Wow, this is super polished! The reaction when one falls is very cute. This is just a great little game! Very well done! I'd love to see controller support in the future!

Very nice game! I did get stuck in a death loop at one point. I was in the "dark" world, jumping to the next vertical screen, then dropped into the screen below. I really like the concept for the game, I could see this being a good full game.
This is a good game that could be great! Some tweaking could bring it all together nicely.
This was a cool little game, thanks for sharing! A couple little oddities, but not bad overall!
This is a good start, though there is not much to it. I hope the developers had fun making it, I would like to see the game fleshed out a little more. Keep up the good work!
Nice job! This plays well. Nice, fast action. I was cynical at first but you have pulled off something fun!
I am not good at my job. Love the idea, I could see this being expanded into an intergalactic Papers, Please!
Interesting. I'm not sure that I know what I am doing, though. I passed the first level but wasn't able to figure out the second. I'll try again tomorrow after actual sleep!
Interesting puzzle game. It did take me a minute before I realized that you had to use the arrow keys to move the ball. That could simply be due to lack of sleep! Nice work!
This is a cool little game. Typing based RPG battle system, neat idea!
Running chrome on Win8 I was unable to see anything. I pressed space to open my eyes but the screen stayed black. While pressing keys, I could hear music.
Cool game, it definitely seems enjoyable. It took a minute to realize that I was trying to fling the guys up to the enemy base and stop trying to play missle command!
Well this is a beautiful game! Plays pretty well, too. There are a lot of platformers this year, but this stands out!
My score was 340 ;) Not a bad game, I would like to see where you can take it. I'm guessing the controls were frustrating on purpose (similar to QWOP, though not exactly). I was able to play to completion, though. Nice work.
This is pretty solid, well done! Very enjoyable!
Interesting take on the theme. I think some progress markers would be nice, just to let the player know they are getting somewhere. I kept flying back to the sun to make sure it was still back there!
Haha, this is interesting. Nice work.
Nice take on the theme! I would like to see this fleshed out some more, I think it could be a pretty good game!
I like the story aspect. Fix a few typos and speed up the story telling just a bit and it will be very enjoyable. I had trouble with the platforming, but I think that is just me. Controlling 2 characters is interesting, though. Love the feel of the world, graphically it is very pleasing. I really like the audio as well. Thanks for sharing!
This is fun once you get the hang of it! Nice game!
Nice, relaxed game. I like it a lot!
Nice work! Some tweaking on the controls might be in order, but this is a good effort!
Interesting take on the theme. I like the ridiculous graphics, audio was good. I like puzzle games like this. Popping off control panels and such! Old school bread and butter!
Nice, simple graphics and gameplay. This is definitely one you can just pick up and play for a little bit and put down. Definitely has that draw to it. Very solid entry!
All right, this is punishing further on! Nice work!
Good work! This is a decent little time waster which really relies on memorizing the expressions/keys. You should be proud of pulling off even a simple game in 48 hours!
I definitely feel as if I've missed something. The game is very interesting from a visual standpoint, though. I'll be interested to see what's next!
Well, the visuals are amazing outside! Definitely a good looking game for 48 hours!
You are right! Our concepts are very similar! You definitely pulled off a much better (and more complete) game than I did! Excellent execution!
I keep trying to quit, then I decide to let it go a little longer haha. You did something right!
Runs fine for me. Not a bad first attempt! Enjoyable!
Looks good, it seems you caught everyone's attention with the parallax scrolling backgrounds! A few tweaks and you could really have a nice game here!
A nice homage to the old pod racer games! Really solid for 48 hours!
I went home thinking of my mediocre career! Nice take on the classic text adventure!
For some reason the camera angle stood out to me as just about perfect! Not sure that it actually matters, but it caught me. I like the game quite a bit now that I've figured it out. I would love to see the idea expanded upon.
Nice game, I would like to see more!
The voices are so bad that they are great! Jumping needs a lot of work, but for 48 hours, this is a great effort! Nice work!
Not bad! It definitely could use some HUD elements. Otherwise, it plays well!
Looks good, plays well, I'd call this a success!
The music was nice, gameplay was a little slow and I wasn't sure what to do. I clicked the weird objects, but they didn't seem to do anything. I might be back to give it another try, though. Nice effort for 48 hours!
The inverted controls are rough! Fun game, you should definitely continue development of this!
A bit off theme, but I really like this game! Great work!
I can totally appreciate your honesty! Nice effort, I'm not a huge fan of runners, but I did play this longer than I planned!
