I'm guessing the idea of a tutorial would be helpful). Other than that, I loved the art direction and the pixel art :)

Great mood, loved the pixel art - only nitpick was the camera movement. It felt unfair going up and running into 3 different enemies at once, other than that, I enjoyed it :)

One of the cute surprises from the LDJAM. Artwork is quite adorable, it all seems rather intuitive so it makes it fun from the get-go, only thing to mention is that sometimes clicking feels a bit off. Otherwise, great game!
One of my favorite entries so far <3 This was so much fun, I love the art style, the game play, 'em tiny spoopy alien teeth, pretty much everything about it - I sure hope you guys get to eventually make this into a steam game, or something. Following on itchio too, now :)

Downloaded and couldn't play :( It says it's not compatible with my windows (I am guessing it requires Win 64bits or something) So sad, I would have loved to check it out, it looks great!

Got to play it and really enjoyed it! I found it difficult to control it at first, but after I dropped to my death multiple times, I got the hang of it, haha. Also, you mention all the things you missed but you really should know that regardless of not having a menu, or tile screen and all that - it's a great start of what could be a really cool game.
I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I must admit the dialogue was pretty hilarious! You should share on Twitter so more people get to experience it too :)

Congratulations on your first game! I really enjoyed the idea here, music and everything was great. However, I do admit I was a bit lost at first not knowing where to click, haha. Maybe the options I am supposed to interact with should be more visually noticeable, I mean, make them buttons or change colors or however it would work best for design - it's just a minor suggestion regarding UI shenanigans

It was a bit confusing to me to figure things out at first but I found my way eventually! This is one of those games that has a lot of potential to be this relaxed kind of fun at the end of a long work day. I think the concept on itself is really good, but shame time on these things is so unforgiving! Either way, this was a great entry

What a lovely little game! I am not sure I understood much of the end goal for the game, but I sure as heck enjoyed the design and the aesthetic / mood of it. My favorite part was getting them to dance, haha
I am not sure if there is a way to get them to do the tasks you assing them to do indefinitively, it seems like they do one cycle and then stop so you have to go back and reassing them what to do - other than that, it was really adorable and fun. Played and voted!

Wow, there is a lot of work and a lot of love going into this one!
First of all, amazing job on the narrative design. I loved how immersive it goes leading you more and more into the story, it feels natural given the complexities of the story and how much text there is - which btw, I love as I come from point and click days. I so did not expect a game like this on a jam entry
The music was great, and I kinda wished there was more of it. Some of the dialogue scenes could have had some sort of ambience to it to give it more of a mood, but regardless, fantastic job combining this into the design. I am not one for rhythm games, but this was really fun
And last but not least, my favorite part, the art. The backgrounds are mad lovely, the characters are great, I love the aesthetic and the artwork style - hands down what drove me to check it out and quite frankly glad I did, because it's perhaps the most charming game I have played today

You see the aesthetics and the premise is pretty straight forward, yet that big blob of smoke chasing you certainly builds up a lot of tension (particularly if you get stuck in narrow areas with trees and all that). Really loved the mood it builds, limited visibility and all

Art is fantastic, level design was great (at least as far as I made it), the only thing that might feel a bit repetitive after dying so many times is the music, but other than that I enjoyed it all around.

I would suggest including some sort of visual indication that you get hurt, I know there is a sound effect, but there were times I didn't realize I actually hit something because I kept looking out for 'em dolphins. Voted! 'tis was fun ♥

This game has a lot of potential, even though it was hard to figure out at first. I mean, the tutorial has all the info, but I am more of a visual person and only text made it hard for me to understand at first
I loved the graphics and the music, the mood of the game is quite lovely - the only thing I would suggest to revisit would be the font. It works ok for the menu, but when there is more text a more conventional one works best to make it easier to read. It was fun tho, voted!

This was a lot of fun! I loved the design simplicity of it as it's one of those games you can play for hours and not even realize it. Although, I was confused when I died - I guess I wasn't paying attention so closely to that (I took a boost and then hit a wall, I think). Maybe more info on the left side would have been useful for newbies like me!
Graphics were really lovely, it set the mood for the game. Voted, loved it ♥

I really enjoyed it even though level 7 kicked my butt, haha! I liked the puzzle dynamic of the design, it felt intuitive, and even so, you guys added some really quick keys explanation in the first level which I loved (tutorials are often really hard for me to design, so I appreciate the simplicity and effectiveness of this one)
Level design was great, I do feel difficulty spiked suddenly on 7, as 8 did not feel nearly as complicated with the spikes as 7 did. I would have probably swaped those two levels sort of to keep difficulty level a bit more gradual. Either way, it was fun - voted and liked it! Nom nom!
Loved the art as well, loved 'em spooky bats in the background too ♥

This was the very first Ludum Dare game entry I got to play this year and it blew me away. I was quite surprised with the music (it set the mood big time), and the art was just so good. It is quite polished for just two days, it is also really immersive for the short burst of gameplay that it was. Loved it, voted for it - if you do ever consider making a longer version for it, chances are I would play it too.
