LD38 — A Small World

Goodbye, world! by chromableedstudios 2019-10-08T08:10:34Z

It feels a lot like a mix between the flashgame Bowman and worms, both games of my childhood that i remember fondly. The it took a little while for me to get the hang of the controls but when I got it I saw what you guys where getting at, I think this is a great way to kill a couple of minutes with friends.

LD42 — Running out of space

Blow the Hen Down by NickZangus 2018-08-14T20:47:48Z

Sea of thieves watch out! This was so fun! Short and sweet. Just a crazy and fun game, nothing to fancy just a bunch of chickens and explosions. Loved the feeling of trying to manage all of the chickens and finding out they had a little nest in the back. Fast and exiting.

Gardian by D1gital Cuts 2018-08-14T19:14:29Z

Ooo this game looked and sounded sooo great. Really loved the art style and all the polish you guys put in to the feedback. I had a bit of a hard im totally getting a hang of the different puzzles and sometimes a beat them without really knowing why. Perhaps a bit of a tutorial would help, but what the heck it's a game jam :). Had a great time with your game, great work.

P.S The music was totally my jam

Zombie Escape by Player 2 2018-08-14T18:16:00Z

So the zombie pile up mechanic was fun and created some interesting gameplay. But there where not that much difference in gameplay and the sound was a bit to loud. Nice try. :)

SpaceBreaker by MarkD 2018-08-14T20:27:16Z

Super simple gameplay but really nicely executed! As soon I started to understand that you could upgrade stuff I got super in to it and I think my poor keyboard took a real hit because of it :(.This game really taped in to my cookie clicker love and I got hooked. I think this game would fit super nice on my phone. One thing I had a bit of a problem was the sound, it got a bit jaring when I scammed super match and sounded a bit crunchy. But if you ad some more death I totally think this could be on the appstore!

She is helmet by Stegobubbles 2018-08-15T07:11:03Z

I liked how the game was kind of self balancing at times. When there wher a lot of enemies it created more clones and i had an easier time to get past that part. The problem is when you die a lot it gets a bit cluterly. But great art and a fun idea.

Planet Escape by jtoledo 2018-08-14T19:54:55Z

The mood and feeling this game creates is awesome. Its very cool how the planet slowly shrinks and at first you almost dont notice it until all the red cubs appear more and more frequent. The whole game has a great feel and I love how simple and clean the game felt. You choose a theme and stuck with it. Great job guys!

AGAIN by Colorfiction 2018-08-15T16:11:23Z

I like the aesthetics a lot and the music fit great together. But I felt super confused throughout the whole game and after not finding my way out I had to give up. :/ Would have loved to play more. :)

Stuck! by chkkll 2018-08-14T19:36:02Z

Loved the look of the game. And it followed the theme in a funn way. The first time I played the level I had a lot of fun but then when I played the next level it felt a bit to similar. But I had a fun time just wanted more.

LD43 — Sacrifices must be made

Silent Whisper by FireSlash 2018-12-04T09:01:28Z

I like the look of the game you captured a feel that is really thematic. Its a slow progression to death. But the main game play look needs a bit more, going to a town the first time was super fun and I got immersed in to the world but when things start to repeat it took me out. Over all a nice game just needed some more variety.

P.S The art was awesome :)

Running through the underworld! by sadzanenyama 2018-12-04T09:41:16Z

I played thru the tutorial and I got super exited for the platform-spawning-gun it seem like a super fun mechanic. But sadly I think that the enemies movement and damage is not delta time scaled and I died instantly, as soon as they saw me they teleported to my face and killed me :(. I Would love to try it again if it is patched. I think you have some really fun ideas in this game. And I think it is awsoem you mad all this your self! (P.S btw love the flames in the loading menu)

LD45 — Start with nothing

Hobo Sapiens by CruelMotivator 2019-10-08T09:47:04Z

The look and feel of this game is terrific! It is smiple but sweet, it is really fun to start noticing the patterns of the inhabitants and exploring what you can do in this world. Great job guys! :)

The Alpaca Tales by jan5366x 2019-10-08T09:01:25Z

So when I stared the game I of course booted up the start with nothing mode, unfortunately it was was a bit hard to know what to do when you cant hit things and when you are only running away from stuff. But after a while of exploring I found a nice flaming sword. I started killing things and thing where feeling a lot better. But then I picked up a worse sword and I was stuck with a normal non flaming sword. You managed the theme well and I you held my attention enough for me to explore your level. good job but I would have liked some more feedback on hat is happening.

Gems by CaylebLucas 2019-10-08T09:10:23Z

The graphics looks great and you really have a sense of exploring a forest. I think the game play in it self tho is a bit lacking, maybe some puzzles or something to break up the game play and let the player do some thinking right now it feels a bit empty. You have a nice base to work of tho.

Avenge yourself by Vovin 2019-10-08T08:48:26Z

You really managed to nail the theme in this one. I loved how you could see your little zombie-horde grow when you conquered the towns. I think the balancing needs a bit of work, after taking over all the inhabitants I could still not kill the king. The humor in the intro is nice and works awesomely as a tutorial. It is a bit buggy but that is to be expected for a gamejam, like the concept and had fun playing it.

