Oh, lovely job, an pretty solid concept of puzzle game, got me into it, would really want to see an final or more polished version of it, nice game, keep the good work!

nachtwitch 2019-10-08 18:26

The level of lighting put into.this so amazing, the game looks absolutely, positively amazing

zsombro 2019-10-08 18:30

This is a solid idea for a puzzle game! Works with the theme as well and I really liked the simple, minimalistic art style! My only complaint is that there is no sound

nsadie 2019-10-08 18:37

@Zsombro Sound was so close to being ready, but we only had one minute left before the cut-off!

nsadie 2019-10-08 18:40

@nachtwitch Thank you so much! We put most of the effort into the look! My brother did an excellent job with the modelling while I concentrated on the lighting. It was our first real try on a full 3D game.

nachtwitch 2019-10-08 18:42

@nsadie well it looks amazing, I would love to see more of your work in the future

sir-galloy-de-fierpate 2019-10-08 18:49

Nice puzzle game ! I like it, but I finished it in no time, so it doesn't allowed me to really enjoying it.

crochar 2019-10-08 19:15

A bit confused by how to pick up tings, clicking doesen't work somehow, very cool graphics tho!

nsadie 2019-10-08 19:22

@crochar which build did you try? There seems to be a bug surrounding the icons, especially if the window is small. Try rotating the camera, or playing fullscreen, click in the middle of the little icon!

leonard-graf 2019-10-08 20:19

The atmosphere was really good, add some music and this is golden. The game idea is very solid as well. Just a little bit more polish, I finished the second level while dead :D

attala 2019-10-08 20:42

Nice puzzle mechanics. I had some problems moving the character beacuse I always clicked many steps ahead. Oh, and on level 3(?) I suddenly walked out into thin air. I like the idea and the graphics. Well done.

rrawrr 2019-10-08 21:03

You definitely have to add sounds, nice atmosphere of your game would be even better. Good job with the light, portals looks cool) Also I have found a bug randomly. Somehow I've passed the dog on the second level through the downstairs. I clicked to get back, but character went forward anyways. It is not a big deal, but I decided to tell you:) 11.jpg

daria-toni 2019-10-08 21:28

The controls are a bit weird and I really missed the music... The rest of the game is just great! Amazing mood and graphics, plus - cool mechanics. I can imagine it as a big game.

bustosman 2019-10-08 22:06

Decent entry. I look forward to seeing this game expand if it does!

gasgiant 2019-10-09 01:02

Looks really pretty! Reminds me Lara Croft Go

smileyface 2019-10-09 11:11

I really like your take on the Hitman Go formula of games but maybe one or two more levels could have benefited the game.

nsadie 2019-10-09 13:19

Hey @daria-toni @rrawrr @attala @leonard-graf @crochar, thanks for your comments!

I think I managed to fix the input issues. I think it was an issue with accidentally having multiple event systems for the UI. I also added the missing music and sound effects.

Thanks @gasgiant, Lara Croft GO was definitely an inspiration! I loved that game!

lightwaves 2019-10-09 18:47

For a game made in this small of amount of time, I have to say the graphics looks amazing. Some music qould have made it even better. I hope you expand on this game in the future

drtizzle 2019-10-09 19:35

Really cool game! Graphics are great, and so is the gameplay. I think the pickup-stick-animation is taking a bit too long, and lighting the stick should be automatic. But overall a very very solid game!

sergio1811 2019-10-09 19:38

Some probles with inputs or strange behaviour with the wolfs not turning around, but Impressive graphics, and nice gameplay from the GO series, really nice job in the jam guys.

fabula-rasa 2019-10-09 20:37

Very nicely done. I really enjoyed the atmosphere you created :)

glowt 2019-10-09 21:00

It looked super nice and I really liked to lighting in your scenes, clean interface. Just a bit wonky inputs at some points but over all a nice entry end really impressive for one person. Keep up the good work!

hiroboto 2019-10-10 16:38

Perfect art style and atmosphere! Can be sold on shelf I think And the game play is nice, and I am eager to know what tools are you using?

nsadie 2019-10-10 19:33

@lightwaves try the bug fix version, I added some music and it makes a big difference!

