really enjoyed the pixel art/3d hybrid aesthetic, super cool!!
nice game. loved playing with the physics
Man - the feel of the physics was extremely solid. Really liked the 3D pixel-art aesthetic, and the feel of the package bouncing around was very satisfying. Couldn't figure out how to get the claw working, and it kind of felt like something wasn't working (I couldn't really get the package to go anywhere), but as far as a physics sim, it felt really, really nice - which is hard to manage. Good work!
This game is *incredible*! I LOVE all the mechanics and I love the style! It's gorgeous! I got all 13 letters in 8 minutes! I have 0 complaints about the game! Amazing!
The art style is incredible! The mechanic of controlling the environment to control the box is also really well done.
The soundtrack is a pleasant retro vibe and the way the pixel art mix looks amazing! I really enjoyed it!game_score.png
I love this game.
Played the web version and there was a minute in the beginning where I wasn't quite sure how to move forward. Went back to double check the controls and once I was past the first checkpoint, love it. Every minute. Music is excellent, I love the retro funky vibe that paired perfectly with the neons on dark backgrounds. All of the box art/animation/witchcraft was beautiful. I could easily replay this over and over to try and get better times. The puzzles are satisfying and the mechanics are introduced at a pace that feels juuuuust right.
Thanks for sharing. Only problem I see is that I wish there was more of it!!! <3
Great game. I love the pixel art, especially all the animations and little details. The audio is really good too. It fit the game perfectly. The mechanics are simple to learn, but harder to master. Very well done.
This is my favorite submission that I've played so far.
What a cool concept, and there's a lot of polish. The level design is great. I was quite motivated to restart to get the letters on each level.
Very nicely done!
ey!! first game I finished this Jam *:)* this was a blast to play~ so many levels! what tools did you use? (I'd love to know what game engine / shaders you used for this gorgeous game) thanks for such an awesome puzzle game, 10/10 would box again Screenshot 2023-05-02 152735.png
This is very special! The physics is on point and the graphics did a good job conveying information. I feel like this game would be particularly fun in a speed run setting. Super well done!
special delivey.png
Well done. The rotation of the package is really fun, the puzzles are interesting and no mechanic really wears out its welcome.
what a good game , love it
Super cool! Other people have well beaten me to saying this, but I find the 3D box in a 2D environment concept really interesting and unique
That was a ton of fun! Loved the art style, the music, the gameplay, and collectables are a great bonus. Most rooms tended to be really straight forward with just a bit of timing to get the envelopes though, there wasn't much challenge to it but it was still fun. I did struggle in the first room when I wasn't sure what I was supposed to be doing though, just testing out the controls got the box stuck on the ground and I was really confused. I got the idea after realizing I could reset the room though. Might be a good idea to have some indicators showing what you're supposed to do in the first room or two and text that shows up telling you to press R if the box sits in an unreachable spot for too long.
Holy shit you are insanely talented. I love how its mostly just one button that controls everything, everything about this game is perfect, 5 stars on everything
Just wow, what an entry for 48 hours!
It's a so impressive: that many levels, mechanics and challenges, which are all coherent together. Congrats!
Having the box 3d shape make it special, nice idea :v:

Absolutely loved it, at first I was a little confused to what my goal was but quickly figured it out. Sadly my ran ended on a screen were i ended up bounced between to screens and my box disparaged and moved out off view. Untitled.png
Would love to see more of what this might have to offer in the future if you decided to continue developing it.
Very impressive for a one button game, also really liking the style of the visuals! Kinda felt like I was playing pinball for a second
This game is really impressive - did you really mixed up 3d with 2d a bit ? i mean the package seems to be 3d object.
Really great looking game with awesome ambient music.
Really impressive
Brilliant as usual! The art, sound, level design, all top notch and a nice take on the theme! This will be the postal service of our A.I overlords.
Great game! The art, the audio, the mechanics - i don't have a single bit of criticism. The only note I made is that it would be nice to be able to reset to a previous checkpoint, not just the last one. Other than that - it was a perfect experience playing it.
I've gone through a lot of submissions and this is the best one. The art, the puzzles, the MENU AT THE END (so creative). Absolutely 0 bugs, not too long not too short this could be an amazing mobile game honestly great job!
