Haha, cool concept and definitely appropriate for the theme :) While some of the programming doesn't feel as solid as it could be (the jumping feels unnatural and sometimes doesn't work, the movement and collisions are not jerky, etc), it's understandable considering how much you've crammed in there in the limited amount of time this jam provided. In fact, it's kind of ironic considering what this game is about! Nice work!

Getting some serious SEGA Genesis or MS-DOS game vibes from this. Really cool visual style and pretty fun gameplay.

Unfortunately, I don't think theme is very present in the game but, overall, it's impressive considering the jam limitations!

Great game! The implementation of the theme is a little too obvious here, but you did something great despite that! Loving the visual and the overall concept. The gameplay is really addicting and I can definitely see that become a full game in the future. Some of the collisions could be a little frustrating at times though: I'd say the best fix for that is to either reduce the size of some of the collision boxes on some objects or don't give collision boxes to some of the minor background objects.

Excellent work overall!

That's a pretty cool game with a very interesting and unique concept. You definitely haven't taken an obvious route with the theme implementation and that's great! Visually, it's fantastic! And gameplay-wise, it's fun and has a ton of potential. Hoping you keep working on this one and turn it into a larger game! Nice work :)

You've got such a creative little game there! The visuals are adorable and very polished, the gameplay is simple enough that it's easy to pick up, but complex enough that it takes a while to master. You've implemented the theme in a pretty unique way as well. Really loving this! I hope to see this system implemented as a mechanic in one of your future games :) Great work!

Really fun game! The art style is fantastic and it's impressive how much you've got in there considering the jam limitations. Nice work! The game looks really polished and the puzzles feel pretty intuitive and well thought out – which is really impressive for a jam game! The only issue I encountered was not being able to restart after dying in puzzle 6 (not sure if the specific puzzle number helps, but I'm including it anyway). This could be a pretty fun mobile game :)

Really impressive work considering this was made for the Compo. I can see how you attempted to implement the theme, but I don't think it's really represented enough. I can imagine this becoming a really good puzzle game or even an educational game for teaching critical thinking or programming logic. The visuals are nice, it feels pretty polished, and it works well conceptually. Excellent work overall!

Neat concept! The slo-mo was a great addition, saved me more than a few times once the room started getting really full. You kept the scope small and manageable, which is good for a game jam, although I definitely wish there was a little more to the people. Maybe giving them random abilities or even just different sizes and speeds?

Such a simple, yet fun concept! The visual style reminds us of JoWood's "Neighbours From Hell". The controls are fluid, the movement, jumping, and bouncing feels good. Excellent work overall! :)

From the videos/gifs, the game looks super fun! Would love to give it a try but, unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be loading (Currently using Google Chrome Version 64.0.3278.0).