Thanks for the "comment" on my game... Interesting game, definitely takes some getting use to. Looks good.
Currently my ship is flying back and forth between a planet and an outpost. I am making large sums of money, but the interface seems frozen as I am unable to buy more outposts or ships. Using Win 7, latest Chrome, 2.4ghz i5, 8gb RAM.
HTML5, I was attacked by pirates but I paid them off. There is a purple ship flying around, though. Maybe that has something to do with it?
The only part of the interface that is working is the grid toggle. I'll try again after dinner with my family this evening. I find myself really wanting to play more... haha
This is... interesting! haha, not a bad FPS, nice work!
This is a very solid first entry! I'll be looking forward to more from you in the future!
OK, you definitely deserve some points in humor! I know how it is to run out of time while fighting with code issues and making things work. Good job on your first entry!
Nice first LD, glad you had fun!
We've played a couple rounds so far with a deck printed on regular paper. Not too hard to get into, seems like it could hold the attention of our gaming crew. Look forward to playing some more!
I would like to see some more polish on the illustrations. Not too much, the cards as they are have a certain charm. It is way too early to make a call on the game balance, but that will come with time. For 48 hours, this is impressive and totally nails the competition theme!
It isn't working on my work PC, I'll have to try when I get home. After the ship crashes I just have a black screen. If I hit enter, I can hear the level restart. Music is catchy, though!
This is an interesting text adventure game which explores the life of a person who leads 2 lives. One displayed to the outside world which conforms to people's expectations and the author's "real" life. I definitely feel like I'm on the outside looking in while playing this game. Good luck to the author, I did not play to completion but I will be coming back for more.
Definitely a good choice focusing on gameplay over graphics! I would really like to see this after a few rounds of polish. You should definitely continue development!
I found out that part of the main mechanic for this concept (displaying the screen shot on the "poloroid" picture) is not working anywhere but on my dev PC. Sigh... oh well. I'll flesh it out and have some fun with it in my own time. Thanks for stopping by. Let me know if you have a different experience!
Thank you all for stopping by! I wish I had something better for you to play! I enjoyed myself and learned a few things. Hopefully that will result in a better game next time!
Thanks for commenting alvarop and harko12. Alvarop, I've updated the .exe changing where the game is saving the screenshot. That seems to have fixed the issue that caused displaying the image to not work.
Harko12, That is all there is to it, unfortunately. I had limited time to put toward this and spent most of it just figuring out how to make this feature work. I will be continuing on the project, though. I like the idea and want to see what I can do with it. Thanks again to everyone who tried it out!
That's no good, FinnMacd! Thanks for letting me know. I'm not sure what is causing that. My cousin is having the same problem (He's the only one I know locally that is). I'm looking into a different way to store the "photos" in general. I really appreciate you giving it another shot!
Ikr: Thanks for trying. I did recently fix it, glad you like the concept. I will be working on it more as it seems it wasn't a 48 hour concept (for me, anyway!).
FinnMacd: Thanks for trying again. I'm not sure why it is working on some systems, but not others. I'm glad you got to try it out and I will post about updates here!
MechanicMoon (javifugitivo): Thanks for clearing that up. I understand how it is and thank you for the compliments!
Thanks for giving it another try! I know it isn't much, but that is the main mechanic. The rest of the game is *mostly* familiar waters!
Love the art style, very simple and appealing. The game is pretty hard, not a bad thing at all. Great entry!
Wow, this is harsh! You definitely have to figure out a good strategy if you don't want your butt handed to you. Well done!
Wow, those turtles have a lot of blood in them! I might be missing something, but the turtles in the tower keep kicking my ass!
Interesting. I had trouble reading the text, either due to the font or the size. That could just be me, though. Not a bad start for a 3D platformer. I hope you plan on fleshing this out some.
This game controls really well for a 3D platformer made in 48 hours. The attacking could use some work, but that can come with time. Really happy with the game, would like to see more. I made it to the second artifact (in the lava level)
Wow, this is pretty in-depth! Nicely done! I would like to see dev continued, smooth out some of the UI and expand upon it. Could be a lot of fun!
Not bad. I would like to see the controls tweaked, somewhat. Either that, or I just need to get use to them.
Nice work for the time allotted. I hope you plan on expanding upon it!
I love the art style, the gameplay looks like it could be fun but I can't get the pig past the first pit. Then the game just sits at the screen. It could be fun with some more time invested. Nice work!