This was very fun. I love the imaginative ways you used the limited control scheme. The art and music and everything was all great, too.
You're a master of this type of game! Loved the inclusion of the pixel-y 3D asset this time, I thought that was a nice touch. Really liked the "Kid A" style drums in the music track. Another great one, well done!
I knew from the first level that it was going to be great! I love the chill mood created by sounds and FX, little things like checkpoints are so satisfying. The little robots are unexpected and very interesting to use. Even the finish screen is well polished and original. It's pretty much perfect for a jam game!
This is a great game! Really enjoyed all the puzzles and the mechanics were introduced at a great pace. I loved how everything was on one button so no matter what I immediately knew how to use the new tools. The rolling box effect was also really cool, and I loved the background music. Catchy, not too repetitive, and fit the vibe perfectly. Great work.
This is so good!!!! You really nailed it with every single mechanic, and the graphics are fire!
Thanks everyone for such nice comments and feedback! Happy to hear everyone is enjoying my game!
@pete-valeo Thanks! I totally neglected to show the controls in game, big mistake. A & D or arrows should move the claw.
@ha-kuro Thanks for finishing! Glad you had a blast! Tools are Unity (+2D Pixel Camera), Photoshop, Acid (old DAW), only special shader is for hue-shifting sprites.
@asilvers Thanks for your feedback. I was supposed to get around to adding some basic tips like “Press R to Reset”, stuff like that, but just neglected it until I ran out of time. I also considered tracking a –still- player and throwing up a tip window.
@nuin Thank you! The claw was supposed to have some more rooms and movements, like navigation stuff (up down left right). About 80% through the jam, I figured I could have made a true 1-button game. Rather than spend even more time on the claw (by automating the movement), I just left it and kept going. I wasted a lot of time on claw mechanics, and didn’t even use some of the features I built into it (like more tracks and directions). I thought I would have some rooms where you navigate with the claw on a track, dodging bullets or whatever. Just didn’t get to it. Thanks again!
@humanisred Thanks! Pinbox? Lol
@neowhoru Thank you! Yes the box is a 3D object in 2D physics. I played around with a 2D hitbox and 3D sprite for a while; it was odd because the paddles wouldn’t hit the 3D corners. In the end it’s just hacky unity physics & luck.
@silkworm-sweatshop Thank you! That’s actually the story in my head lol. It's funny no one asked what's in the box lol
@ixil-miniussi Thank you! I’m happy to hear you didn’t find any bugs lol, lucky you!
@cameron-paxton Thanks! Had to look up Kid A (cool song, I see what you mean with the drums), I was going for a type of Nintendo cha-cha lol :musical_note:
@yorsh Thank you! Don’t play on that end screen too long  , that’s where most of my known bugs are lol
Sooo sooo cool!!! Just HOW can a game flow so well? Lovely work! And the music is a treat, too! I love how the game creates itself a story just through moving past connected levels. Well done!
Really fantastic little game, simple concept executed really well! I would've liked to see a bit more mixing of the elements, especially those little throwing robots which I feel didn't get enough time to shine. I could almost imagine a scenario where you'd have throwing robot throw into a fan that pushes the box back to another robot one level up :)
Awesome job!
Simple, clean, and well-explored ideas here. Everything feels so crisp and whimsical, while capturing all sorts of retro vibes. The only thing that felt slightly strange is that the claw behaves differently on the end-game screen than it does in the gameplay. Minor, and doesn't impact my feelings, but I noticed it. Great game here! I played through twice to get all the letters. The first one was the hardest by far for me.
Very clever! I'm not a big fan of puzzle games but I felt this one is just the right balance for me, not too easy or too difficult, and with a bit of a dexterity challenge. The graphics and audio are simple but nice. I loved the little flying letter which gives player a reason to retry.Very good submission!
wow that is actually an impressively fun and clever puzzle game, every aspect of this game is superb imo
Awesome game design and I really love the pixel 3D box!
A great little chill game. Don't really have any complaints. Overall presentation was great as well. Love what you did with the box's visuals as well
Special Delivery by Ismael Rodriguez - Google Chrome 03-05-2023 09_02_47.png
Absolutely loved the style and gameplay! The music is also top notch. The game length is perfect for a jam game. Solid entry.
Really interesting mechanics. Such polish. Wow. Impressive as always!