A_semblance by D1gital Cuts 2019-10-08T18:16:29Z

Looks great and plays well but it is way to hard for me, a lot of the jumps require me to stand with 90% of the character of the ledge to make the jump. Don't get me wrong I really like the platforming and the whole game is incredible for being made by one guy in this short time span. It is just that I got a bit to frustrated to finish a game a really liked. Good job!

Millions of Minions by Mattabulous 2019-10-08T13:51:19Z

Very nice looking game and it feels like you added a lot of polish to the visuals(like the camera shake and lighting). The game play is a bit to hard for me and I kept dying a bit to fast and to much, but I like the core concept of gathering you minions and throwing then at your foes, it really reinforces that you as a charter have nothing. Fun game but a bit to hard for me :)

Genesis 1 (God Simulator Procedually Generated) by Ausstein 2019-10-08T09:30:45Z

It's a fun concept that really nails the theme. I had a fun time creating weird fun stuff, would have loved to be able to do more with the world I created but don't you always want more of the good stuff?

BadMouThing by Anton Novikov 2019-10-08T08:17:59Z

I like the visuals a lot it is playful and has a lot of charm. The game-play can get a pit repetitive but I think that is just how I see endless runner. It took me a little while to get the hang of what I was suppose to hit but when I got that under control I had a good time and enjoyed smacking some weird symbol people.

In the beginning by nsadie 2019-10-09T21:00:09Z

It looked super nice and I really liked to lighting in your scenes, clean interface. Just a bit wonky inputs at some points but over all a nice entry end really impressive for one person. Keep up the good work!

Space Janitor by Emty 2019-10-08T14:04:48Z

The adding of parts and new mechanics feels really great and I thinks it's a super nice take on the theme. The controls took a while to get used to, first I thought it would control more like the game Asteroids where you accelerate in the direction you are rotated. But after the hang of how to steer the ship and how to shoot I had a fun time shooting satellites and watch the awesome 3d models. Great job on your first game guys!

Good Pirate — Dead Pirate by vantos3001 2019-10-08T09:21:15Z

Really nice hand drawn graphics and it is always fun to build and upgrade your ship. It felt a bit wired back up with your ship it gave it a bit of car game feeling. But I had really fun with the game and in a lot of way I would really just liked it to be a bit longer with more upgrades and stuff. Great job for a gamejam!

DREAMS by Ferdi 2019-10-08T14:37:59Z

This was so simple and sweet, really suck me in. It just left m with a really melancholic feeling and it is not often something so short and sanboxy give you that. Great art and a wonderful concept, keep making cool stuff like this. The only thing I am missing is sounds, I think you could have made some awesome stuff with some audio, not much just something for ambiance and immersion.

Trueque by victor_reiner 2019-10-08T08:28:58Z

It is a fun and simple game, really pleasing to play, just swipe stuff and see what happens next. I would have like to have to think a bit more about the trading in and off them self, trying to evaluate stuff just based on the name is a bit hard and it felt like most times just swiping right won you the game. So what I would have liked is just some more complexity but I really liked what you guys have created. P.S (really like the audio, just a simple base loop with some nice "aaahh" and "oohs")

Celestial Mechanics by Pierre Feuille Studio 2019-10-08T15:30:15Z

I liked the theme, I love music games but for some reason it never seemed to harmonize for me. I somehow beat the first level but then I was kind of stuck. The art and the sound design is great but I felt like I was missing something. Its fun to explore stuff, I just got a bit stuck and would have liked some more nudging in the right direction.

LD46 — Keep it alive

Blackbird by Rongo Matane 2020-04-22T19:47:38Z

I totally love the parallax of the forest and the layers of treas are just beautiful. I really think you captured the feeling of flying. A bit hard to control the landings when collecting worms. Over all a nice game and really impressive for one person. Great job!

LD51 — Every 10 seconds

Shipanic! by WilloXs 2022-10-04T13:47:12Z

You guys really managed to create a great flow of difficulty spikes. Slow parts of planing where your ships are going and then reacting when those plans goes wrong is a really fun mix of game-play. The different speeds of ships made a good variation in chooses. I would have been awesome to see some more global events like storms that pushes your ships around to mix it up even more, but over all a relaxing but nerve-racking experience. Oooh and I loved the visuals simple and readable but really pretty!

Roadeo by Krzyhau 2022-10-04T09:18:35Z

It was a really fun take on the theme, a bit fast-passed but over all a really polished and well put together game. It really felt like a complete game. I would like to have more ways of slowing it down but I get that it would go a bit against the theme of the jam but I just want to look a bit at the nice town a made. Over all a really fun time and a new fun take on city management!

Spacecraft artificer by Grotfang 2022-10-04T09:08:56Z

I really liked this concept it was a fun take on the theme and really gave a sense of urgency. I would have loved more feedback on what I was building (what parts went with what). But over all I had a good time and it was something that felt really new and imaginative.

