Fun! I love the cool art style and gameplay! The ball physics are great as well. There was a point at times where I was just sitting around doing nothing waiting for a signal though. Lots of fun and laughter aside though! The game is really cool! Keep it up!
Definitely one of the most visualized game I played in this game jam! However, the introduction brought too much text. I think it might be better to let me play the core gameloop before a lot lot of text popup. Besides, the guide to the ground control is missing, so I played the ball for about 2 mins, wondering what should I do, lol. Overall, I think this game is excellent!

The game is excellent and well-made. The only downside is that thereās too much text, but everything else is top-notch.

The dialogues were super fun and it looks amazing! Also the voices made me laugh. Very solid entry!
Oh my god, I absolutely **love** this game! The mix of 3D environments and 2D art style is sooooooo cool! The charactersālittle expressions are super cute, and the way they walk is hilarious, hahaha. The story is really warm and heartwarming. And the funniest part is that at the end, you show the dev team using signal-like text!

What a super great game! I had so much fun with every aspect of it. I felt proud having bounced the ball and being rewarded with a hat. After a few hundred attempts I dont think it's possible to get it into the satellite disc (please tell me its not). Also the story is heartwarming and hilarious!

I think this might be one of the best ld games I have EVER played. Amazing art and visuals, extremely cool textbox effects, and brilliant writing and humour. The gameplay overall flows super well, and the songs used were ace. The story is so effective for such a short game, I was truly moved. Thank you for the experience :) Miss glob.
great game! the dialogues were fun and i especially liked space facts <3 giving a ball as a present was such a sweet moment aww i probably wish that the subtitles were easier to read, as I sometimes clicked to see the whole passage and then could accidentaly miss some parts :( i would also be happy to see my score or some combo info while okaying the rhythm parts. much fun much aliens!!

i cannot play it which is frustrating, looking at how good it seems to be when I check the comments ! i'll come baack another time see if that's a me thing or if something went wrong (got the intro song and the menu, press start, greenish screen but nothing happens)

The game is really cool I enjoyed it! The graphics are top-notch, hahaha, especially their facial expressions. Youve got a great art style; it reminded me of the *Oxygen Not Included* platformer where you have to build a base. Overall, it a solid concept. I think you should definitely finish it lots of people will love it!

Wow, this was amazing! This is one of the most polished jam games I've ever played. I would pay real money for something like this. I really loved the story and quirky characters. I kicked the ball 51 times. In hindsight, I wish I had kicked it more . . .

The character in this is just INCREDIBLE. Love the expressions and art style. The mix of 2D and 3D works well. I love how the lighting affects the 2D characters.
Maybe it's just me... but the dialogue might be too much?. I had to bail after a while. It's hard to read quickly with the animated effect. (As cool as it looks!).
The rhythm game was fun, but wish there was more juice there.
Also... I got derailed in the beginning and thought it was about the ball. I spent the first 5 min trying to get the ball in the device. :face_palm: It was crazy hard. lol. Impossible actually.

This is the most wholesome game I have every played during a ludum dare. The character designs are so cute, and the fun space facts were genuinely fun.

love it! The shrinking text effect could be a little difficult to read quickly, and I wasn't sure if I was missing something I had to do at the start before the first signal came in, but those are negligible complaints compared to the quality of everything else. Great music, great art, and wholesome story. Great job!

As the others mentioned, the artstyle is great. The expressions of the characters were nicely implemented. Just playing around with the ball was fun for me.
The game felt a little "slow" for me in between the signals. Having more things you can interact with (like the amazing ball) would have made the experience even better. Having a scoreboard visible during the game or at least during the signal part would also be good.
It is nice, that you have a score comparison to a developer at the end, so you can see how good you played the signal parts. Congrats for finishing this game. :)

This is a Great And Masterful Entry. Glob was my favourite character, he was so mysterious and dreamy.

The game is incredibly beautiful - I really love the style. The sounds are great, especially the conversations. However, it feels a bit too drawn out in some parts for a jam game - though I might be mistaken. Still, youāve made a great project. I like it, and I wish you the best of luck in the future!!!

1697 signal points, probably not too good. This game however was super good. It's so rare that I find the writing engaging in game jam games, but this succeeded. The gameplay was also fun enough. Great pacing for the game. I rate this 5 astros.

Really polished game and a very charming one at that! I especially liked how you incorporated the rhythm part into a completely different game loop!
If I had to mention one complaint it would be the text animation which makes it impossible to read fast. I would have liked the animation to skip like you can skip the appearance of the text letter by letter.

Such a lovely game! The voice design is uniquely fun, but the overall playthrough is a bit lengthy. The audio dialogue lags slightly in the web version, which makes it easy to lose patience while playing.

as others mentioned, it loads quite slowly in firefox (both here and on itch). i initially thought it wasnāt working at all, but judging by the number of comments, it seems to work fine for most players. so i switched to chrome, where it ran fine.

This is one of the most polished and charming jam games I've played. The mix of 2D characters in a 3D world is stunning, the expressions and walk cycles are hilarious, and the writing genuinely made me laugh out loud while also being sweet. The rhythm sections are well-paced and feel great to hit, the sound design and music are top-tier, and the whole thing is held together by such a warm, weird sense of humor. Bouncing B.A.L.L. between signals was the perfect bit of downtime, and giving it as a gift was genuinely moving. Long live Glob. Incredible work!
F.I.V.E.S.T.A.R.S. Just spelling it out for you. I love the Paper Mario style and the writing is amazing. You should be able to bounce the ball into the cup though. I spent more time trying to do that than actually playing the game, and it just bounced off it. I don't tend to enjoy rhythm games, but I absolutely adored this one. Are you planning on making a full release?

This turned out really great! The game feels complete, with excellent music and visuals. I love when 2D and 3D elements are combined! The way the dialogue system and the core mechanics work shows real craftsmanship.
As soon as I saw the ball, I thought there should be a counter for tapping it. I started tapping away and didn't notice, but then Rick asked me to tap it 30 times, and I realized you guys are geniuses! Great graphics, really funny emojis, and I loved the aliensā design tooānot the default green guys (like in my game, hehe)! The soundtrack for the rhythm game is really good too!

A great gameāI like the visual style and the sound design. The only thing missing is feedback for mistakes in the mini-game, but otherwise everything is fantastic.
I absolutely loved this game! The art style is fantastic, the controls are simple yet really effective, and the spaceship feels super cool to play with. The characters gave me a good laugh, and the way you approached the theme is cool.
If I had to point out one small downside, I never quite managed to get the ball into the bowl where the letters drop... but hey, at least I walked away with a stylish orange space hat, which feels perfectly suited for my duties in this spaceship! :red_circle: :alien:

This was super nice! Very nice mix between story and gameplay. The characters were sweet and funny, with witty and well written dialogue.
Who knew that bouncing a ball would be such a fun minigame? Haha, I really enjoyed it.
And the decoding part was just fantastic! I would have loved a mode where I could retry only that part, to try and improve my score. The last signal was so much fun! Awesome music as well.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but this felt like Binding of Isaac met Project Hail Mary. Love the art style, definitely put some smiles on my face with the facial expressions and animations. Narrative was simple but great. Who doesn't love fun space facts?! Was not expecting the sick DnB halfway through, awesome music! Every element was extremely polished. Was almost more fun just interacting with the crew than actually doing the rhythm game, but it all tied together nicely. Bounced the ball 49 times, even got a cool hat. Awesome job!
