I really like the game. Not sure that literally theme understanding is the key. Space-limited mechanics could be more interesting than just a words game.

@n-feofentov фигуры рандомятся на каждую игру. т.е. одинаковых игр нет ) помощь добавить просто не успели. но кнопку не убрали, потому что отказ в помощи показался нам забавным. судя по комментариям, все шутку оценили :) с экономикой провал потому что геймдизить приходилось на ходу всей командой (геймдизайнер, который согласился на джем за 2 недели до старта в последний день извинился и учавствовать отказался).

Приятно видеть в проектах игры-менеджеры. Интересный геймплей, хорошее оформление. Музыка, возможно, слегка скучновата и я бы добавил побольше интересных анимаций. Эти выглядят несколько механическими. В целом отличный проект, в плане реиграбельности однозначно один из лучших, на которые я натыкался на этом джеме.

Господь! В чём секрет? Нельзя же быть настолько крутыми. Даже при всех ваших трудностях это всё равно одна из лучших игор, что довелось покликать на этом джеме. Впрочем, как обычно.
@rs11s21n вы отсмотрели все 2500? У меня, к сожалению, нет такой возможности. Но я отыграл больше трёхсот игр на данный момент. И эта игра однозначно одна из лучших.
Всё что вы написали касательно необходимости дождаться конца анимации перед новым действием справедливо, но стоит учитывать, что в эпоху аркадно-автоматных игр всё примерно так и игралось (как же бесили длинные прыжки в той же контре, а в старых 2D-файтингах возможность оборвать анимацию была отдельной механикой, называется кэнселлинг). Здесь же на лицо наглядный пример подражания как раз старым добрым аркадам, поэтому подобная механика вполне оправдана и ничего хардкорного в ней нет.
Касательно темы — всё очевидно, вроде. Каждое ваше действие приносит в жертву население города. Такой "Пасифик рим" с элементом ответственности. Круто же ).
Очень круто получилось. Только зачем здесь 3D? Отличная 2D-графика же, фон и корабль как-то дезориентируют ) Допилите её, а? Пусть в каждом следующем уровне будет новый корабль с ещё большим функционалом, требующий ещё большего личного состава :) И классов врагов добавить и будет пушка. Я б купил такое позалипать.

Очень сложно оценивать компо-игры, конечно. С одной стороны ты понимаешь, что тут куча работы, которую сделал ОДИН человек. И это вызывает уважение. С другой стороны, такие игры в основном сыроваты, получить какие-то эмоции от игры в них не получается.
Играл в браузере, управление местами странное. Иногда игра самостоятельно рестартует уровень. Текст всплывающих диалогов просто пропадает едва появившись — не успеваю прочесть. Выбор да-нет без подтверждения тоже не очень удобное решение.
В любом случае при всех указанных проблемах вы проделали большой труд и это очень круто!

The game is quite difficult, that is why when you lose over and over again the new game seems to start very slowly for such a dynamic playing. Btw the name is really cool
html-версия на итче не влезает в окно браузера — со скроллами намучался. играется классно, выглядит очень приятно, настроение создаёт правильное. особое удовольствие — обнаруживать игры, которые ощущаются так, словно создатели успели сделать всё, что хотели. слежу за Royoyo с 41-го джема. Всегда законченные проекты. Так держать!
Концепция интересная. Реализация, по понятным причинам, довольно скомканная. Главное, что опыт получен. В следующий раз обязательно получится лучше. Первые 2-3 джема всегда прёт вверх :D

@goffmog incompatible genres here is side-scroller and a RTS. Maybe our side-scroller part is not very clear :D. Also, FTL is a great game, but we were trying to make something truly different. We wondering how it happens, that SSSS if so close to FTL, and thats a big honor to us, that you find it very similar.
