Letting me choose my enemies is a neat (and diabolical) twist! This almost feel like two games in one- the frantic rush of an increasingly claustrophobic bullet hell, and the strategy of creating an enemy set that has the best "anti-synergy" (for lack of a better word) so you can avoid getting thrashed in the first game. The enemy variety and polish only compounds the fun! I'm going to be playing many rounds of this, even when I curse myself out for putting myself in a corner.

A Few Easy Questions by Jonathan Vogt 2025-04-17T04:17:43Z ♥ 1
Love this take on the theme, playing on multiple meanings of depth! I didn't dig deep enough to figure out what he was looking for on my first run, so I look forward to learning more in the next!

This game has my favorite take on the theme so far. It's both well made and cleverly done! I didn't clock the additional ending until I read the comments, but it was so worth hunting for that way out. Awesome, awesome work.

Really cool mechanics! Sorry to my stone guy for all the times I bashed him into walls, but I have to say it was worth the satisfaction of bashing through multiple blocks at once B) Great game!

I'm such a sucker for mining games (Motherload was my /jam/), and you scratched that itch for me! I enjoyed maneuvering around my guys and watching them zoom as I gifted them with powerups. If you want to continue with this, I could see it going some really cool places- if not, it's totally enjoyable as is! The BGM alone is already stuck in my mind. Great work!!

I really loved how the music shifted with each stage!! It made zooming into the depths even more enjoyable. Still trying to get the clear, but I know I'll get it soon! :>

I had a lot of fun trying to jump out of hell, even with platformers not being my strong suit! Awesome job!

Perfectly grim! This reminded me of Darkwood, both in terms of aesthetics and how well you nailed the atmosphere with those subtle details. I only regret playing this late at night a little bit...

The art and the music make this such a vibe!! I spent my first run just having fun bouncing around before realizing I should probably go for a high score, LOL. Awesome job!!

Oh, this was sick!! I was already into it, but I really loved when the second stage kicked in. Time to try for a high score!

This was so fun! It took a bit of practice to finagle the anchor, but it only made winning feel even better.
