Very playful in looks, music, and interaction. I really like the exploration of the feeling of jumping to other space objects. Mouse input was stuttering, (ignoring input entirely alternating every half second or so) which made looking around laborious and probably compromised the intended feel a lot. Good Job!

I felt I'm in space when I jump. I really like the feeling this game brings. If you improve the camera work, it will be more enjoyable I think!!

r0x0r 2014-08-25 06:46

thanks for the comments!
@elliottd i think the stuttering is related to the windows build :/, i'll try to test on a windows box..

smbe19 2014-08-25 16:31

So, is there a goal? Or just happily jumping around?

r0x0r 2014-08-25 16:38

@smbe19 no goal, that's something i had time to finish, haha, by now it's an explorative kind of game

This game a had a good mood, it was relaxing and the music was very good as well. Not bad!

Pretty cool man, I dig the background texture and general color choices.

Thanks for the comment on my game (the killing minecraft babies one lol) -- I first played it from the .blend file which worked great, love the glowy bloom effect and jumping between gravity systems. However, just to test I tried the linux build and had issues. The console spit out this: http://pastebin.com/NG9GDPww and the screen showed up like this: https://i.imgur.com/IzJE95Z.png -- thanks again, the BGE is pretty awesome :)

@uberscientist, damn, i'm an idiot, somehow i made the last .tar.gz only with the binary, without data files.. i'm reuploading now a fixed version, thanks for the report!

It's pretty chill, although the gravity switch is pretty sudden.

bobrocks 2014-08-26 03:01

Jumping between worlds has a cool feel to it. Nice work!

nerd-burglars 2014-08-26 03:17

@r0x0r, posted Linux build for you, I dont' have linux to test, so be awesome if you could comment how it goes. Thanks!

I loved the music! Relaxing and great ambient feeling as I was floating around space jumping from planet to planet! Nice entry, good job!

Also our Linux build is up as you requested :)

c_walden 2014-08-26 06:44

The effect of the gravity flip was a bit sudden and jerky, and it took me a bit to figure out what had happened. Not much content, but it was overall fairly relaxing. Didn't care for the music though. Wasn't sure if shooting red cubes was supposed to do anything.

Nice entry, I could see this turning into a nice mechanic for a larger game. (Also, thanks for the reminder about Linux builds!)

kevrevdev 2014-08-26 08:32

Nice and relaxing. I really liked the visuals and just jumping around. I got stuck in between two planets after a couple minutes though :P.

Wow, super relaxing. Love the theremin-like music. Quite well done!

Love this sort of thing, lovely little exploration game. I did have a few issues with the camera not looking the right way though.

handkor 2014-08-27 00:58

Always loved this kind of jumping mechanic. Good job.

ramoncb 2014-08-28 01:48

Nice mood! Very relaxing indeed =)

Some little improvement in the camera and you will have a solid experience! Good job!

otrorainteractivo 2014-08-29 17:03

Very nice, well done setting the mood

jupiter_hadley 2014-09-14 21:24

Nice atmosphere! I included it in part 25 of my Ludum Dare 30 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) http://youtu.be/mlEPiXm0ehY
