AS you said the game is not much, but the concept is interesting and you could probably turn this into a more complex game. Like the character animation.

Oh man, I loved Black and White, so it's nice to see that you used that as an inspirations. Nice looking game, too bad about the lack of sound.
Great game. Losing body parts which affect the gameplay was a great idea. I had fun with it, although there was a bug which made the cat floating around in the air, and I couldn't get back on the ground. Good job nonetheless.
Always wanted to participate in a gamejam, but I always chicken out in the last minute. This time I will try to stick to my guns and create something.
I'm using Gamemaker Studio 2, Photoshop, Aseprite, Magix Music Maker and Audacity.
Thanks for playing Don Fouts. If you put some distance between you and the thugs, they stop chasing you.
Thanks @acactus . Yeah, the game could use some fine tuning. Maybe I get to it later and polish it up a bit. :)
Thank you @franklins-ghost . :)
LOL, the theme of the game is fantastic. :D Knowing the atmosphere at some AAA studios, this kind of "anger management" gameplay is even more rewarding.
Very cool game. Although I didn't know it is illegal to date a 16 year old, haha. :D Dating is just dating. But it's all good fun.
I love it when someone creates a game with a very limited color palette. You did great with the pixelart, congrats.
The game has such a great idea. And it really pulled that GTA 1-2 feeling with the graphics and camera movement. Great job.
Congrats on finishing the game. I liked the asthetics of your game, it's kinda unique, with its blend of pixelart and 3D graphics.
Maybe it is just me, but I think the gameplay should be more clear to the player. I couldn't figure out the objective, and the controls could use some more work too.
Fantastic job. It's almost a complete game with well thought out mechanics. Is there music in the game? There is in the trailer video, but there wasn't any in the game when I was playing.
It's not too shabby if we take into account that this is your first jam and you had little time for it. So good job, it is a fun little game.
Adding voiceover to the game gives it a great atmosphere. But for the love of God, make it skippable. I don't want to hear it again and again if I fail the game and have to restart. Otherwise, nice idea, interesting game.
Good concept. My only real issue was that the character movement sensitivity was too fast, and controlling the little guy just didn't feel smooth. The pixelart car was very well done, it even had some dynamic shadow.
Congrats for the game. The artstyle looked like it was painted with waterpaint, and this fit the game perfectly. The music was well done as well. Overall a very nice game, with solid mechanics.
If I could give 10 stars for the music, I would. Very well done. The graphics was also nice. The controls are too twitchy, you could lower the sensitivity for the movement. And somehow the next wave of enemies didn't trigger for me, so I could only play the first level. Nice game.
Very creative idea. My only gripe is that it was not easy to figure out how does the plant reacts to the different controls.
First person platforming is hard to pull off, so kudos for trying it. It works decently, although there are a few collision problems which makes you stuck at a few places. Still, good effort.
Thank you for the feedback. :)
Thanks @pixel-error . 90% of my time went to coding, so I had very little time for the art, and 0 time for the audio. I hope I can make this game in the future with better art and sounds.
Thanks @bitpokit Yes small things like these can go a long way. Glad you liked it. :)
Totally agree @flyingthunder I didn't have time to finish it, but I'm planning to grow this into a full project and improve it.
@skvader-418 Could you copy and paste that error message if you play the game one more time? :)
Thank you very very much @skvader-418 . This way I can look into this bug.
Thank you @technodragon253 and @emperor-eagle I'm planning to turn this game into a full game, and make the controls and the gameplay more intuitive.
Thank you very much @madbarron
Now this is a well designed game. It's simple, but fun, with nice assets. It doesn't feel rushed. Nice work.
First I thought this game is too easy, but after a minute or two the ships started to flood the bay and I was scrambling from one shipwreck to the other. It was instense, but quite fun.
Good execution of a simple idea. The art is nice, the only thing which bugged be a little was the collision box of the big lava blob. Sometimes it killed when I was not touching it.
The atmoshphere and the painting style graphics is topnotch. I liked the music choice as well. If the controls were less floaty (as others already pointed out) the gameplay would be better, but it is not bad as it is either.
Nice mood and great music. The game has an interesting concept, although it should be a tad bit slower, because currently way you can't even comprehend what you are doing.
Loved the pixelart of the game. I didn't know how to put that protective seed around the tree, but other than that, it played nicely. Good job!
Phew, this was an intense one. I was running around, collecting stuff in the room, trying not to forget which ingerdients I need, meanwhile defending IT against the villagers. This was really enjoyable. Like the art as well.
The controls could use some work to make it more intuitive, but nice idea for a game.
Rally nice art and music. Maybe it is just me, but I really didn't get what should I do in the game. I used lights at the lamp posts to get over the bridges, but at the end of the level, when I go into the bush the game still ends.
Loved the artstyle and the music. The gameplay is simplistic, but I can see people getting addicted to it to beat their highscores. Nice.
It was refreshing to have a jam game have working menus. I know it is not the most important, but I just feel good when a proper menu is implemented. So good job. The game UI is not scaling properly for every monitor, for me, the left and right side of the UI cuts off. It is not a game breaker, just looked a little off. And I think I have a bug where I couldn't build a barricade even though I had the money. Otherwise, good job.
Couldn't open it unfortunately.
I can't believe all this quality art was made in just a few days hats off your team, they did a fantastic job. The game has a nice atmosphere and music as well.
I can just repeast what others said. The graphics, the music and the mood is fantastic, but the top UI is barely readable, and even with the tutorial, it is hard to understand what you should be doing. Still, I hope you will work on this further, because it is really a cool concept.
Yeeeeehaaaa! I managed to clean the ocean. The game starts easy but it is getting really intense when there are more then five or six fishes. Simple, but fun. Good job.
This was very well done. I loved the emotes for the AI, gave it a lot of personality. And the gameplay was quite intense when the big room opens up. I just wish you could skip the introductory part at the beginning, it would make replaying the game easier.
Good graphics and music, but the collision of the main character should really be improved. Sometimes it was hard to go through a door and leave the room. But good job overall.
The game has a nice atmosphere, I especially liked the spider sounds. They were creepy. The idea was pretty good as well. Good job.
I like the cyberpunkish artstyle, but I'm gonna be honest, I don't really know what I should do in the game.
The game is not launching unfortunately.
I really liked the artstyle of the game, it was like a painting. The gameplay was smooth, although a bit too simplistic. Overall, good job.
Played the web version, which worked nicely. I had some difficulty with pulling myself with the grappling hook thingy, but other than that, it is a solid game.
I have to admit, this was the most surprising "game" in the jam. I can't really rate it for graphics, audio or fun, but I'm going to give 5 stars for the theme and innovation. :)
