Quite difficult on single player. I'll try to grab my bro later to try it out. (cause this was MADE for mulitplayer!)

Liked the dark satire of the whole thing. Not much gameplay, but it was fun nontheless.
Loved all the references :) The graphics fit perfectly alongside the concept and gameplay. Really beautiful!
I got stuck really early on (blame my Ludumed out brain) at the part with the three bouncing yellow blocks guarding the other small one. I first found it odd, but the restrictive movement grew on me.
Hilarious idea, done extremely well! The minimalism aspect adds something I can quite put my finger on, but its awesome!
You took the idea of a basic shooter, and turned it into a puzzle game by simply limiting the amount of ammo. I'm impressed! This game would sit right alongside PacMan and DigDug if it were in an arcade.
This game looks good, but it sadly freezes up before I can play. Look really interesting, though!
Such a unique idea using the level information as the bits of the level! I really liked that aspect of it. I could see this becoming a lot more interesting if expanded upon...
Such a difficult life the onion farmer has! :) I enjoyed the mellow music and the plentiful amount of checkpoints given. The only gripe I have is that the moving platforms seemed to have some odd physics.
I liked the gameplay and paint mechanic, though the dialog -while good- was a little slow and unminimal.
I was carrying around the musical note, but I wasn't able to do anything with it. I really liked this idea, though. It's quite abstract!
Great graphics and sound. Stupid spikes are stupid, though XD. Really tough.
Hilarious voiceovers, glitches, and everything! I loved how the ships would bounce around randomly (please don't change this if its a glitch).
Really liked the idea! Gameplay felt underdeveloped, but with only 48 hours (or less) to work with... Really cool idea.
Good use of graphics and sound, and I found the gameplay to be fairly unique and difficult for a shooter. Good work!
Oh, when you die the animation repeats until you press any button on your computer. One of the many things I forgot to make clearer. Thanks for the compliment :)
@Dax
I got off work with an hour left to go in the competition, and I didn't have about a third of the content done. I had to do a rush job on the menu, though a simple "Press Z to play" could have worked instead of the mouse...

@Jim Haslett
I'll upload the game to YoYo Games as well and post the link here soon.
Added a mirror link at the top of the description.
@moomoo112, Yeah, I should probably fix that, I'll upload a new version soon, but until then, you can restart the room by pressing "T."
New version updated! Removed the infinite falling glitch and made Z and X start the game as well.
@IHateATMFees XD I had actually planned on having the ability to shoot up and down as well, but I only remembered to put it in minutes after the deadline. Lack of sleep can do some weird things :)
@netadept Actually, you can kind of do a wall jump if you throw your shuriken up against a wall and grab it. I'll take that idea into consideration, though, when I add on to the game!
@DaGamesta
Switched over to Dropbox per your request. I've learned something new for July, now!
@Dietrich Epp
My original idea was to remove the need for HUD elements like life and score, but I will think about that for newer versions.
@stqn That is another thing that never got past the idea stage. I'll add more lives in a future update.
Thanks for all the comments and ideas!
34.83. I grew some tulips, and I stared in awe at the minimalism. This game right here sums up the theme perfectly!
Gameplay was fun, good use of minimal controls.
I liked how the enemies changed the music, and I liked how "minimizing" multiple enemies in one shot changed the sounds.
Wow. Please improve this post compo? The graphics were simple and gorgeous. The gameplay was tough at the start, but really improves on the endless runner formula. This game reminded me of Nidhogg for some reason... A huge 5/5
I've found out that the game is even more minimalistic if you only use z and x to move. It's quite difficult, too.
Such a simple and demanding platformer :) The gravity was a bit strong, but it was balanced out by the perfectly spaced jumps. I was quite impressed by the level layout. One of my top games so far!
Loved the bullet wrapping around the level (reminded me of Forget-Me-Not on iOS) and found the gameplay quite challenging.
Wow. I'm blown away by the polish of this game! I loved the changing music, I loved the graphics and idea. *slow clap* While this is most likely unintentional, I found that pressing A and the left arrow key at the same time moves the planet twice instead of once, which actually turned out to be a really cool idea. My only nitpicks about the game are that it was too easy and that a warning sign and sound would be handy for when a stack is five high. This is quite a wonderful game, and you deserve a top spot!
The graphics were quite imaginative for only being literally a pixel big. Fet like some places were inaccessible, but it was still enjoyable.
I liked the minimal view and the randomly generated levels. The only thing it really needs is multiple boxes and goals.
The CPU was evil on hard, and amassed a huge army in one lane XD Good game.
Quite a happy amount of islands! Not a lot to do, but that's what the instructions say.
Felt like a single player version of "Spaceteam." I didn't really understand a ton of what I was doing, but it was fun to try to fly a spaceship.
Gameplay did remind me of Binding of Isaac. I liked the use of limited ammo; it made rushing toward the stuff lying around more intense XD. Quite difficult, too.
I liked the piano music and feel, but the gameplay seemed to be lacking some speed.
The only problem I had was with the controls. I would sometimes move a space too many because I would hold down a key for a half second too long. Besides that, the graphics and sound were calming and beautiful and the levels thoughtfully designed.
Really nice idea with some clean and wonderful graphics. Found the pulse to be very hard to use, but I guess that's the point :)
Potato! Normal Doodle Jump gameplay, though I did like how the circle created the path of the hearts.
Fairly simple gameplay, which is to be expected with this theme. I like the Castlevania style jumping.
Gah! So tough XD Gameplay was spot on retro, though it seemed to lag a bit (possibly because I have a gazillion tabs open right now). Level design was simple but challenging, and the graphics were very crisp and distinctive.
The game felt a bit too slow and random at the beginning, but the graphics and audio were great.
Really liked the graphics, but the gameplay (to me) did not fit the theme very well. Still a good game, though!
The entire game reminded me of LittleBigPlanet for some odd reason. The story felt very noir-like, and the gunplay was fun with the reloading mechanic.
A fun little spaceship sim with some interesting gameplay. I would be interested in seeing this polished up!
Graphics and audio were clean and simple. The gameplay was unique, but the controls took a little getting used to.
I found the gameplay simple, but refreshing for this genre of game. Pretty good game for the limited time!
And then it was a diamond :) Simple game made tougher with the delayed attack animation. Quite funny, too XD
XD That is all 5/5
Day 1:
Jettisoned the embryo lab, killing everyone on it. Watched it drift slowly into space sadly clicking on it hoping it would return. It didn't.
10/10 would fail the human race again
I ran it once and it worked fine, I picked up some sort of a vial, interacted with two different objects, and then he game crashed on me. It seems like it could've been interesting, it just didn't work for me. :(