LD52 — Harvest

Graveyard Shift by Natiki 2023-01-12T22:06:47Z

Really nice audio I like how the music gelled with the sound effects. Nice art and presentation. I felt like I would want to have more to do, but a good core. Great job :)

Esflora by TooSalty0000 2023-01-13T18:19:49Z

Fun idea like the concept of combining plants and seeing what happens next. Really nice visuals on the plants!

LD54 — Limited Space

Harold's Furry Hazelnut Scurry by jeroenpx 2023-10-03T17:39:17Z

I really liked the visuals of Harold's cheeks getting bigger the more nuts he carried it is a really fun dietetic way of showing how many nuts you have collected. I enjoyed exploring the world as a little hamster and it was fun trying to see where you hid all of the nuts. Regarding the gameplay I got a bit stuck in backtracking and going back and forth to the drop-of point so I would not miss any of the nuts and it became a bit repetitive so in the end I just wandered around and explored the cozy world you created.

Asteroid Base by JOZGames 2023-10-03T19:29:32Z

This game looks really good! And the main music slaps! It took a while for me to get a hang of the gameplay and swapping between what buildings to place down. I think this would really be great with some sort of combination mechanic where buildings next to each other can give bonuses so that you even more have to think about where to put things in relation to each other. Over all fun and addictive game loop that nailed the theme!

Tiny People Big Adventure by Jahwffrey 2023-10-03T21:09:02Z

Really fun and creative. I was looking forward to every cut scene! The core game loop felt like Oregon trail with a fun twist. Hope to se more of your fun creations

Legs by edgeboyo 2023-10-03T19:10:18Z

Interesting world and fun to see what I can interact with. The inventory management led to me having to remember when I put my stuff witch is a unique mechanic. Sadly I could not get that far after giving the banana to the hungry villager id did not really know what to do. Would have been fun to see what else you had created.

LazerPhaser by EvilMurlock 2023-10-03T17:48:18Z

I really enjoyed how the lasers where synced up to the music, it added an extra level or rhythm game to this puzzle game. I found the mechanics fun and simple to understand. Great job!

Paula Poppet by ScolonDev 2023-10-03T19:39:24Z

Just the ability to be able to throw myself at my enemies and see them blow up makes this game great! Really impressive and polished a fun take on the theme. As mentioned in other peoples comments I would like to have a bit more control of what bubble I throw and also it would be nice if there where more of a selection each round for what items you get so that there is a bit more variety in each run. Right now I just pick up every item and it gets a bit overloaded. Over all a fun and tight gameloop, great job!

The Long Night of Augustus Brandicourt by Norah 2023-10-03T19:59:03Z

This game really looks amazing! And I really like you bound the theme to the narrative and the game-play trough the soul being bound to the body. A really nice a well written narrative with a lot of feeling in it. If there is anything missing I would say that if you some audio ambience to the house and interaction it could really bring another level to the already great mood of this game.

BIT Busters : Virus Warfare by ArthurSenpai 2023-10-03T20:44:03Z

It seems like you are missing the exe in the folder. The game looks really interesting so poke me when you got it working. Looking forward to trying it. :)

LD59 — Signal

Signal Quest by Slowline 2026-04-28T21:51:49Z

First of all the game looks absolutely great! You really managed to get the feel of a small spaceship and it reminds me a lot of outer wilds. But sadly I had a really hard time to actually play the game, as mentioned the webgl build does not work and after the loading screen it is only black. So I went and downloaded the windows version, I started out with 0.2 because I guessed it was the most resent build, it did work and I managed to get in to the game but then I was sliding around in the ship and I had a hard time to read things in the fuse box cabinet (the one with the switches). I think I managed to get the signals honed in but I am not fully sure. I feel that you have a cool game here with the escape room vibes and the nice setting but sadly I had a hard time to get to that game. I think this can be a really cool game. Also who the heck is Simon, hehe :)

Signal Interference by Phoenix Fireflower 2026-04-28T22:14:41Z

First of all I am really impressed by how much this feels like a vertical slice or demo of a complete game. The UI and the audio is really good and the thematic introduction helped me a lot to get in to the game. I had some hard time in the beginning to fully understand how the combat resolved, I tried moving around cards to get to to activate earlier but then I noticed the priority numbers and once I got that it started making more sense and I had some fun rounds. Never got a really good build going but I could feel that there was one possible, I think the auto-battler card game thing have a lot to offer and it would be fun to see what you do with it after the jam. Over all, great job :)

Traincidents by YellowKamel 2026-04-28T21:33:09Z

The second time the map expanded and I just realized how huge the map was I panicked a tiny bit, just how am I going to keep track of all of this. But with the simple mechanics and the pacing of the challenge I really felt like I could handle it. To me one of the best experiences in a game is seeing something you don't think you can handle but then realize that you have mastered a part of the game and challenges are able to be tackled easier than you thought. Great pacing and I could really tell that you guys had a fun time making this, the voice-overs are great!
