Very nice work. I like how the theme is the enemy.
Wait, "the theme is the enemy" almost sounds like a theme on its own. :)
Excellent demo game! One of the best.
Pace seemed really slow on Linux/Chrome anyway. Was there a way to boost speed?
Interesting variation on the hidden item game.
I liked it. Simple and to the point.
Seems to be best to back oneself into a corner and jump up and down, holding down the mouse.
Entertaining anyway. GJ!
Agree with manabreak -- music gets repetitive, but otherwise somewhat interesting.
Ship shooting was pretty difficult to control and keys and clicks were pretty laggy (Linux).
One of the best.
I like the lack of game over state in this.
Would work best with a numpad, but game worked fine on Linux.
Is adding an undo button something I'm /allowed/ to do after launch? I'm willing to tweak some of these things in, but I don't know if it's allowed.
Also, I wouldn't mind dialing in the right scoring settings, but I assumed that after the compo launch that wouldn't be allowed.
I have a scoring fix ready to roll out once the compo is complete. I thought about deploying under the "typo" rule, but wasn't quite sure so I'm leaving it until the compo ends.
Once that occurs, you will have a better scoring indicator and fixes to make the game beatable, perhaps too much so. We'll see. Anyone want to continue play-testing after?
Quite minimal, but also pretty playable.
Feels like pen and paper D&D -- an excellent application of the theme's spirit.
Certainly one of the most artistic presentations of rock, paper, scissors I've seen.
Can't seem to die...
Unique, though allowing the player to adjust the pace might be nice.
Nice puzzler. Fun to try to work through.
Wouldn't start on Linux -- looks like the ^M's have corrupted things.
Nicely imaginative.
I liked the way this worked with the color mixing mechanic. It's short and easy to get into.
It is a Jam entry, so I guess I can say "Go Team Venture!"
But really, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing or able to do here...
Interesting take on pong though it ran pretty slowly on Linux/Chrome, don't know why.
It certainly is minimal. Not quite as minimal as "Tactical Spreadsheet", but pretty darned minimal.
Excellent mind-number except for the core dump near the end (Linux Ubuntu 12.04LTS, 64 bit).
Ended up bombing everything right from the start and still had 4M left over.
WarGames was wrong, apparently winning move is to nuke 'em 'til they glow.
Interesting idea. Would suggest to use in/out/transfer keys instead of directional WASD and pre-loading sounds (it hung several times waiting for I assume a sound load). The sounds were also a bit grating. Overall, I liked it concept and would enjoy seeing a follow-up.
What the heck did I just click through? :)
Truly an font of minimalism.
Very nice. The trick seems to be hiding from the inmates (who game them keys anyway).
Nice quick shoot-em-up.
Nice bit of minimalist brain rot. Have some upstars.
A spectacular use of the theme. Felt very Atari.
Nice concept, a bit hard to control.
Nice. Needs shorter inter-level fades though.
Nice touch with the 80's style monitor blur.
Very nice work, though it's a pity you can't trap the mouse for web mode.
Nice puzzler, quite tricky in parts.
Java says this wants unrestricted access to my files...
Interesting idea and I like the feel and gameplay.
Understandable -- if you feel like it know that inthe first few levels the aliens are immobile (meant them to be the easy ones). Just use constants for X/Y. At level 3+ the first moving ones appear. (Sadly there isn't a lot of variety allowed in the time I ended up having.)
Good ideas -- I wonder if I can consider those "bugs". ;)
That was certainly ... different.
An interesting start.
I like the concept -- with more visual indicators as to what's going to happen I think it might be pretty fun.
Interesting take on the theme.
Interesting -- would have also worked well with "an unconventional weapon" from the last LD as well. I like the avoidance angle.
Short and to the point.
Couldn't really work out how combat was supposed to go -- was bashing away with melee and bow but I wasn't sure whether I was making progress.
Nice idea tho.
Cool idea, pretty hard though.
Certainly was different. A text pacing adjuster could be helpful.
Interesting -- I hope you keep at it.
I like the selection mechanic, though it starts to feel slow after a while. Interesting idea though.
One of my favorites so far. Well done, sir.
Cute game, but I couldn't get more than one citizen to follow me on several tries...?
A happy, and hunger-reducing, stroll indeed.
You (the player) is indeed a monster in this...
Well done. I like the concept here. Early levels might a be a tad hard though.
It's okay, hard to get enough corruption to be noticeable though.
Enjoyable.
Nice idea, took a bit to work out how hard should go though.
