Love the graphics on this one. Very nicely done.
Great game! I got a little confused by the camera controls at first and didn't understand that I had to buy/respawn goblins when they die, but nicely done overall!
I really liked this one! I just couldn't figure out how to get those last two. I might have to come back to this one later and give it another go.
Great entry. I was quite sad though as I desperately called for help near the end and kept my head above water. Apparently the boat couldn't hear me. They left me and I drowned. After reading that I could have gotten them to save me, I was impressed by the multiple endings.
Nicely done!
It's a cool concept. I'd like to see it when you've finished it up.
I was so confused by the controls at the start. Very fun game though!
Well done! I love the art style and some of the humor relating to the other skeletons you can dig up. The music got repetitive really quickly, but I enjoyed the game overall.
Very cool idea. Very topical. I like how you interpreted the theme.
I like the mechanic and the strategy behind it, but without a roadblock the game feels just a bit plain. This is a cool base though!
I really liked the animation and graphics in the game. Too bad it wasn't quite finished. Nicely done.
Very fun. I love the animation and your very minimalist approach.
Beautiful, zen-like experience. I love the audio and the character design. They look like origami. Well done!
Nice artwork. The game is already fun and I'd love to see the end result.
Very cool! Nice job implementing the local multiplayer.
This is a really neat idea. I like the base mechanic but the skeletons kept spawning right on top of me most of the time, so I'd get instantly killed. The sharks "NOM" noise is great and I think you did a nice job with the theme.
The audio sounds a bit more like I should be collecting coins, not like I'm devouring hapless humans. I like the basic mechanic and the graphics though. It'd be cool if the battleships started dropping depth charges or something that I needed to dodge.
Nice, simple fun. A soundtrack would be a bit better, but I feel like I am missing how this ties in with the theme aside from worms.
Nicely done. Very funny intro.
Really fun game! I just wish the enemies weren't so spread out. Maybe tightening up the levels would make the game a bit more exciting. Great graphics though and I love the spin down sound of the ship's guns.
The game runs nice and I love the Nyan Cat style boost.
The train going by is really cool. The game is stressful in a good way. Well done!
Nice puns. I agree with the criticisms about not BEEing able to tell if I'm moving or not for the most part.
Really nicely done. I love the narration. Very Stanley Parable-y.
Cool idea, but the controls are confusing. It's also just not very challenging.
This game is hilarious. Well done! I love that you can start to "go to pieces" without dying. It gives the game even more derpy charm.
Well done! I liked the music, but I agree with the sentiments about the vertical movement.
Nice little puzzle game. As others have said, sometimes the blocks don't go away after my laser has dug through them. Still, well done!
I like the puzzle elements of shooting the switches. Nicely done!
Nice entry. I liked the challenge added by the swinging of the bucket.
The game doesn't grab you very fast, but the puzzles are well designed, especially later in the game. Also, nice job for "programmer art"!
Great work on the 3d in 48 hours. It reminds me of the original Doom or Wolfenstein.
I really like the core mechanic of this one. The animation on the birdfish is cool and I like the super attack bit (though the super attack should probably drain some more oxygen/water).
The audio can get grating, but the humor is great. The dinosaur has some awesome vertical leap!
I hate those pesky evil iceberg-building fish!
The constant shaking is a bit dizzying - maybe use it at specific points to add some challenge on the hardest jumps instead. Other than that - nice platformer!
I like the premise, but the controls and even the general goal aren't very evident (even with the help file). I like the idea of the game, but found it confusing. I really liked your ambient audio.
The game doesn't have a ton of challenge once you learn to just run back to the left underground and jump up and follow a cloud across the top. I like the idea though.
The game is really tough. Perhaps tuning the ghost spawning or the player's ability to move while attacking would be good.
I found a very minor bug. If you press "c" on the instructions menu (I thought that was how I cancelled out to get back to the main menu) and go back to the main menu by pressing escape, it animates back to the main menu and then right back to the instructions menu.
That's a tough game. I like the way your interface fades in though. Good looking game and quite a bit of fun.
Cool game! I really loved the news ticker along the top. Very nice touch.
Simple and very fun! Very cool idea!
I like the idea, but I could not get past that first reflection level. I kept getting up a couple of those middle tiny blocks and then just falling back down. I was stuck there for a good 10 minutes. Very cool concept though.