Hey, I finished a puzzle game. I'm not very good at them, but this one was very approachable. Great job.
I love this so much! Perfect execution, such a simple and elegant idea. Good job!
Really great game! the aesthetic and style work really well. Level design is interesting, just adding enough variety while playing around a bit with existing pieces. The only critique would be that I wish the time to reset was a bit snappier to get back to it as fast as possible. good job!
Fun game! I accidentally closed the tab so I couldn't screenshot my score, but I got it done in about 11 minutes with 23 resets and 10/13 letters lol. I was really confused in the beginning so I had at least 5 to 7 resets on the first stage alone. I really like that the boxes were all 3D but use a cool shader to look pixelated. It's a great use of Unity's fake 2D setup.
aw i had a lot of fun with this and i especially loved the music. At one point the box went to the next screen but my camera stayed in the previous room tho so i had to +1 to restart counter but other than that it's tight
Wow I love those pixels. Great take on indirect control too! And the 3d box was just perfect too. Far more seamless that jam games, great work!
Waw, what a lesson in game design. I feel humbled. The way the game starts without any menu and teaches you the mechanics through clever level design and exposition. Everything feels amazing to control, and the amount of levels! I love games that exploit simple mechanics to the maximum so that you feel that no corners were cut and everything falls into place. This game shows a great level of mastery of your craft.
Really amazing entry. I love all of the mechanics you implemented for a one button (sort of) game ! There is just one thing I want to address :
If you successfully collect a letter and restart, it will reappear like if you haven't collected, but it still counts as collecting the letter. It was pretty confusing.
Great game!
One of the good simple pixelized game with portal experience.
Loved the 2.5D, art in general looked really nice, loved all the different mechanics, personally the robots that pass blocks were my favorite! No complaints!
That was fun, neat one-button controls for a variety of mechanics.
The only thing I found a bit off was the very beginning: I thought at first something was broken and the box was not supposed to land the way it did; that maybe the little envelope in the corner would have explained the controls etc had I collected it (but then there was no way to go back); that I was supposed to see a claw or something—it was the only other thing that the description mentioned after all!
Anyway, once I got the game, it was fun to go through the levels, although sometimes collecting the letters felt like a chore rather than a challenge. The graphics were cute, the music was really nice.
that game is amazing! so impressive
I think that's the first game where the "innovation" bar has some use. Gj on the game!
Great game! The gameplay flows very well once you get into it, and I itching to have another go now to try and get all those collectibles. With regards to the reset mechanic, I personally feel that the transition is a little long and if it isn't there for some technical reason, it would feel more satisfying if its duration were shorter.
aah this one is great! short and sweet, super satisfying to play. the box visuals are incredible, super cool to look at. puzzles are well made, and don't overstay their welcome. One of the letters required guessing which exit to take in the previous room, which was a bit upsetting. other than that, i have no complaints! another really great entry :)
Incredibly fun and addictive gameplay. I really enjoyed this game!
this game is so good!!! and with such an elegant design!! congratulations on the game, it's amazing <3
So simple and so clever. Best entry! Love it! I've been following you for a few game jams and I've never been disappointed  keep it up!
Truly great! Very polished with a bunch of different mechanics, difficulty options and a lovely soundtrack.
i loved it! the idea of moving the room and not the box is clever, and each level is smart, i really enjoyed playing it!
that rage when you discover you missed a letter forever ahhhhh
i loved the animation, and the pixel art is really solid. sound design is cool too. i mean… do i have any complaint about this game? **nope**

(this was my first run, i forgot to screen the result of the last one)
This is an INSANELY good entry! It's the first game of the jam (beside our own) I've played, our dev found it so good he recommended it to me. I don't think I've ever seen a puzzle game quite like this one, and it's amazingly sturdy for a jam game.
Bild_2023-05-05_202527871.png
My only nitpick, and really it's nothing compared to the overall game, is that one passage where you are basically automatically flying through the levels without any time to react to the letters. I'm sure upon a second playthrough it would be just fine, but it was overwhelming the first time around.
The graphics are so incredibly unique, the physics feel amazing (a really lovely mix between heavy and floaty), the music is very fitting and pleasant to listen to, the overall mood is fantastic.
As this is the first game from this jam I've played so far I can't say if it's my favorite, but I would be surprised if it was outdone. Great work, fantastic.
