My first idea for this theme was slowing down the player the more stuff he carries. Our game ended up being something completely different but I'm glad to see someone did a truly amazing job with that idea. Game feels completely finished and I like the end where the greatest treasure is the wisdom. :p
@maxime-ferrieu and @leonlaci We were trying to fix some bugs and forgot to set the playtime back to normal. We would appreciate if you would be kind enough to try one more time now that it's set back to normal.
The looks and the idea of the game are cool. I just feel there is no time to position the chef so he would catch layers of cake or avoid face splashes. Also stuff that somehow landed on my cake slipped away while trying to catch additional layers so I was again left with nothing. Needs some more polishing.
At the end I managed to make it to 15 layers by just standing still and my cake truly is a masterpiece! :D

@exezin Now I like this game even more! Man this chicken can be fast. I did the first level :) tried the second for more than a few times, couldn't do it... I guess the controls are making it hard. In one of those retries I landed on the tree at the beginning of the level and then crossed to another tree and it just made me feel like I've accomplished something even though I didn't get till the end of the level. :D
I didn't really get the game. But you got the theme right, it's hard to move with all those animals...
Very good fit for the theme even though the idea isn't original. I like the details like the smoke coming out of the chimneys... :) Music fits good, at one point it seemed like the cars started beeping but it was the music. xD Good job!
Stress game :) I enjoyed it! It really gets harder the more food there is. Food looks awesome and so does the rest of the game. I like the details and how the game feels finished and complete. Good job!

The idea of the game is awesome, I like it. But it was really hard to control. If things would snap into place it would be better, I think, also if the cat would have some amount of AI to climb to the highest place (I see the cat jumps on the video but she was mostly still in my case), that would be cool. Also I managed to get the cat on my crane and as long as she was there I couldn't lose...

Nice game. I enjoyed it even though it's kind of passive for the player. Also "The more you have the worst it is" is kinda true for the game but in my case it was "The more you have the more you wipe out with tornado" :p Good job altogether!
I didn't read the instructions at first, so I didn't know I could do a wall jump so I just played with the snow. I thought that if enough of snow falls down I'll climb it to the button. :D And then I read the instructions. :)
It seems well balanced (first few levels that I played) it wasn't too hard nor too easy. Good job! btw. I couldn't figure out the rocks in the context of Christmas? :p
Smashed too many beers to the wall. I was more worried if the beer will land where supposed than completing other customers and filling other cups. :) I liked the game and the mechanics. The theme is somewhat vague but it's an overall very good game and that's what matters most.
I love this game! I wish you would continue working on it and polish it so there are no bugs like the one on picture and that there are different ways to know the tasks instead of (just) text.

I tried many times to do all the chores and extinguish all the fires and I would always fail but then on the last try I just started working on my project and I managed to finish it without ever doing a single chore and I won. LoL

I enjoyed this game a lot. I'm in the driving school at the moment so it's cool to play driving games. I had fun playing this game. The country style music fits in perfectly and gives the feeling of a radio in a car. Also found it easier to drive on the wrong side so it would maybe make more sense to give bonus points for driving correctly. Also seems like there's something wrong with the scoring at the end. After my first try it said only high score 0, and no score, after second game it said score 400+ and again high score 0. Seems incorrect. Good job altogether!

I'm surprised how polished this game is. I almost forgot I was playing a LD entry. I don't know what do you mean with cheating but I'm glad there were no more levels because I couldn't make myself stop playing it. :) Very good job!

I was playing for some time and then it just stuck while my guy was at the meeting with the shareholders! A bit disappointing that there wasn't an ending...
Other than that very nice art and good choices. Maybe it would be ok to see how much a certain choice will cost or pay. Good job!

I enjoyed this game a lot. It is challenging but still not too hard - good job with balancing that. I could play this some more. :D Also I see the theme... Overall very good job for a compo!
Very good! We had some problems because of the rollover. But I really like the attention to detail in the game, both graphically and musicaly. :D I was a bit annoyed that I couldn't skip the animations and the talking the next time I tried to play... But it is a very nice entry. :thumbsup:
I really liked your graphics, especially the cracked egg when you die. A bit of polishing could really make a huge difference though. Nice job, anyways. :wink:
Good job! Was the branstorming also something the boys participated in? I love that you did this with your family. I participated with my husband this year. :D Also I liked the game. It is short but I didn't feel it was unfinished. There are always things we would want to add but we run out of time. If you'll be working some more on the game I'd like to see it again. Good idea and a decent implementation. I see my self enjoying this game much more if there was more info on the screen - if I would know the price of "goods" without clicking and remembering it. Also few ideas if you decide to work on this game some more... Selling more organs to the buyer or having few offers at the same time, also maybe having images of organs in the offer instead of just the name. All in all it's a nice game, and a great implementation of the theme. Maybe the best one I've seen so far. :wink:
This game is pure purrfection. It deserves much more than 8 Oscats! All jokes aside! I really enjoyed the experience! It was special, at times I forgot I was playing a game and just couldn't wait to find out what happens next - I would never guess this was made in three days!
I also love how all your games throughout the years are made of three words with the same initials and (at least in this game) the name still fits perfectly.

I love this game!!! I watched it played on twitch and I wanted to try it but couldn't before now. I just wish people play this till the end, because they lose so much if they don't. Amazing job, @sylvie, doing such a great job (graphics, story, implementation) in such a short time! Not to forget the music maker... The music fitted perfectly and I LOVE the change in the tower. Good job @hubol! I love how the story gets better and better as it enrolls and even though it is challenging it is also satisfying to achieve the victory. I just love this game! :smile: Make sure to let me know when this gets published! :slight_smile:

Very good job! I like how you managed to put it all together to achieve a desired atmosphere in the game. It was challenging at the beginning as I didn't really get the controls and was trying to crouch with Down Arrow key instead shift key but eventually I got it. I think it would be helpful if the blob gave a clue in the monologue at the beginning about the controls or just a simple picture with controlles somewhere. But it is just an advice it is not affecting my rating. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to your future LD submissions. :slight_smile:

Played this because of Elysia's stream! :slight_smile: I like the game mechanics. At one point I felt like I was actually shooting with a bow, but I had fun catching the limbs around him. And having fun is all that matters when it comes to playing games. :smiley: Nice job!
Amazing graphics and music! I love that there is a choice between three heroes and that there are different types of enemies and little details like crystals. It's nicely polished. It was short but it was entertaining. :thumbsup: I don't think the theme was quite on spot though, because it's money which is a currency in it self but it doesn't ruin the experience for me. The theme this year was kinda tough and didn't leave much space for creativity. Good job for your first LD entry - hope to see some more from you in the next ones. And keep @Whirlguy on there too, he's got a talent. :slight_smile:

I wish the controls were more polished! I like the graphical elements and how you put it all together and I really think I would enjoy this game if I wouldn't struggle that much with the controls and geting stuck... Nice entry altogether! :)

Loved the game, it's the first one to try out this LD and it was a nice start. Movement seems hard at moments but other than that I had fun and played a few times even, got to a HS of 4326 :) Spoiler alert: It really pays of to go to the edges of the map... Good luck!

The game is clearly unfinished but the elements that were finished I really liked, like the menu in form of a notebook and the level on paper. The game forces you to take a certain path and use milks the certain way in order to pass it would be much better if you had some more freedom in what you do as a player. Still, nice job for what you did. ^^
Nice game! I didn't really get the words part was it meant for communication with the other player? I played with a person in the same room so we didn't try that out but I feel it would make the game so much harder. Good job!
