Cool game. Interesting take on the theme. Enjoyed playing it.
what
Are we allowed to bugfix? Can you run it from the command line and post or pm me the stack trace?
that's odd, I'll test it on other machines (only have a linux and a windows here and they both run the game) tomorrow at work, it works on my machines (fresh download from the googlecode) so I'll see what the issue is (if it's recreatable)
Also, thanks for the heads up :D
I found a pc from which it isn't working! Rejoice!
A good drawing program, but I don't consider it a game.
Other than that, cool music, graphics were interesting (in a good way :) ). But yeah, not a game.
Also, maximizing the window and pressing shift a few times (5 at most) messed up the graphics for me. (Win7 64bit)
Short, but cool. Should have an "this is your triangle" indicator though.
I had no idea what I was doing. Did not rate.
wat
Could be fun if it were longer. Sometimes confusing to follow the dialogue and ends abruptly. Nice graphics and setting.
I liked it, interesting concept. :)
EEK APPROVES
Cool concept, but hated moving around.
It's simple fun. But the AI is indeed a bit too easy.
Seems like fun if I knew what to do. moving was a bit counterintuitive and I didn't know what to do next.
Got it bookmarked!
Could be better if you would have mapped the direction of the shooting to the mouse. So that you could shoot behind you while running from the mob.
Or replenish health after each wave. I made it past the first one, but the second one got me because I lost too much during Wave 1.
Other than that, cool game.
No seriously... Why is it this huge? Downloading...
I didn't run on Win7 64 bit. It stuttered a lot, the cursor hanged everywhere and it got stuck at a coin and text about representation or something.
Tried to increase the memory to 100MB, but didn't help. If there's logging going on, I'd post it, but I couldn't find anything.
A shame.
Lost once when it started, after that I had fun playing. Reached 30 mutations.
Classic space shooter. Evolution theme is a bit stretched towards "upgrade your ship" but good execution nonetheless.
Does not fit the theme, but it's an awesome game. No further remarks.
Huh, that's odd. I'm 100% sure it takes the species from one of the parents. I'll try looking into that.
Thanks for playing though!
Thanks to everyone for the feedback so far. Yeah, in hindsight, the menus probably are a bit overkill, I could have made the inventory on the main gamescreen and pushed in the marketplace as well I think.
I'll check out to see if the breeding algorithm has an error in it or where it resides.
@josefnpat: thanks for the log, I'll look into it tonight.
@mac users, sorry, I thought I had a way to test it on a mac, but I don't, I'll remove the osx link.
Once again, thanks!
Well, I thought there was a Mac at work, but it's gone since a week or two, so no testing :(
Jumping was a bit clumsy and very linear level design. But good idea.

I had... Errr... 5 kittens? 3 adults? And I sold two kittens to two little girls. Happened on the second one.
Awesome, had some good laughs.
One issue though: you can bind the 'R' key to a muscle, but that's the reset button. Nothing game-breaking but an oversight.
Used the wrong box to comment, apparently scores only save with the top comment box.
Cool game. A bit grindy indeed, but still good fun.
Cool idea, but as the others said it was short.
Fun game, would have scored more if there was an AI of some sorts.
Really cool game. Intense and draws you right in. All stars.
MSVCP110D.dll is missing. The game won't start.
Cool atmosphere :)
I'd say it's the best game I've played so far.
Awesome
Great game. Could have been easier on some levels. But great. Also Level editor!
Fun minigames. Would have liked a "restart this minigame" function instead of constantly going back to the mainscreen. But fun!
Cool concept. But enormously difficult. I never got a score above 2.
Perhaps make it easier as you start out (one block flying towards you) and gradually increase difficulty. Right now, I started the game and I had 10 blocks flying towards me, changing colors multiple times in flight and change directions very swiftly. Take these in mind and it will be a much better game.
Sure, the theme is minimalism, but an enemy attack should have been included. Still, a fun game.
The game was ok. Could have used an increase in difficulty as you play longer.
Interesting concept, a bit hard to play. It gets really hard after the first level.
It could use some kind of indication of where to go. Perhaps a number indicating the depth of the branch you're entering or the breadth of the tree you're in right now. Right now I feel like I don't know what I'm doing and there's no real way to master this game.
Cool concept though, but it needs work.
Cool little puzzle game. Reminded me of Wario Ware. Which is never a bad thing :)
Impressive entry!
I liked the intent of this game, but I gave up due to the timer combined with the game not recognizing, what I assume to be, a correct solution.
It was ok.
I would have liked to be able to queue my actions, perhaps add some loops in the queue (etc).
And a score based on how many inputs it took me to finish.
I laughed at the ending. ++
But as others said, too frustrating.
Also, the download size is too big for what it is. I'm sure it's GreenFoot that jacks up the size, but still...
Cool game though it gets hard fast.
Hard hard game. But fun; I tried and failed to save the world :(
A viking! You are gonna die!
Fun game. Wish there was a way to restore health, but nonetheless, I had fun :)
Navigate it to it using your command prompt and then type java -jar JarName.jar
Also, why is the download 100MB+?
I had fun :D
Loved the audio a lot!
I liked the game. Very interesting art style. Worked pretty well.
Awesome take on the classic arcade game. I like the SFX, I love how your own projectiles are also something to consider. Would have liked an extra enemy or two, with their own special SFX. Cool game!
Cool game, nice atmosphere. Loved the music.
that music, lol.
It crashed as soon as I got hit by an enemy. =/ Had fun though
Cool concept, but it's hard to actually get words.
Brilliantly done!
Fun little game. Smiled when I discovered the homing cubes couldn't get past the black wallbuilders.
Fun little game. I'm kind of disappointed that the last level was the last level. Right when I started to have fun in this game, it ended. I think your tutorial levels are too long and by the time you're mixing colors and beats, the game ends.
Still very fun game. Would play more of this.
Also,
Had to refresh the page a few times to get the game working. Make sure this doesn't overload your dropbox bandwidth.
Fun game. Difficulty ramped up a bit too fast at levels 17-20 after staying very easy for 16 levels.
You're killing animals because I forgot to include a story. Damn those bulls and their pink underwear.
What phone are you using? I haven't tested a lot of devices and mine's pretty powerful.
And playing it for too long is a nice compliment, thanks! I'll look into the bug.
That's not really descriptive. Isn't there a bigger stack trace?
And that bar is the counter for the special attack. Should have mentioned that.
Great game. I loved how shifting gears contradicted with the road obstacles. Twi dun, tu tu dun (sax impression)
Cool game. Love the filling animation.
Awesome concept. Loved making a thing with 4 asses and luck my way to victory
Great game. Could've used some SFX at minimum. But still great game.
