Quite fun! I hope you spend a little more time once the compo is over to keep working on this

It was supposed to get to floor 0, but I uploaded a wrong level data file without that missing stairs. Is that the kind of thing it is illegal to correct now?
Great entry! The clicker genre seems like a perfect fit for the theme. I was afraid at first the text would just loop without anything happening, but there was a a reward after all!
Woah, did you actually manage to do all this for the compo? Huge respect. That lady in pink sure dislikes my presence. Great entry!
Really nice! I'm starting to like more and more those virtual consoles, entries like this make them look awesome!
Excellent entry! Graphics were nice and gameplay was fun. You achieved a lot given the constraints for the compo. Great job!
Nice graphics. Gameplay was confusing at first, I made the mistake of just trying to start playing. You put a lot of work in this game and it shows.
Such a lovely game! I'm sure this entry will rate high. Level design was good, and gameplay was fun. And I always wondered if a good game was doable in a tic-80. I guess I have an answer now!
When I try to download the game I get an empty archive. Not sure if that's a genius interpretation of the theme or my download is corrupt.
Interested in trying this game, would you make a linux or web build?
Pretty addicting game! I gave up after a few tries, but really fun game nonetheless. Great job!
Thank you all for your kind reviews! @rillep about that issue, I'm afraid I made it a bit confusing. There's an infinite number of enemies you can farm, but after killing 10 of them, the next area is unlocked. You have to stop fighting and get back to the map in order to continue. Sorry about that, it was easy to miss.
Just a little tip: text can be skipped with RMB, which comes handy when fighting for long :)
Hi everyone, thanks for the precious feedback and reviews. About the black window issue @notime4games and @phillserrazina are experiencing, I'm afraid the framework I chose is causing this with some specific instances. It uses SDL2 under the hood and after doing some research, it looks like a bug affecting some specific drivers and the openGL implementation used, so other than switching engines next time, I'm afraid there's not much I can do. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi everybody! I think I may have solved the black screen issue @notime4games @phillserrazina and @hcursino were having. I just ported the game to an older engine using an ancient SDL version which should work on any card. The downside is that this build is lacking some nice features like font antialiasing and alpha transparency for the sprites. Not a big loss when a game has just two of them.
The build is labelled as "Epic Nobody - win10 (just for blackscreen cards issues)" on the itch downloads section. Everybody should play the original upload, this one is just for those who can't run the original build. Hope you guys can now try the game, or else, I'll owe you a working one next time!
I think fixing crashes is allowed, but if this goes against the rules I'll just delete it.
I got crushed pretty fast! Gameplay was nice, and I liked the concept. Graphics were correct and the music was a nice touch. I can see how this could be expanded. Good job!
Game was nice. Love the art style and the concept behind virtual consoles, and you did make a good use. Cheers!
Lovely game. The music felt nostalgic. Loved the graphics and style. Great entry!
Such an enjoyable entry! Loved the sprites and the music, and the theme fits nicely. Good job!
Great idea. This could fit the board games category, maybe? Sound really fun!
Confused at first. Really satisfying once you figure things out. Really nice game.
Good overall entry for a compo. It has its little flaws here and there, but I'm sure it can be improved with some minor fixies given the feedback in the comments. Good job!
Such a nice entry! Maybe not the tightest fist for the theme, but the graphics and sounds were on point. I was confused at first, thinking I was the guy on the left haha. Good job!
Very solid entry! Thank you for the linux port. I understand the compo schedule is tight, but most devs don't bother. As others have said, combat felt a bit slow at first, but start leveling up your weapons it becomes much more satisfying, so it fits the theme. I see huge potential.
Excellent graphics, huge respect for building this in raw c++. Quite impressive! It fits the theme really well. Great entry overall.
One of the best I tried so far. Level design is really smart. Congrats!
Nice one! Had fun. Concept was cool. It's somehow addicting. Congratulations!
It was hard to figure out why some variables increased when. I kept killing the customers but no body parts were added most of the time. Not sure what the workers do for me. Nice fit for the theme overall, lots of interesting things in this game!
Amazing entry! Great graphics and a great fit for the theme. Congratulations!
As other have noted, the controls may have been a bit better, Graphics were the most interesting part, and the ride was nice.
Short, but still one of the best overall games I've played in this jam. Loved the charge mechanics. Great job!
Loved the art. Music was a nice touch. Too short, which is a shame since this has so much potential. I'd love to play an adventure game or simple RPG in this style. Well done!
This game just made me feel fine for some reason. There are some little problems others have pointed, but they are just minor annoyances. I loved the cool rotation mechanics.
Nice game! I really wanted to check all unlockables, but I just rage quit. I'll try again later, for sure!
Nice entry! Graphics were nice, and that death sound was something unexpected. Maybe a bit too short, but given the time constraints, a solid experience. Good job!
You reminded me of the golden age of dos games. Amazing graphics and gameplay. Last level became more frustrating than challenging tho. Great job overall!
This game was just wonderful. Great mechanics, impressive level of polish.