I like the twist mechanic, but it can be a bit hard to grasp where I might end up. The graphics are a little plain. It's an interesting concept for a puzzle game though!
I feel like this was a good start to a really cool environment, but I'm not sure how to get to the "end" I guess. I pretty much escaped the level and couldn't find another way to go. Beautiful graphics though.
Nicely done! I like how your ship's momentum works with the whirlpool. Spawning coins more quickly might lead to an increased sense of fun. I feel like sometimes I could go a long time without getting any coins. It might also be cool to see the coins rotate with the vortex as well.
The "ER-ER-ER-ER-ER" alarm is hilarious. I was a little confused that I needed oxygen at first, but overall nicely done.
Thanks all!
@PapyGaragos - I used Bosca Coil by Terry Cavanagh http://distractionware.com/blog/2013/08/bosca-ceoil/
Super awesome tool.
Thanks everyone!
@Sim00n - he does that when he hits the corner of a pit just right. It reduces his velocity for a few frames (unintentionally). Post-compo, I have a plan to fix this without removing it (I kinda like the stumble, but he needs to get his butt back on screen as quickly as possible).
Funny game idea. I'm not sure if I could find the robot and I started to get a little bored with the repeating dialog. The music is good, but it didn't loop properly, so I ended up with silence for most of the game.
I really like the concept. Felt like an old-school arcade game.
Man that gets tough near the end. I did have a hard time getting the bombs to work, but fun overall!
I like the concept but wow it is tough to clear that board. I had a few good rounds, but that dang Z just kept showing up!
I'd love to try and play this, but I can't seem to get the Unity player to load for your game. :-(
The graphics look great. As others have said, it is really easy to win. Also, I kept encountering a problem where I could get all path-finding to stop. Enemy ants and my ants would just give up and stand still. I think it was due to the placement of the underground bug.
Overall, this is a cool idea that I'd like to see fleshed out.
I found the controls to be strange. It felt like collision was off and I couldn't pick up the items I was gunning for. Also, the audio was super grating.
That being said, I like the idea and the intensity of managing all three lines. I also liked the junk files that would get spit out. Nice mechanics. Also, the graphics are great!
I don't know if it was bugged, but I could not kill any of the monsters in the top down part. Did I miss something?
I like the idea of the game, but couldn't seen to get any farther.
I guess I couldn't understand all the rules of the game. I played for a while, but couldn't seem to get anywhere.
Great game! The only problem I had was that I wasn't sure where the viruses were heading at the start of each level, but the blend of tower defense and TDS was very fun.
I like the way the game plays and it is fun. Some explosions when I blow up an enemy tank, and probably spawning more of them or making them do more damage would ramp up the challenge level and make it even more fun.
Simple, but effective. Good use of the theme and a great way to tell the story of life and how it feels to try and balance the challenges of life.
I really like the puzzles and controlling more than one of the gnomes at once. The only thing that bothered me as that the camera felt a little jittery when it switched between the gnomes it was focused on.
The music is well done and I like the story. Cool entry.
I like the concept of the signal delay. It's tough to bet far enough to see it happen though (maybe I'm just terrible). Nice work!
Cool game! It'd be cool to see this fleshed out a bit more and maybe with some more challenge added in. A few minutes in I was making bank. Also, Family happiness seemed to get locked in at some point, so I didn't have to hire any nannies in a while.
This may be the first game I've ever seen with a cocaine button. Thematically appropriate and hilarious. Even funnier that I seem to be able to "snort snort" a million times in a few short seconds without any adverse effects.
The multiple clicking was a bit exhausting. At the very least you should have him move towards the mouse as long as I have the button held.
Very cool to see that you managed to build an RPG system like this though. Nicely done!
Neat concept.
It starts off a little too slow, but once it picks up it gets a quite fun.
Nicely polished. Those darn floaty guys won't let me past! :P
I like the overall visual style you have going on here and the mood set by your audio. Conceptually this is quite interesting, but I wound up lost and wasn't sure if there was more I could do. Sometimes it is a little hard to tell which words are bold (only sometimes, it just takes some getting used to really). Nicely done.
I like the graphics, but I could barely see the fish at first. It was a bit confusing to play at first (I couldn't tell what the food was). Interesting concept though.