@hiroboto we used unity plus blender for all modeling!

vovin 2019-10-10 19:53

Nice, clean artstyle, good atmosphere. The mechanics also seem very promising. I just wish it had more content.

terryg 2019-10-11 01:18

Beautiful game. I had to check to see if my sound was on. Music would have been nice (i just rated the original). I loved the puzzles. Good game play.

trevor-shoe 2019-10-11 03:59

Great work! Looks awesome, I'm quite impressed with the animation work!

Feels just a little slow, I think if you started allowing input before the previous animation was completed that might make the whole game feel more responsive.

nsadie 2019-10-11 06:35

@trevor-shoe that is a good idea!

balance686 2019-10-11 20:12

Great job on the visuals! The lighting and particle effects add a lot of atmosphere. You made good use of the theme and the puzzle mechanic was enjoyable. I ran into the same bug of walking off the edge but I'm guessing that's what was fixed in the updated version. Sounds/music would have really sold it but I ran out of time before I could add them as well :P Nice job!

omickron 2019-10-11 20:52

WOW. Cool puzzle game. Playing with light creates the atmosphere of the cave. The game is small, but made you think about its passage. I don't regret the time I gave her. Very good job.

paulius 2019-10-11 21:13

it looks amazing, I hope to see more of your work in the future

tort60091 2019-10-11 21:53

I just like it. Mood is awesome. More games like this pls ))

zgragselus 2019-10-11 23:06

I like the game, the mood it sets up is great and the graphics somewhat fit it. I've played the post jam version (due to having problem is the original one), and it looks quite polished.

I still had some problems with input and camera rotation (some of the positions were quite hard to click on).

Overall it is a very nice entry!

w0lfenstein 2019-10-11 23:25

Interesting game with cute graphics and smooth controls. Sounds will make it much better. The game has some bugs, but I hope you'll do it more playable. Well done! :D

desenvolvedor44 2019-10-12 01:23

Wow, the graphics are very beautiful, I liked your project

sorlok 2019-10-12 01:58

Really great mood, and the puzzle solving was good. Controlling the game was a little bit difficult, esp. clicking to pick up the torch.

linheha 2019-10-12 13:51

Great concept and really great graphics ! :) If you decide to continue developing your game, may I suggest that you could make the item selection more obvious by making it looks like a button (I didn't know how to select it at first, since the click didn't work the first try), and for the wolve detection area maybe you could highlight the ground :)

pragmascript 2019-10-12 22:51

Very nice mood and pretty clever mechanics. Good job

ferdi 2019-10-13 10:30

Original version was definitely not working but fixed one was perfect. I love this king of puzzle games and you did great ! level design is deep and challenging, game art is superb, this is an amazing entry ! Congrats

jihem 2019-10-13 11:16

Nice puzzle game. Clever mechanics :-)

vincentvincent 2019-10-13 13:41

Clever one! Really like the mecanic of the game. The graphic, atmosphere and like's effect are so GOOD! bravo!

dock-frankenstein 2019-10-13 14:43

Very creative. Keep it up!

philstrahl 2019-10-13 23:20

Very interesting strategy puzzler! I had a few minor issues, mostly that the second level after the tutorial kept be baffled but with a little more time I might have worked out a solution. If you're curious about how it went for me, I played it in my stream today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kSZQiTfcXF8

nsadie 2019-10-14 07:04

Thanks @philstrahl! That was very cool! Excellent feedback, and some of the suggested changes we have already started implementing.

Full disclosure, my brother designed the puzzle you struggled with, and I made him playtest it because I was too tired to figure it out, and to proud to admit it ;)

asfdfdfd 2019-10-14 20:04

Greate lowpoly artstyle. I love your visuals. To complete last puzzle i have to call Tanya.

barracudadisaster 2019-10-15 07:34

The game looks very nice! I played the original version of the game and didn't have input problems. The lightning is very nice in the game and the flickering fires creates a nice mood. I can imagine the mood is even greater with sounds. Great job!

glitchheart 2019-10-16 18:41

Very cool entry! Love the graphics. The game glitched out on me a couple of times, but the gameplay reminds me of Lara Croft GO

bernardex 2019-10-18 13:14

Very nice game! I enjoyed the graphics and mood, just had some problems with the stairs movement. Besides that, I did really like the feeling of the game!

daniil-krylov 2019-10-19 17:46

Great graphics and sound, pity it doesn't work as well.

gehad 2019-10-20 18:36

I really like the graphics and the puzzles , great job :D

mrstari 2019-10-21 14:24

awesome game :D the sound and the graphics fits
