As for the OSX bug: none of us own a mac it's highly suggested that you download Love2D(very lightweight) and run the source through it. Thanks for your patience with us!
I found the bug and it's because it actually wants you to have 10 or the prerequisites. It'll be fixed once I can logon to the main account

Well, there goes my eyes. Also, it becomes impossible after about a minute. The whole screen is basically just bullets. Otherwise great concept and nice bullet hell