This was really fun to play and the graphics are so cool, I loved the box animation! I only wish there were more levels with the pinball mechanics but this is already impressive for a jam game.
Very solid. I'd say the first level is a bit harder than it should be, but then the game caught my attention for a fair bit. nice usage of the theme, too!
Loved this game ! It's simple yet challenging. Fun and smart. The audio and graphics also fits very well. If I had something to change it would be adding a little more feedback as to why I was sometime able to move the package with the keyboard keys and sometimes not. Other than that it's a perfect entry, congrats !
I really enjoyed this game. It's a super chill one(well 3) button experience and a ton of polish and love went into the level design and mechanics. I really enjoyed the slow ramp up of new mechanics.
Overall, a really cool game!
This was super fun! There was only one letter I wasn't able to figure out how to get, but I might come back to get it later. Really neat mechanic, great work.
Screenshot (250).png
That was really fun to play! Great game!
Loved the gameplay of this, even though at first it was extremely tricky to get down, but once you got the feel for the momentum and physics it was such fun! Loved the touch to try and get the letters too, an extra added gameplay bonus which is great! Loved the graphics too, that little 3D box was awesome, don't know why I loved it so much. Overall really solid and awesome little game!
Game is extremely sick. Really fun to speedrun. Dont have much to say other than that, you nailed it. One minor bug in that when you restart the timer keeps going from the previous run image2.png

Hi @ismael-rodriguez, I submitted the game to score chasers (tournament where a bunch of people in the jam compete in different games) and was wondering if you would be willing to make an update to add a couple things. (speedrun timer visible at all times in the game itself, quick hard restart button, + fixed restart glitch where currenty the timer keeps going). If not thats fine and if you want to wait until its chosen for sure to be played then that should be decided in around a day. (Discord link to score chasers if you wanted to chat to the other competitors https://discord.gg/3DBeNAXEvc)
looks great, feels great, love everything about it
This reminds me to I Am Level. The experience from completing that game allows me to complete this game with all letters collected (and extra retries of course).
This is great, We love this. the mechanics are solid and the level design is great, super simple yet engaging and the puzzles were interesting, thank you for making this! Excellent entry!
this is so good. i love the transition of the end to the start.
Update on my previous message, The game passed the voting round and is going to be played in Score Chasers which is taking place this saturday, May 13th at 14:00 UTC
I remember you from your last game and am reallly impressed with this as well. Not sure who you sold your soul to but it's working out lol. And you did us dirty with that one letter though, no one anyone is getting it on their first try lol.
Wow, this is one of my favorites from the jam!!
Things I liked: - I love that there was the additional challenge of figuring out how to get the letters. I had my partner play after me and I noticed they skipped some of them, and went for others. - I like that there were a variety of different mechanics and things kept changing up throughout the game. - The overall aesthetic and sound design was very pleasant. The 3D box and letters in the 2D world really makes them stand out. - The 'feel' of the box movement, and the box rolling was perfect.
I only have one complaint: - There is one letter in the game where the game gives you a fork, and you have to decide which path to take. If you pick the wrong one, you don't get the letter and the game checkpoints you. This was the only letter I missed :(
The game ending screen and the UFO catcher to pick up the box and pick an option... that was just the cherry on top. Amazing job! 5/5 from me :)
Thanks everyone for your comments! Some great feedback! Sorry(not sorry lol) about some of the troll design.
@bloodbane, thank you so much for sharing! It's cool to see how they used tilt in their game for player agency. I considered tilting levels too.
@ategon , So cool! Thanks for the nomination. I uploaded an update to the web build that adds the requested features and a few fixes. (1-key to hard reset, 2-key to toggle timer hud)
Great job ! Mechanics and LD are intersting. Gameplay has a good feeling, after a few tries we quickly understand how the physics works and the tricks we can perform to pass the level.
I didn't manage to finish the game because it's a bit difficult for me, however I find it very well-made!
After playing a lot of entries I came to play this again and I am still thinking it's the best entry of game jam  Screenshot from 2023-05-14 11-17-07.png
The music is great! I don't understand how you've made a pixelated game look 3d and have 3d rotating boxes and such, but I love it! I do love me some physics-based games and you delivered it perfectly! (pun intended!)
